Usually wear an 8.5 and that's what I ordered, bu this shoe felt way too long and have on order an 8. What I like is the toe cover and the stretchy strap which allows you to adjust the tightness all along the foot eg: can loosen area around a bunion.

I still am "wearing" them in. I love the style and color and they are comfortable, but just a little narrower than I'd like. I wish they came in wide.

For Keen sandals, these had good arch support. I really wanted them to work, but like others have commented, the toe box height is not high enough. I appreciate that Keen was going for a more streamlined look compared to its usually clunky sandals, but the toe needs a bit more room.

These sandals are not as wide a my other Keen shoes.

Originally tried a different style of Keens, but these had much better arch support. Toe box is narrower than my old pair but not uncomfortable. My only complaint would be that once your feet get sweaty, they start sticking to the insole, which is annoying but not enough to return them.

I never seem to have luck when ordering shoes online. These sandals are beautiful, but too long. I think a 5 1/2 might be too small. Also, I have a small bunion on my right foot, little toe, and although the shoes are too long, the right one hits the tailors bunion on my foot, so it is painful to wear. I specifically hoped these sandals would take care of that.

The padding under the heel is high; like my heel could slip off to one side. Good looking Keen's but not for me. I have neuropathy and wear support socks which I'm sure is part of the heel problem. Well worth the try.

I wear size 10 and have normal width foot. These fit perfectly and are comfortable. I deducted1 star because the do get hot when it is hot outside and the arch support could be a lot better. Has some arch support but not much

The toe box of this sandal works great for my narrow foot. The heal could be narrower. Having a a way to customize the fit of the heal as well would make this sandal more comfortable. I did send back the first pair to reorder a half size smaller. The fit ran a half size long. Overall a great sandal that will be worn regularly this summer!

Love this should but it would be better if it were just a slight bit wider. Or would be nice if it were made in a wide width.

The shoes arrived with dirt in the insoles. These fit well but these were worn and there should be better quality control. I have tried washing them out as I like them. May try to exchange.

I was looking to replace a pair of Keen Whisper and found these. They are very similar to Whisper but even more comfortable. They have a thick sole with just enough give to make it feel like walking on cushions. My normal shoe size is 9 N and the 9 fit really well so I would say they run narrow and true to size in length. Only 4 stars overall because these are not what I would call stylish but your feet will love them!

They are comfortable.

Like another Zappos Customer wrote in theirReview: I also NEED a higher toe box!! These would have been great. I am someone who can NOT wear the other Keen Sandal styles (like Newport) because my Pinky Toe pokes out of the opening. FORTUNATELY, The keen Astoria West coms in an Open Toe version (which I will now keep). It is made with the same "wedge" type VERY squishy sole. Not sure if my Morton's Neuroma will NEED a firmer sole. You should definitely try either OR both Astoria West version.

too small from the top of my foot to the footbed - not like the last Keen Astorias I purchased

This version of this style shoe is shorter in length than a pair purchased 3 or 4 years ago. I reordered a larger size I have had to glue the sole back on to the 3 year old shoe. However the old shoe has a thicker sole than the newer version. I have owned Keen for 20 years, and they continue to go down in quality, if not style.
