great shoe, this is my first contend that is a little tight on the top where the laces are, have loosened laces and has helped some, but shoe wears good, and i am able to use and walk in, wish there were more white colors like the white with red asics logo, i also would have liked white laces better

Comfortable shoes, but if you have a wide foot you should always go with their extra wide shoes. Their extra wide is any other brand's wide.

Better than before. Should improve grip for wet surface

Been while since my last pair of Gel-Contends (I think the old pair were GC-4's). Immediately noticed new shoes felt much tighter across the upper lace area than old shoes. I admittedly have a very, very high instep, combined with a wide (4E) foot, which very few shoes fit comfortably. GC-4's were so comfortable, I purchased 2 pairs and rotated them until they lost their support. Hopefully new GC-7's will grow on me as I wear them in and become more comfortable.

This is a great walking and running shoe. Cushions and conforms to your foot. Asics is the only shoe I'll run in.

Got rhe bright safety yellow to help drivers see me.

Very comfortable BUT a little on the stiff side. I walk 3 to 4 miles a day and notice that they start tiring my feet at about 3.5 mile. I also notice that ASIC shoes I've bought seem to have a problem with the laces coming lose rather regularly.

The "extra wide" are basically just regular wide, if not a little tight still.

Meets the requirements. Easy shipping. No issues with the product.

Very comfortable and nice style. Good color combination. I'd like this shoes very much and I will recommend this to a friend.

The upper style changed a bit from version 6 they look nice. I think the Amplifoam midsole is a bit firmer than the 5 & 6 models. I prefer slightly softer as past models used. The outsole changed a little bit not too much. Overall I prefer 5 & 6 versions but this is still a good value and worth buying.

Price good but sneaker not as stable and feet supportive as other ASIC more expensive sneakers

Very light and comfortable. They are hard to get on though, the heel always bends inwards and I have to use my finger like a shoe horn. Hopefully that goes away as they break in.
