So disappointed! I have a pair of 15-year-old Keens that have traveled everywhere and need to be replaced. These Astoria's were way too tight! What happened to the last? Why is it so narrow now? Another feature that's completely disappeared is the adjustable heel strap. ALL Keens now have a fixed heel strap - not an improvement! My feet are wide and weird, huge bunions, but my old Keens work perfectly. I can hike/walk anywhere all day even with a heavy pack and my feet are happy. The Astorias are cute but WAY TOO NARROW!!!

horrible customer representatives, they are so rude and impatient to answer questions and not willing to help, cant believe they work for llbean. the brand is totally tarnished. i haven't seen my sandals yet. they are supposably delivered today.
