Feels great in my hand. Keeps coffee warm for a while.

I am happy with the cup, I would be happier if it had a lid that closed.

I got this mug so that my coffee would stay hot as I sipped on it for an hour or more.

I bought this cup for my husband for Father's Day. It keeps his coffee warm, but he does not like the fact that you can't close the opening. He is a spiller.

This is a beautiful, durable mug. It definitely keeps coffee hot - I've burned myself A LOT since starting to use this mug.

I purchased this mug again, but this time in blue! The second purchase was because I love the way that it's nearly silent when I set it down. I can't stand the way that that glass, ceramic or my Yeti mug 'clanks' when I put it down. I also have a hard time with the sip lid. Sometimes it comes out smooth and others, I get a scorching splash in my mouth! That said, I now skip the lid. I'll still probably order more despite the lid.

I bought the hot pink and love the color! It keeps my hot tea for 3-4 hours. It can be held by handle or move the sip lid around to wrap hands around mug only. No leak. Doesnt truely fit in car cup holder, it sits on top enough I can hands free for a bit if needed. Website indicates USA made but bottom of product says made in China.

I've had this mug for about 6 months and use it all the time. It keeps coffee hot, is comfortable to hold, and is a good size. The only problem is that the lid sits about 3/4 of an inch into the cup. This is fine when making coffee at home because you know not to fill it too much, but when handing over the mug at a coffee shop I always have to tell them to leave lots of room, which is a hassle, because otherwise coffee sprays out the sip opening when it's put on. The max fill line is small and really hard to see so I'm always having to take burning sips before I can put the lid on and leave a coffee shop. OTHERWISE I love it! If they made it with a screw on lid that didn't fit into the mug, or with a more obvious max fill like, though, I'd get a new one and keep the old for home use

I bought this mug a week ago. It keeps my coffee nice and hot. I like it, but the lid is really hard to remove. It should have a tab on it so you don't have to slip your fingernails between the lid and the mug.I also wish there was a way to cover the drinking slot.

I received this as a Christmas gift and have used it everyday since. It keeps my tea warm enough for me to enjoy a leisurely cup in the morning without it going cold. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that it doesn't have a sliding closure and it is difficult to transport it without it spilling. I would highly recommend adding that feature and then it would be perfect.

I Would like to see more colors and a larger sizes.

I bought this recently because I was having trouble finding the right size of travel coffee mug -- I have a 20oz hydroflask flip top but I found I never finished the whole 20z so this was the perfect solution. I love the coffee cup feel of this travel mug. My only complaint is there seems to be a bit of a seal/leak problem, at least when I am getting low on coffee in the mug and have to tip it back more to take a sip. In this situation I notice a few drips of coffee leak out of the gap underneath the lid which is kind of annoying. Not sure if anyone else has had a similar problem. Maybe it's just me. Besides that, love the product.

I love the handle (obviously) and it feels great in my hand. The only downside is that it doesn't fit in a standard cup holder.

I'm his coffee mug is super cute however compared to my older version, my coffee does not stay hot. I have the tall version.

Hydro Flask is know of not having the best designs on Lids but this time the designers really jump the fence. Is it too hard to design a good drinking lid??? You have one that is good that is used with the wine cups that can be the starting point for a good lid. This is why I think this 12oz cup - you add one 1/3 of creamer then you add 8 oz. of coffee you stir your coffee to mix the creamer with the coffee you cover it with the provided lid you close the hole take it to your desk and the back of the hole were the piece slides is a mess and after a couple of time of opening and close the little door it gets stuck with the sugar. then you have to remove the hole lid and take it to a sink to wash it. Come on guys you have the best cups and water bottles in the market with the worst lids, just look at the lids of the other brands, you can come with better designs.

I bought this 4 months ago and keeps coffee hot. I got the color Rain and unfortunately the color began to turn yellow! I only hand wash it. I'm disappointed about the quality.

I had this for awhile now. Bought this when I was vacationing in Oregon. Love the mug because it keeps my coffee hot while I work. Even after I forget about my coffee and remember all of a sudden my drink is still hot. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't hold up during washing. The mug now has dark lines all around the mug. I do not put the mug in a dishwasher and I have always washed it by hand. So I do not understand the lines all around it. It doesn't look like scratches either. Wish I can put up pictures, but it won't allow me to upload photos right now.

I purchased this coffee mug last weekend. I love the mug but the lid could use a lttle work. I end up dripping coffee down the front of my shirt. Dissappointing to say the least.

I was so excited to get this mug for my birthday for my coffee. I have been using for a few days and realizing my coffee is not staying warm. I just noticed when the lid is shut there is a hole in the lid - so I am assuming that is why it isn't keeping warm. I have to microwave my coffee and then put it back in my hydro or store it in a different airtight mug and then switch over when I am ready to drink

Seems like the silicone coat is attached and removable, but it's so hard to de-attached and so hard to clean cuz they're technically not built in one piece.

Great mug if you do not need the lid to offer a device to close the drinking opening. I like to carry the mug with me outside on a walk or while gardening. Unfortunately the coffee easily spills out if not carefully carried like a regular coffee mug. Disappointed? Yes. I Should have realized this before ordering.

it was not what I expected. its very cheap feeling at the handle and it doesn't keep the drink hot, warm at best. if hydro flask made a lid with steel in the lid to make the drink stay warmer for longer, that would be awesome. that would also help with the smell and taste that remains on the lid even after wash :/

I knew I wanted a Hydro Flask and I'm a big coffee guy so this was my first. I liked that it was shaped like a mug. It has been a good desk mug, but is definitely not for travel. It is not spill proof and does not fit in my vehicle's cup holder as the base is too big (I was hoping it would fit up to the handle). It has a rubbery outer shell and the handle is decently firm, but does have some flex (I'd rather it didn't). It keeps coffee warm and drinkable a lot longer than the average mug (about 2.5 hours of drinkability for me). I tried it for ice water though and was shocked by how long it stayed cold. That led me to buy the 20 oz. coffee flask with flex sip lid. That is the one I would suggest anyone buy - I rated it 5 stars in the review I left for it. It has a spill proof closable top that keeps coffee hot longer. I was able to buy the straw lid for water (I actually use it more for ice water than coffee now) and it fits in my vehicle's cup holder too. I love that one! This one stays with me at my work desk now throughout the day for coffee and the other stays filled with icy cold water.

I think it's pretty good. It has held a drink that I intend to drink.

The mug is great and keeps everything hot. But... the handle sucks. Very uncomfortable to hold.
