Customer Reviews Hydro Flask 12 oz Coffee Mug

After only 2-3 weeks of light use (inside while teleworking) I have noticed the outside has started to discolor and turn a gross yellow color in places where I hold it (handle and sides where I pick it up). I have the light blue in the skyline series. I like the mug and its great at keeping things both hot and cold, but am incredibly disappointed that the material would discolor so quickly, after very little use.

I love my hydroflask bottle and wanted a double walled metal mug for my coffee. I just received this guy, and I have to say I don't like it. The material on the outside is plastic, unlike my bottle which is a very delightful feeling smooth metal with a sturdy and beautiful green paint finish. This plastic covered mug arrived with some strange discoloration on the outside, in addition to feeling like a squishy-safety plastic fisher price toy of my childhood. I wanted a metal mug that feels woodsy and retro-campy with that refreshing metallic 'ting' and instead I've got another piece of plastic in my kitchen.

As an avid Hydro Flask user, I was excited to give this as a gidt. However, the outer plastic shell separates from the stainless steel piece. No other Hydro Flask I have has this issue. Quite the bummer and will not be giving this as a gift.

Just purchased the other day. Made coffee this morning and within 15mins coffee was warm at best. Not worth the money

I own several hydro flask bottles and love them. I was excited when this came out and quickly purchased. Disappointing that it doesn't keep my coffee any hotter than a normal household mug. Lukewarm at best after an hour, even with the lid on. Also, the handle should be bigger to fit three fingers through at the least. Hydro flask missed the mark on this one.

Not what I expected. Heavy in weight . I thought it would keep my coffee hotter longer ,

12oz... That's it?! I can't say I know anyone who only drinks 12oz of coffee.
