I could not get my foot into the boot....not a good style if you have a high instep. Returned the boot two weeks ago, still waiting for my refund to go through. :-(

I retired my boots and am waiting for my refund. The recommended size was much too big.

Returned to store , and got something else , they do not fit properly . I tried all sizes

I wanted to love these boots, but unfortunately had to return , run huge and bulky, not a cute look!

I have several pairs of Uggs and have always worn a size 9. I couldn't even get my foot in these. And, there's never many size selections available. Very disappointed.

Not well received

The product I have is defective, the inside sole is separating from the side of the shoe exposing rough material thats extremely uncomfortable and rubs agsinst my foot; reached out to customer svc for warranty info submission form

Cute, but had to return because opening is too narrow to get into

Too low cut of a boot this style. Too tight of a fit.

The opening of this boot is too narrow. I can't even get my foot in using a shoe horn. Super disappointed because they are adorable.

Sent these back for an exchange still have not gotten confirmation they were even received let alone the exchange sent out

I've worn Uggs for YEARS and absolutely love their products. I tried to love this boot. I really love the look. But it's not fun to try getting these on your feet. It takes way too long to try to shimmy your foot inside these and then once they are in, they felt way too big. Super disappointed. I even had my mom and a couple friends try them on and they all agreed.

I wear a size 5 and have SO MUCH difficulty getting these boots on. Never had a problem with any of my other UGG boots. After I manage to get them on, they are as comfortable as my other UGG Boots.

It's almost impossible to slide them on over my ankles. I've worn Ugg's for 15 yearsz I am dissatisfied completely. I hope I able to return these and exchange
