I am very pleased with the shoes. I love what they did to the look, replacing the cheap black wrap with suede. The fit is what I expected from a Merrell., true to my size.

Great shoe, narrower than most medium widths, which was good for me. But, looked too sleek for a hiking shoe and too dark for my taste.

Overall it felt uncomfortable. I order a wide. It needs to be slightly wider.

I have worn Merrells for years. These were my go-to light hikers, because they run a little narrow and I have narrow feet. However, this year, they seem to run a just a tad short. I wear a 9.5 in regular shoes, so I order a 10 in athletic shoes, but my big toe touches the end in these. Sizing up would likely be too large. Disappointing, because otherwise I like the shoe, as always.

Like the look - fairly sleek for a sturdy shoe. My other Merrells are an 8.5 to fit my 8.5/9 narrowish foot. The 9.5 in this is the right length, the shoe fits snug in the width and firmly supports my foot. Unfortunately it also is cut very high on the ankle - too high for me to fix with an insole so back it goes - Thanks Zappos for easy returns.

I really wanted to like these. Have another pair of Sirens that I have owned for over ten years, and the difference is quite noticeable. Even accounting for some wear-in time, I don't think these shoes are ever going to feel as good as the former version. My older pair have an Orthalite insole that seems to have much better return after each step. This new version is very hard. I have very high arches and have been waiting patiently for Merrell to bring back another version of the Siren Sport that is similar to my old pair (the edges are getting worn down, so almost anything should feel better, but these do not). Wore these around the house, going up and down the stairs several times, and within fifteen minutes something pulled in one of my ankles (I already have an ankle problem, so I am not necessarily blaming it on the shoe). Trail shoes should be firm, but these were a little too "clunky", and I could tell that keeping them to give them a try on an actual trail would only saddle me with a pair of uncomfortable shoes. Compared to my old pair, these shoes look and feel cheap.

i wear these way more than i thought...Love the look and feel. Rare for these hard please feet!

These are the one pair of sneakers I bring when I travel. They are ugly, but I can wear them all day for many days walking many miles each day. I bought these in 2021; it's 2024 now, and I really should get a new pair. These are tough and gentle. The best!

great fit and support.

shoe fit great...had to get one size larger than my normal shoe size to accommodate my custom orthotics.

Fit was great, but sadly, these are too stiff for my purposes at this time. Merrell is a great product, Zappos is my fav for shoes (and now clothes too!!)
