love the look of these and they’re really comfortable. not impressed with the quality of the leather, though. the toes scuffed the first day that i wore them and it seems like the leather is peeling off.

The shoes are beautiful but I had to return because they did not fit. I am a size 9 and ordered that size, but my feet felt so smushed in. It seemed like they would stretch over time, but were too uncomfortable to try.

I have the Tory Burch Minnie Travel Ballet Flat in black, and they're super comfortable - like standing up all day at an event, and walking 7+ miles in them the first day that I wore them comfortable. And comfortable in a way that my Reva flats never were. I saw that the patent tortoise one was on sale, and figured that would be a good update to my wardrobe. I read the reviews about how they squeaked, and were generally uncomfortable, and figured everyone's standard of comfort was different. I put them on and they pinched the back of my heel pretty much immediately. They're cute, but they had to go back - way too uncomfortable for me.

They look great, but after walking with them in the city, I immediately felt discomfort. They caused a blister on the back of my heel. I thought that for the price I paid for them, they would not feel as uncomfortable as the flats one would buy for $30. I was wrong.

I really wanted these to work...just didn't. Wide and foot sliding!

I loved the tortoise shell pattern on this shoe. When it came it had a metallic sheen, so not a classic tortoise look, and I still would have liked it but the shoe in general and the medallion on the toe somehow lengthened my already long feet. At 2-3 times more than other ballet flats I've bought, I felt the price didn't warrant keeping a shoe that wasn't that flattering on me. Otherwise, this was more comfortable than the Sam Edelman's I've purchased (and worn to death), because it has a nice rubber sole to absorb shock, with an extra piece of rubber right under the arch. It felt more like a pair of Naturalizer flats I had years ago, which were wonderful shoes. However, since I don't have arch or foot problems, I'm just as happy comfort-wise with a pair of ballet flats with no cushion or support. I'm shopping more for looks at this point.

The shoe looks great but unfortunately there is zero support and the size runs large. Very disappointing since it is such an expensive shoe.

Cute shoes, soft leather but the fit did not work for me. I have narrow feet and these were too wide in my size with no arch support. They were folding funny around my foot when I walked. Color is pale pink rather than beige/taupe. Unfortunately had to return.

These shoes are HUGE. I wear a size 6 normally and originally ordered size 6 and was basically walking out of these shoes. I ordered a 5.5 and they still feel too large. They are pretty wide, and on top of that, these shoes likely stretch over time. Have never had such a large size discrepancy trying to find shoes.

They're comfortable for short periods. Have no arch support whatsoever, but I've resigned myself to story Burch flats having that issue. The one fatal flaw they have, as travel flats, when I go through TSA Pre-Check with my shoes on these set off the metal detector. Overall, a nice idea, but not perfect.

I had some old silver Tory Burch flats that needed to be replaced so I ordered these. WOW - these are like Wizard of Oz sparkly! Yuck. Sent them back. The original TB flats were a more subtle silvery/gray and not so blingy. Wish they kept that shade instead. But I found and loved the 9 West D'Orsay flat in a nice subtle silver.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable. However, the plastic emblem on top is prone to chipping. I've had these shoes for less than a week and both emblems have chipped. One shoe chipped on the first day! I am not sure why they did not use a solid black plastic for the emblem. When the shoes chip, they reveal the white below. This seems short-sighted considering how much use a pair of shoes might get.

These shoes are super cute and are way more comfortable than the Reva flats I bought 4 years ago. That said, I bought these in Gold less than 2 months ago and the gold finish seems to wear off SUPER easily. I have big scuff marks on a few different spots on these flats and I have worn them maybe 5 times. They don't have the same resiliency that the smooth leather does. Sort of regretting my purchase because I know I won't get years of wear out of these like I did my black leather Revas. A shame, because they are WAY more comfortable!

Interior stitching at toe of L shoe rubs against one's (my} big toe. Same issue in R shoe, but not as uncomfortable. Ordered another pair: perhaps an anomaly--hoping replacement pair doesn't have same defect.

I have these in the light blush color and expected them to fit the same. These were incredibly uncomfortable in the ties and started hurting as soon as I put them on.

Super cute but super uncomfortable. The length felt true to size but the top of the shoe digs into your foot. Ouch.

I wear a 5.5 or 6 in most shoes, so I ordered a 5.5 in these. I think the 6 would've fit better. I also wear medium width. However, I returned them and didn't order a size 6 because the style was so ugly. I thought they made my foot look like a potato and were not comfortable. I got the Roccia color and was excited to try them. But, I tried them on once and sent them straight back. I was disappointed because I have been looking for another pair of Tory Burch shoes. I have a pair of wedges that I bought years ago that are more comfortable than any flats I own (besides flip flops). I'll keep looking!

I have had these shoes for three weeks for Tory Burch ballet flats to have the paint on the symbol (top of shoe) to be wearing off is not the quality I would have expected.

I coveted these and was on the waiting list for the tortoise. I finally got them, anticipating being in love with them like so many of these amazing reviews. Unfortunately, they weren't a good for cot me (literally), and I sent them back. They squeak with every step, have zero support, and are generally uncomfortable. Additionally, and somewhat surprisingly, I didn't like the look of them in person. They looked a little on the cheap side and a little matronly, with the huge plastic logo. I've seen TB flats on others and they always look so chic, but these missed the mark for me.

Most uncomfortable shoes - they aren't wide enough and rub across the toes.

I really enjoyed these shoes and wear them maybe once every few weeks (2-3 times per month) to work. I was wearing them last week and the entire Tory Burch medallion on the front of the shoe fell off. I have no idea where I lost while walking, but now the shoes are nearly new and cannot be worn. I am very disappointed in the quality given these are expensive shoes (according to me).
