These flats are everything I expected and more. The "Stirrup" is a great neutral color. Having these as my third pair of Tory flats, these might be my fav! True to size.

I saw these in a photo posted on Instagram and I had to have them! I went straight to Zappos because of the customer service! Straight out of the box they felt super comfortable. I have another pair of Tori Burch ballet flats and these are much more comfortable! They come with a pouch so you can throw them into your purse!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these patented leather tortoise shell Tory Burch ballet flats. I have been seining these type of TB flats all over the place and wanted a pair of my own. The Tortoise shell is very stylish and in patented leather makes it very dynamic to go with everything. These flats are incredibly comfortable which is very important to me given my big feet for which I am challenged to find good looking as well as comfortable shoes. I worried about blisters at the back of my heel where the elastic bit is but these are so malleable and not rough at all and the do not rub (no blisters). While these are a little pricey they are so worth it. Better to have quality than to settle for something less expensive that MIGHT work. I will say that sizing was interesting. I'm between a 10 and 10.5 because I had surgery on my foot that left my big toe a bit misshapen. I needed to size up to an 11 for my big toe to feel like it had some room. You may not have this issue but make sure you know what size you truly are before you order them on line. I mean , yes, Zappos has terrific shipping policies but let's not over work the team at Zappos which is absolutely the greatest team ever delivering THE best customer service. I need to go back and order the silver and metallic pink.

These are lovely to look at and quite comfortable to wear. I'm glad when I was unsure about what size to order that I went a bit bigger. Absolutely love this purchase.

Bought these shoes for my daughter.for Christmas. She was thrilled. She loves them. She said the fit is very good and that the leather is so soft it is unbelievable. She highly recommends them.

I received these shoes for Christmas. I ordered a size up because some Tory Burch sizes are off. I ordered the 8 1/2 and had to exchange them for a size 8. Size 8 is what I typically wear, so I would go with the size you wear the most. These shoes are true to size. However, I do think these shoes are a little wide. I do not have wide feet but I wouldn't consider my feet to be super narrow either, just normal, and I felt like these shoes were a little loose on the sides. Maybe that was because they were size 8 1/2 though, I just exchanged them for a size 8 so hopefully those ones will fit tighter.

Very cute and much more comfortable than Tory Burch's traditional ballet flat. Didn't have to break these in.

Very comfortable flat. Cushioned sole. Can wear all day with no rubbing or uncomfortable areas. I saw several reviews that said you can't wear these through the scanners at the airport if you have TSA precheck, I did and had no problem. I typically wear an 11 in all shoes, but find I always need a 10.5 with Tory Burch flats.

Super cute flats to wear with pants, skirts or dresses. I love the classic look and plan to buy other colors as well. Sure, they are a little pricey but they don't go out of style.

Ordered my first pair of TB ballet flats and because I am "green" to the brand, I relied on the reviews. I'm a true size 5, but was unsure if I should order a 5 or 5.5. I opted for both sizes! Once the box arrived, I was so excited to put them on! I started with the size 5 and it was a PERFECT fit; I didn't even touch the 5.5 box! I may be a little late to the TB party, but I am now a true believer in the brand! Don't hesitate to buy these flats! Gorgeous and comfortable is the perfect combination!!

I have tried Tori Burch ballet flats in the past and found them very uncomfortable. After reading the reviews on Zappos I decided to give them another try and I'm happy to report I love these shoes! They fit true to size are soft and very comfortable right out of the box. I ordered the black ones and plan to order the light oaks next.

I've purchased Tory Burch flats in the past and they weren't very comfortable HOWEVER, I needed flats for work and for some reason decided to give them a try again and I don't regret it one bit. These are amazing and super comfortable; They are even great to drive in. Very true to size. I wear a women's 5 and got the 5 and it was a perfect fit!

It felt smaller than usual and hurt on the outer parts of the upper foot. I was surprised by that because I’m usually a 10 in Tory.

My baby toes got really irritated the first couple of times I wore these. I teach so I am on my feet for 80 min at a time and these took some getting used to.

The tortoise flats are probably my #1 favorite shoe of all time. I took one star off overall because the medallion popped off one of the toes, but Zappos was amazing and replaced it even beyond the year limit.

I LOVE these shoes and really wanted them to work, but the 7 was too big and the 6.5 was too small. So I had to return them both.
