I liked the color I selected, they are comfortable, but the body of the shoe is very soft, they even deform. I bought a narrow size but they are very wide

These shoes are very comfortable and great for work. I purchased a 9.5 wide and they fit perfectly. The only issue I have is that they rub on the back of my ankles so bad that they have cut both ankles, even with the use of mole skin and bandaids. I want to purchase additional colors, but don't know if I can deal with breaking them in.

Like the comfort of the shoes but not the color too brown thought they would be lighter more summer color.

A very beautiful show but comfort wise is incredibly hit or miss. I have bought this shoe numerous times in black and once in nude. The nude pair is wonderful, soft and comfortable. All of the black ones vary in comfort as well as whether or not they cause blisters. I recently bought the black patent leather for the first time and the backs of my heels are raw. The two smaller toes on each foot are red and blistered. I have been trying to break them in for weeks. The rest of the shoe is starting to look worn out and the heel area is still extremely stiff and causing blisters even if I don't use the shoe for a long period of time. Furthermore the insert on the shoe is very poor material, makes awkward noises when you're walking that could be very embarrassing.

Fit small. Even wide width doesnt meet industy standard of a wide shoe.

Tight fit! I originally ordered a size up to avoid any discomfort but the shoe hurts both feet (top/beginning of the pinky toe bone).

Shoe is cute and I was looking for a flat black patent. I was looking to replace the flat black patent flexy shoe that they no longer stock in black patent. The flexy was very comfortable and I find this shoe doesn't have the same comfort level and seems to fit a bit wider.

Unfortunately had return as top arch dig into skin and was too painful.

I love this brand and how good they are for your feet. However, I was so disappointed when mine came in because they were too wide. I'm assuming this has to do with the arch support they have built in that stretches them. The bottom was also not as thick and supportive as I thought, causing even more discomfort. The material is not the best either. For the price and how long it took to come in, I was so sad with the results.
