Like other Taos sneakers, these apparently run a half-size small. These shoes didn't have a warning yet so I crossed my fingers that Taos corrected their sizes and went ahead and ordered my usual size -- 11, which also is the largest size Taos offers in these shoes. Unfortunately for me, the shoes are just a bit too small. Taos used to offer a size 12, but that no longer seems to be the case in their new shoes, so I'm out of luck. This is super disappointing because I've worn primarily Taos shoes for the past 2-3 years, but now it looks like I'll have to find something else. These shoes are really cute, though, and have the comfy footbed I love in other Taos shoes. If you have smaller feet than mine, these might work great for you!

Absolutely worth the money. I was having horrible knee pain for months and these cleared it up in a week. So comfy and stylish! Order a half size up.

I normally wear a 7-7.5, but I had to exchange for a size 8 in these. I have slightly narrow feet and these fit perfectly. I have high arches. The provided insole is decent and gives enough support for casual wear. Because I am wearing these for 4 hour shifts on my feet on hardwood floors, I will probably use a better insole soon, but so far my feet are comfortable and do not hurt on my shifts. My only complaint is that the ribbed opening around my ankle is slightly too tight. I have skinny ankles. I think they're designed to be snug. I get used to it quickly, but I might try to stretch it out a little. (I also wish no antibacterial chemicals were added, this bothers me a lot!) Overall it's a very good shoe. I'm really picky. I needed to replace my Ahnu hightops that I loved, but finally wore out. The Ahnu shoes were the perfect shoes in every way, but the company was bought out and they don't make that shoe anymore. These are an acceptable replacement, but they're not as comfortable. I'm still really happy with them. And I love the color!

It is a cute pair of sneakers. I thought after wearing several times it would feel comfortable. But the discomfort remained mainly because of the 'arch support' footpads. These pads are hard and have bulky arch area which supposed to support arch but instead hurts. I can wear these shoes for three hours maximum.

Love the shoes - great comfort and sporty look. I love the color. Read the reviews and ordered half-size larger than normal - great advice and they fit. I’d advise anyone NOT to order their usual size.

I had ordered these in the Bordeaux color in a 9. I usually wear a size 8 1/2-9 (or 39) but they definitely felt too small. The color was more brownish than I thought it would be, so I just ordered the gray in a 9 1/2 and hoping they fit. They are so cute and I loved the side zipper.

I was so excited to try these but unfortunately once i got my foot in my toe was jammed up in the front and I couldn’t zip the zipper!! So apparently these run fairly small. And now the next size up is not available. So I’ll wait and potentially try the next size if it becomes available. I had high hopes for these. The style is super-cute!!

I followed on the half size up recommendation--the 8 fits me well. The insoles are extremely supportive and comfortable; I'm picky and have feet issues--I'm on them all day. The cappucino color I would describe as almost a faded brick color and it's quite lovely.

I've had these for over a year now and I have to say that having a bad back, walking around (anything length of time) is painful. These shoes have changed that. I did listen and order half a size up. Typically I'm an 8.5 and I got a 9 and they were perfect. My feet are a touch wider than medium but these were never a problem. I wouldn't go as far as to say they are meant for wider feet but to say they stretched out to accommodate my feet without looking weird (I do choose to wear thinner socks) . The breaking in process was fast if any and my feet have always been comfortable in them.

I basically love everything about these shoes. My husband laughs at me because I can’t stop talking about how much I love them! ? They’re comfy and stylish. And I’m so glad they have a zipper. It makes getting in and out of them so much easier! They definitely do run 1/2 size small so order up a 1/2 size. (I normally wear 8’s but I ordered 8 1/2 and they fit great.)

I wear these almost every day now! The laces look good and allow you to adjust the tightness, and the zipper allows quick and easy on/off. The shoes are super-cute. When I buy dress shoes I buy size 39, so I bought a 40 to accommodate socks. I would say even the 40 is a little snug with socks, so definitely don't size down and maybe err on the side of a larger size. I'm so happy with these and as usual Zappo's got them to me as soon as I clicked "Place Order" (ok that's an exaggeration but it felt very speedy!).

These are SO CUTE and they feel great on your feet. They are not too high around the ankle to be aggravating. They are pretty fantastic.

Based on reading reviews,I ordered 1/2 size up and they fit great. Many thanks to those that posted review. You allowed me to get the correct fit first time out of the box.

These shoes are my favorite pair to wear! I wear them everywhere, and feel stylish and athletic wearing them. I’ve even worn them with a black knit dress and black stockings. It’s a bonus that the fabric, while not visibly plush, feels soft like brushed denim. The wide corduroy padding is also a nice quality detail. The zip closure on the side is just plain fun. These shoes are well made and sturdy, and I feel they’ll last a long time.

This shoe was a surprise! It is so much cuter in person. Very comfortable. My only problem is with the zipper in the side at an angle, it is somewhat hard for me to zip. I can live with that though. I would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable around base of foot. But too tight at top to pull zipper up easily. Luckily, the laces are easily adjusted.

Very cute but the toe bed was narrow for me. Would love it in a W width.

Zipper was uncomfortable at the top where it hit my ankle bones. Disappointed because the arch support is great and so cute. Returning for a low profile Taos sneaker. Size up 1/2 to whole size.

These are so cute! I normally wear a 9 in closed toe shoes, but the 9 in these were too short my toe hit the end. I’m exchanging them for a 9.5. Great arch support.

The fit and size were accurate. I normally wear an 8.5 and I have a narrow foot and these fit perfectly. If you have a wide foot these will feel very snug. I didn't realize they were a canvas upper as the picture looked like suede. I am not a fan of canvas sneakers because it takes a bit of wearing to get them soft. I want to be able to put on a pair of shoes or sneakers and feel great in them as well as look great. If you don't mind wearing them down then go for it. They have nice arch support and the zipper makes it easy to put on and off without having to mess with the laces. I sent them back because they were just a tad bit stiff for me. They do look cute though!

These are good quality casual sneakers. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size up and they fit just right. They are not super cushiony compared to a good running shoe, but they are comfortable enough for a day of shopping or a moderate amount of walking. They’re really cute and the knit material around the ankle is a nice comfy touch. The zipper makes them easy on/off.

Too large. I order up a full size per reviews by others. Also, left shoe had a faulty zipper, and the shoe string snapped off. I still want to try this shoe in a half size down.

While I checked true to size, it was almost bordering on a bit small. Having said that I’m hoping the toe box will soften with use and it will be fine. The width is perfect. Besides its hip look I bought them based on the advertising of its arch support which could be better. I have high arches and will use another insert. They are so darn cute.
