I bought this mug and loved it. It worked great for a couple of months of daily use, and it was by far the best mug I had ever owned. After a couple of months, the push button fell out. I exchanged it for a new one, believing it was a fluke. But, after a couple of months using the second mug, the push button fell out. I returned it and decided to try a different mug. No complaints so far, just frustrated because I have been loyal to Stanley for quite a while now.

Was great for a while but then...when cleaning the gunk out of the lid, it came completely apart. Like Humpty Dumpty, I cannot put it together again. Went to the website and could not find this mug or the replacement part.

My Fianc and I deliberated and researched for weeks over the right mugs for us. We drink coffee everyday and both hate a cold and beverageless drive to work. We landed on (2) of the classic one hand vacuum 20oz mug. We found that on average 4hrs was the holding time for a hot beverage, which was fine with us. I love that its basically spill resist. My car does not have cup holders, so I can take a sip and lay it back on the seat, or if I hit the breaks its not a total catastrophe. We were very happy with the look, and durability of the canister section and found that they were very easy to clean. The biggest bummer was about 6 months later both Lids broke on the same day, in the same spot. His in the AM, and Mine in the PM. The lid has a button with a spring under it you can press to open the mouth. This popped off and would not go back. Now we have lovely canisters we can't use. I would recommend these if I could find a replacement Lid that was inexpensive.

This was hands down my favorite travel mug for the first week and a half that I used it. Unfortunately, after only a week and a half of happy use the gasket on the lid came off and the mug is completely unusable now. I had coveted these mugs for months before pulling the trigger and buying one do this is a huge disappointment

Lasted a month before the gasket came off during a wash. This is a small piece and did not know it would just come off so now the cup is useless...........

Worked great for a while, even used it in the field for the army, kept liquids hot for hours rattling around the bottom of an assault pack. Recently (3 months after purchase) the lid has started leaking from the button area and spills down the mug, and onto the actual pouring surface. never fully disassembled the lid until this happened. figured I would try to break it down, clean it from any stored up gunk that I couldn't reach before and it would work. Not the case. Looks like this will be a regular mug, and ill have to look into a different field mug.

My wife bought this for me. .I have owned a Stanley thermos for 25 years.. (((yep the same one)))..so she bought the matching cup.I drive a cement mixer so she thought this could handle the torture treatment that my thermos goes through. ..it was great for a month or two.then one day I noticed coffee spilling out of it...well somehow the rubber stop on lid where the coffee comes out was missing. .if it is missing there is nothing to stop the fluid from coming out...I'm going to guess that it came off during the cleaning of the lid??..
I tried to find a replacement. ...nope..nothing to be found at any store that I have looked. .

I bought my mug several years ago and have used it camping, motorcycling, meetings, just about everywhere. Hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold. Worked great until while washing it the small seal apparently came off. Next time I used it my wife handed it to me in the car as we were just getting ready to leave. The hot coffee built up pressure when tipped over slightly and when I went to put it in the holder it sprayed coffee all over the dash and front seats. Lucky nobody was hurt, I can only imagine what might have happened if I had been driving. I did send an email to Stanley and they promised to call me about my concern. This never happened. Maybe posting a review will help.
I love my other Stanley products but are just disappointed with the lid and Stanley's response to everyone's concern.

I bought my amazing one handed mug in the UK in January because the one my partner bought me was sadly stolen at a car show I attended.
Well I was delighted with my mug until when washing it the little rubber stopper went missing. I never noticed until I made a cuppa tea and put it under my arm and went to work. It leaked boiling hot tea over my suit. Thankfully I was not harmed but I looked at the problem to find the missing part. I searched the Internet for help on this matter and found I'm not the only one. I wrote a lovely email to Stanley asking for a bit of help but they didn't get back to me. A good while later I resent the email and again I have had no response. I would have given this full marks because I loved it but since Stanley have not had the decency to reply I can not credit them with a better review.I would have recommended this to anyone willing to listen to me but sadly I don't think I can do that now.
I have to tell you I'm very disappointed

I have two of these mugs. One has a sticky button. If not depressed completely, the coffee pours all over your shirt. On the other mug, the button works flawlessly. I came to this site in hopes of finding a replacement lid. Is one available?

For the first two weeks I owned this mug I loved it. Absolutely worth the $30 price tag. UNTIL I lost the little rubber gasket, rendering the mug almost useless. I figured if this came off that easily, it must be a common occurrence (which has proven true) and I'd be able to replace it easily (not so much). Not only can you not purchase the gasket separately, but you can't even bite the bullet and purchase the top (for $6 plus $6 shipping) because it has been on back order forever. I've literally been waiting like 2 months to be able to spend $12 to buy this stupid lid just for the gasket that will probably fall off again in another two weeks. So in the meantime, I have been reduced to putting a plastic baggie in the lid so I can still use this to bring my morning cup of coffee to work. Ugh. You'd think Stanley would try something to alleviate this obviously common problem because buying a whole new $30 mug isn't in the cards.

I received this mug for Christmas and was quite excited, based on the reviews I read online. However, this mug has been nothing short of disappointing for me. Coffee consistently goes cold within 2 hours. I will be returning this product. Would not recommend.

Terrible, I fill my mugs with hot water before hand to heat up the mug. Then poor my coffee. I am very disappointed as coffee is "cold " within 35 mins. I have a corrigo mug that blows this Stanley away. Very disappointed as all I paid for is a powder coated fancy mug. I do not recommend!!!!!

Too tall to fit under keurig machine.
The lids are not consistent, they will leak you have to make sure it's aligned just right.
I'm going back to Contigo west loop, it's less money and way better.

I would give this travel mug a zero if I could. It doesn't keep coffee warm for 2 hours, let alone hot. Stanley went from the best thermos and travel mugs to ones that aren't worth a plug nickel. This all started when they switched to pour through tops and the new trigger action tops they use on the travel mugs now.

It didn't work for me because I don't have a seal to not let water leak. If you put it in a bag, the liquid from the bottle leaks.
