I ordered a wide in hopes it would fit because there no m width left. Too wide, but I loved the color! I ordered m width from macy’s.

love these but had to return 2x so order a full size down.

Fit and size were pretty much spot on for me. I have a very narrow heel and narrow foot. I wear a 7.5 Narrow. They seem comfortable thus far.

I needed something rather comfort based over style for work after a foot injury. Overall, these are a simple, versatile flat but have a very strange fit. I ordered my regular size 9 M and the length was perfect. Super comfy padded foot bed but the top of the shoe digs into my foot. I bought two colors and both had the same problem. Unfortunately, they had to go back.

My feet were too big for the shoes.

The shoe was cute and would have worked but my bunion is huge. The cut of the leather went straight over the middle of the bunion and was too painful to work. If the top of the shoe was longer, it wouldl probably would have been okay, but my bunion is exceptionally large.

I ordered a wide, and Zappos sent a regular width! What is going on? This is the first time that what I've ordered is not what was received. Who is working for Zappos and do they have intelligence? 7M is NOt 7W!

The shape of the vamp and appearance of the leather made the shoe look less stylish.

Natural 8. Biggest complaint is toy-like style

Too narrow for a wide width. Length was fine. No slippage. Returning because too narrow.

Narrow forefoot area

I bought this cheapo pair of semi-dressy flats for the rare occassions I have to wear something other than my usual jogging shoes or hiking boots.

Cute shoes, size was right, but the toe box was too snug which made them uncomfortable.

these Naturalizer shoes seem to run a little larger. Ordered a 9 medium which is my usual size but they were falling off my feet

I ordered this in a narrow and it was not an or at all. The entire shoe was very rounded and wide, not very cute at all. Will be returning.

Shoes rubbed in the heel especially the left shoe. I bought the same shoe in the silvery / gold and it does not rub. Could be the leather used in the black shoe. Love the silvery/gold pair.

I had to return because toe and heel had vinyl missing. Ordered a second pair and they were also damaged on the toe/ Very disappointed with the quality. Will not purchase this brand in the future.

Very high across arch of foot and toes areas.

I didn't like the height of the back of the shoe. I liked Brittany style much better, which is no longer made.
