This shoe is as advertised...but I felt like I was walking out of it all the time. I need something I can actually run in when needed...besides, there is not enough arch support for me and I could not get inserts to work...even when I ignored the fashion crash they produced.

This is the second pair of Florida Birkenstock that I've had to return. This pair had clearly been worn, and there was a rough edge on one strap that cuts into the side of the foot. My first pair lasted 6 hours and then a buckle broke. I'm trying one more time before giving up on Birkenstock.

First off, this synthetic upper is much more comfortable than the leather. I ordered two sizes in this and still can’t decide which size fits better nor have I decided if they are comfortable enough to keep. I really want a pair of Birkenstock’s and wish I knew if the feel would ever feel totally natural. I have been wearing in the house for over a week and often both my heel and arch hurt. I do have PF so really struggle to find a cute & comfortable shoe. I have had fairly good luck with Taos so may just need to stick with them.

The shoe is cute with the floral design BUT, sadly they don’t seem too comfortable with my bunions. Wish I had returned them before wearing them outside.

I love my Birkenstock Arizonas, but my same size in Florida felt narrow, despite being the regular width. I do not have a wide foot, but the straps were on the last hole. The heel also felt narrow. The style looks more feminine than the Arizona, but I prefer the feel of the Arizona to the Florida. The flower print was cute, but wasn't me.

The support in the arch is STRONG, I am still trying to break these sandals in. The footbed is not soft, and my arch on my right food wishes it was softer and had some roll when you walk. Love the style, adjustable straps and the color is very nice. I hope I can get use to them soon.

My feet are very narrow and the narrow size on the birkenstock is still too wide. Sorry, I liked the sandals

I have several pairs of the Birko-Flor Florida Soft Footbed sandal and have enjoyed them all. This is the first one to arrive with the top buckle on the left sandal broken and replaced with a twist tie. Let's try again Zappos.

I've been ordering Birkenstocks for many years but it seems that their sizes has gotten larger. My usual size is 37 but the last two pairs of Birkenstocks that I have ordered have been too big. Will need to return and try a 36.

I LOVE the navy color and three-straps style. However, the toe area was so large on my foot that my feet looked like large paddles. Yikes! I have since ordered the Birkenstock women's Mayari that is available in a women's narrow. I would highly recommend looking for a women's style narrow if you are having the same trouble with the Birkenstocks fit that I had!

Super cute!! Usually love birkenstocks. Haven't purchased any for a few years though. These felt very narrow on my foot. They cut up into the side of my foot and were to uncomfortable. Had to return.

Although these fit well and were comfortable, I returned them and kept the Birkenstocks with the leather upper. I was afraid the synthetic straps would cause sweating and blistering.

I read all the reviews and ordered my size (8) but they're big. They didn't feel as comfy as everyone says, and maybe it's just me. My husband said, regarding the style, that they looked like the sort of sandals the military would issue, if they issued sandals. He also said they looked like the sort of sandals Reese Witherspoon would wear in Wild. He's a funny guy. My son says they are trending, that Urban Outfitters sells them now and no one knows why (because they're funny looking). Not sure I'll order in a smaller size. Not sure I like them so much.

This is my first time wearing Birkenstocks. I never thought I'd wear them because I really don't care about fads at all and this Birkenstock thing is clearly a fad. Nevertheless, when I got a heel spur, my podiatrist encouraged me to wear sandals in the house instead of walking barefoot and wanted me to wear the hardest and firmest sandals I could find. Enter Birkenstock. It sure is...hard. Like really hard. Like walking on rocks hard. The soft foot-bed is maybe marginally softer than the regular (which I tried on as well)? Hard to tell. Okay, a few other things I didn't like other than it being hard. One, the cork is actually breaking down on my foot. Like, when I take my foot out of the sandals, I see small pieces of brown cork on the bottom of my foot. Which is gross and weird. Finally, the Birko-Flor uppers? The part against your foot attracts dust and lint. Once again, gross. Never had a shoe do that before. Overall, I am clearly not a fan.

Wore a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks into shreds 25 years ago and after wearing wide Chacos almost exclusively since then, thought I'd try the soft footbed. Good news: the lower toe bar made the fit better than the traditional footbed Mayari style I'd tried, but after 45 minutes of wear around the house I had terrible heel pain. I know that Birks can take a while to break in and that a lot of podiatrists don't approve of them, but i thought my feet my be an exception to that....guess not. They are going back.

I have been wearing Birkenstock for decades; these pair did not do it for me; the man made upper part is weird, the soft bed too different. Rather have the original, which I will replace this pair with.
