I bought two pairs of boots that apparently were marked final sale. The two pairs do not fit the same. One pair, I cannot get on my feet -despite being the same size. I have been informed, I cannot return them for new shoes, a store credit, or a refund. The only option given is to sell them to someone else via the Frye exchange -basically to resell to someone a faulty product. I could have purchased them through Amazon for the same price and I could have returned them. After years of buying Frye product, I will not buy from them again.

Zipper broke on my first time wearing. I zipped them once and the zipper broke. This seems to be a common review. Frye doesnt stand behind their products and responded too bad. I have many pairs of Frye boots and shoes. Wont be buying anymore.

The zipper on one doesnt work properly, both zippers are very difficult to use. The leather is extremely tough.

Love the look of these boots but there is no way I can walk in them. I have another pair of frye boots in my standard size, 7. 5, and they fit great. These feel too squishy and the front of the boot hits my shin when I try to walk. Theyre very stiff. Im sad because theyre so cute!

They are very comfortable

These boots run insanely small! So disappointing.

Love these boots but I have bigger calves and the fit is too tight. The circumference is closer to 11 inches- not 12. 5. Returning them.

These boots are beautiful, and almost perfect. I am not able to keep them because the size is not working for me. I usually order a 6 in boots, but this 6 was way too big. I exchanged for a 5 1/2, and it was way too small. I am so disappointed because the perfect boot is hard to find, and I had high hopes for these! Side note: I have another pair of Frye boots in a 6 and they fit great.

I received these boots last December and have worn them maybe 10-15 times, and both of the zippers have completely broken. I did nothing extreme, I simply put them on and then walked down the staircase and both zippers broke. I brought them to my local cobbler who said it would cost $120 to replace the zippers. I paid $155 for the boots on sale. I called customer support and they said that there is only a 90-day from ordering period in which they will replace the boots for manufacturer defects, and there is no warranty. Ridiculous.

My first two pair of Frye boots were a dream, so much so that I had one pair re-soled and probably wore them for 5-6 years as pretty much my daily winter footwear. When I finally replaced that pair, (Melissa button) the right boot developed an obnoxious squeakthink SpongeBob in his fry cook boots. It actually became embarrassing to wear them. So then I purchased this pair last year. The right boot was noticeably tighter than the left and hurt my toes. I assumed they just needed to break in. One day I put them on with skinny jeans and realized the real issue. One boot fits great in the foot area and the shaft is perfect. The other boot was too tight in the foot area and the shaft has a good 1-2 added in the width of the shaft. Like it is really noticeable. I had worn both several times and didnt feel like I could return them. I feel the quality and workmanship of Frye boots has gone downhill and that just makes me sad because I still feel like they have the best looking leather boots around.

I am very disappointed in the way the boot fit and felt on my foot. I do have narrow feet and the boot was uncomfortable and slid off when I walked. I do own a few pairs of Frye boots and sandals. And this shoe does seem unlike your older boots. I am so disappointed b/c I love your product. And it seems like the craftsmanship has changed.

I love the look and quality. The leather is stiff so it will take some time to break in.

I bought these boots for my wife as a present. She has been very happy with them. She says they have taken awhile to break in but she likes the look and how they feel.

The quality of the product is fabulous. However, it is meant for narrow feet. I had to return it as I have wide feet and could not even get into the shoe. Also, it runs small.

Loved the boots but had to return because th toe box was too low. Are there any zip boots with a deeper toe?

They were stiff , hard to get on and uncomfortable. I have other pairs that I love!

I love the look of this boot, but the comfort is lacking, so much so that I wish I could return it for another boot.

I appreciate your response promising a solution, however I havent heard a word from you guys and when I attempted to respond to the email I got regarding this response to my review it says invalid email address.

Right away I noticed the sub par quality of the stitching, zipper and stitching on the sole of the boot. The worst part was the zipper kept jamming and falling down. , so I emailed immediately and didnt get a response for almost a month, yet they still enforced their we only accept returns within 30 days policy. I end up keeping the boots and they were actually very comfortable. However, 6 months later the side zipper just breaks and falls off and is now jammed. So i can no longer wear them. Im extremely disappointed . I thought such a well established company known for their boots would have excellent QC and customer service and materials, which was a foolish thing to think. Most large companies have the same mentality and service.

Left boot was wider at opening and had ill fit. Boots returned for refund. Disappointed. Wear Moto Ella inside zip which is no longer available. Was hoping this cut would simulate but, no.
