I loved the style but unfortunately they aren’t comfortable. I was looking for the everyday work wear and these won’t cut it. I originally ordered the black on black which felt like butter on my feet, 1/2 size small so I exchanged them for the tortoise in 8.5 and the size was right but they felt a bit like plastic. Immediately felt like I would get a blister. Sending them back and may go back to the black on black in a larger size.

These are ok. I’m keeping them because I need them, but there’s nothing overly remarkable about them. The leather smells fabulous and is very soft. They are comfortable right away, but I listed them as feeling a half size too small because the elastic around the heel pushes my feet up close to the end of the toe box. I have plenty of room behind my heel, but not much up front. These might be the type of shoes I love more as time goes on, but I’m not overly impressed at the start.

Comfy

Overall, cute and comfy shoes. Reva flats used to dig into my heels around the elastics even in half size up (usually 7, but ordered Revas in 7.5 which still hurt so bad...), but these pairs are fine. Nice and supple leather, cute design and pretty comfy. I am happy with the purchase so I kept both pairs that I ordered in different colors. The bottom of the shoes feels almost like firm jelly when walking, which provides more comfort then any other flats. I worn them for 4 hours straight walking in the city, and my feet were more in comfort in these pairs then in any other flats. Happy with the purchase, and considering purchasing one more pair.

Have to admit, I bought in part for the name! There are certainly other flats out there that are just as comfortable but are less pricey. Still, they're adorable.

The designers have clearly revamped the way this shoe is made with comfort in mind. The inside is made smooth and soft. I've tried these on every few years because I like the look, but they were never comfortable enough to invest in. This particular pattern is very flattering with work clothes. I tend to wear 9.5-10 and I'm a 10 in these. The 9.5 fits but my big toe was hitting the top of the shoe.

Tried these out even though I have wide feet. They fit but I knew I wouldn’t be able to wear them to work for 10 hours+, so back they go to Zappo’s. Super cute shoes, though. I would’ve loved to keep them but for the price, I needed more versatility and comfort.

Loved this style! However, I purchased the Goan Sand color, which was too pink for me as I was looking for a more tan color. I'll try another color, as the shoes were extremely comfortable and stylish.

It is a very cute, soft, OVERPRICED pair of shoes. They are adorable for a quick slip on to attend a child's school event on a dry day. I bought them to skirt through an airport, yet really missed the arch support after a long day. They are classic yet I'm not sure how much I enjoy screaming out to people that I paid $200 plus for this shoe.

I ordered these in black in my usual size, but when they arrived they were too big and were falling off my heel, so I returned them for a half size smaller. I'd also ordered the black with gold medallion for comparison, but the gold looked and felt a little cheap, so those went back as well. Generally, the leather is very soft and the shoe is extremely comfortable when you first put it on. For some reason I have difficulty with elastacized flats, and so by the end of the first day, I had a blister on one foot. In the future, I'll need to line the edge of the shoe with moleskin in that particular spot, but overall I like these and would order them again.

Great fit. Usually I order a half size up for my TB wedges. I ordered my true size for these flats and they fit perfectly. Comfortable right out of the box. Gave one less star for the color. Had almost a pinkish tinge, but I ended up keeping because of the comfort.

All the reviews were rated 5. I did love the shoes as they were comfortable and fit, however they squeaked when I walked. Therefore, I returned them.

Really cute shoe, but a tad too wide for me.

I love the tortoise shell and only Zappos's had them in my size. They look good with jeans or more dressy. I could have gone a half size up, but I worried a 9 would be too loose. I probably would have preferred the larger size.

I love these shoes! So cute. But they are quite an investment, hence them only getting 4 stars overall. For the price, I need to see how they wear long-term before they would earn 5 stars. I usually wear size 8, but I did decide to go up a half-size to get a slightly better fit. Good thing Zappos has free returns!

I love the look of these shoes. They are pretty comfortable too. My only problem has been the painted medallion on the top. The paint started to chip off within a few months. I'm not hard on shoes at all. I think all it takes is lightly bumping them on a chair leg or other common activity to start a chip. Zappos was great about sending me a new pair. Maybe I had a bad set. I do get lots of compliments.

Loved how these shoes fit - I didn't love just how shiny they were. If you are okay with the shininess you will love these. Fit true to size and had some nice support. Probably will purchase in another color.

These were the first ballet flats I have been able to put on and wear immediately! They don't cut off the circulation in my feet or leave blisters. They are a bit wider than I would like them to be but otherwise, they are great!

These are adorable and I WANT them to fit! To those of you have very flat feet as I do, there is no support to keep flat feet from"spiling over" at the inner part of the shoe. I also have narrow feet and as others have said, these seem wide at the heel. Would have loved to have them as a relief shoe from heels.

Tortoise ones are squeaky! These look great and are much more comfortable than the Tory Burch Reva flats (I don't know how people wear those). They're not 100% comfortable though because they're very flat (I don't think I could walk around all day in these like I do with Lanvin ballerinas). I was going to keep them anyway, but I can't get past how loudly they squeak when I walk! Hopefully this is just an issue with the tortoise ones because they're patent leather and not with the other colors.

I was so excited to get these, but was disappointed when I put them on. Not only did the top cut into my foot, they squeaked horribly when I walked through the house. Uncomfortable AND noisy - I have to return them!

I have admired these shoes for a couple of years but haven't taken the leap. Finally I ordered them and am so disappointed they won't work for me. They are soft and comfortable with pretty good padding on the bottom and it seems like the heels won't rub. BUT, the edge of the shoe goes right over the edge of the large toe joint on the side of the foot. I don't have bunions but that joint is a little bony and it was painful. Maybe it would stretch out eventually but I don't think I could wear them long enough for that to happen. A wide shoe would be too wide so unfortunately they have to go back. So sad!

I have several other pairs of these shoes and love them! However, I received two defective pairs from Zappos. I'm disappointed but still love Zappos and their customer service was awesome.
