Maybe they need to break in - but they don't seem to fit as well as my regular Uggs. So not something I can wear out and about. Expensive slippers.

I own many UGG boots and was excited for this new ultra mini style. I think it's a great idea but unfortunately the opening where you slip your foot in is just too tight. These boots are too hard to put on. UGG just need to fix that aspect and make these ultra mini boots easier to put on.

These are the most uncomfortable boots I've ever purchased from Ugg interior footbed very thin exterior feels like cheap foam love the color but not worth pricr

I love the style and color, but Uggs are supposed to be top quality- the seam is already ripped. I've had these since the end of Jan, and wear them maybe 1-2 times a week since I'm working from home and don't leave the house that much. This shouldn't be an issue regardless of how much I wear them since I've only had them two months. So disappointed in the quality and since the item is sold out I can't exchange them for a new pair of the same color..

Love the shortness of the shoe just wasn't impressed with the quality and how it looks worn

Long time UGG client now having issues with sizing. US sales are larger by 1 size. IT purchases are 1 size small Returns are as slow as Christmas and CS is via text only with a 48 hour delay. My return cannot be tracked so I have no clue where it is and when my exchange will occur. Very disappointing.

The hole opening to fit your fit is too small and the shoe is too big. I wear an 8.5 shoe . I bought an 8 and can fit 2 fingers behind my heel . I am waiting 4 a 7 but no hopes of fitting my foot they the opening

The style of these is wonderful however again we have the problem everyone talks about with the black Uggs. The dye transfers to heels and some onto toes too. The point of these is to wear barefoot for max comfort and not possible without them making a mess of your feet! If you have any issues getting them on, as many people have, use a shoe horn. Works like a charm! If in between sizes, order down if you want to wear them barefooted.

I read several reviews saying how small these ran that is absolutely not the case I bought them in my normal size per the recommendations and they are enormous. I then bought a different color and a smaller size and they were too small. I have purchased UGGs before and never had this problem the sizing is just all over the place if I hadn't worn them once I definitely would be returning them.

You keep asking how are they. I have no idea. I would love to know. My feet are cold.

Bought these in december for a christmas present...just arrived today, 2/6/21. Was charged for gift wrapping that never happened...they came in a plain box. Also, as everyone else states....my fiancee can't even get these on in a reasonable way. Whoever designed them made the opening way too small/tight....and the boot/pull hook will be destroyed shortly if she were to keep them. Avoid at all costs

Do not buy these boots. For the price, I'm disappointed. Size is so off. They're way too long and way too narrow. Idk what they were thinking.

If sizing wasn't the only issue (2 sizes too big), functionality takes the cake. There is no other way to get your foot in other than killing yourself and the shoes. Eventually, there will be rolls and creases, making them look 10 years old by the time they're 5 months old. For the price, I'm going to return. Terrible, save your money.

I wanted to like these mini ultra boots (mustard seed). I was waiting on the new colors to arrive; however, after trying them in sizes 6 and 7, I am very disappointed. How do you all slide your feet in these boots? The opening is very narrow and without a shoe horn it is impossible to put it on. I cannot imagine carrying the shoe horn with me when wearing these boots. I am sending these back.

I ordered these and received them over a month later with a hole in the side like someone had cut them with a knife. When I called customer service they said if I sent them back the earliest they would ship is march 6, so I ordered them in November and wouldn't be receiving a not messed up pair until march ? Then I asked if I could get some sort of money back and she gave me little to nothing to walk around with a pair of boots with a hole in them. They should be giving me a larger refund or sending me a new pair asap.

Don't follow the "find your true fit" guide. I wear a 9-10, ordered a 10 and they are over 2 sizes too big. Such a shame and now they're sold out.

Don't go off of "recommended" size. I wear a 9-10, ordered a 10, and cannot wear them. I would exchange for an 8 but they're out of stock. Never had this problem with any other Ugg's.

I'm not sure why all the reviews say these are on the small side. I wear a 9-10, I ordered a 10 and they are easily 2 sizes too big. I would be comfortable in a 9 and probably perfect in an 8. However, THEYRE SOLD OUT. Disappointed with ugg, I have 5 pairs (men's neumal boot and slides) and have never had a fit this off. I'm so bummed and really hope they restock soon.

I ordered this product over a month ago with express shipping and still haven't received it. I know its crazy times for shipping but I was hoping if I ordered a product a month before Christmas with express shipping I would receive it. It says it still hasn't shipped and UPS doesn't have any record of it, so i can assume it still hasn't left the warehouse.

Product was supposed to be at the store on the 21st. No updates, tracking information or anything. Disappointing. I could have ordered something else. I can't even get through to the store.

We wish we had received our order, but we haven't. The site says they are still on back order.

Very different quality. Made in Cambodia. Toe box felt very different from Uugs bought 2 years ago. Stiff and like cardboard.
