Terrible cut. I was unable to get into this shoe by any means, despite of ordering one size up. I am sure the length and width would have been just fine. Very disappointed.

I couldn’t even get it on my foot. I have normal size 8 feet and if there had been a zipper or of the opening had some stretch to it I could have gotten them on but I couldn’t get either of my feet into them. Had to return.

I have 2 pairs of regular uggs. I've had them for years. The most comfy boots ever. These however are horrible. Within 2 days of wearing them I got blisters and cut marks on the back of my heel from where the low cut back rubs against it. The fur lining is not the same as the regular uggs. I wish I had bought the mini and not the ultra mini.

Bought these for my daughter who could not even begin to get her foot into these boots. They are way too constricted around the top with no give in them at all. These were a size 9. I wear a 7 1/2 and even I had a great deal of trouble twisting and contorting my foot to get them on my feet. I can't imagine anyone who could wear them.

Totally disappointed-purchased to wear as slippers-seam is made of something coarse and literally rubbed the skin off my ankles and the black lining repeatedly turned my feet black!

These were hard to get on (I have slender feet) and once I managed to get my feet in the boots, I sat on the couch for a bit. The boot was so tight around the ankle my left foot started to hurt from doing nothing but wearing it. The sizing, however, was fine, my usual 7.

Cute but knew something was wrong w these when the inside “fur” was white while boots r black. I ordered four pairs of “Ugg’s” and none r originals not made in Australia! Show issues since AMAZON BOUGHT ZAPPOS. CS still great but not having the same QUALITY experience w shoes anymore. Really disappointed and going to order direct from now on for Birks and Ugg’s.

Could not get my foot into the shoe without a lot of strain. Once my foot was in, the shoe fit fine. But the opening is way too small. I have a pair of UGG Classic Short II boots in the same size (which I love) so expected these to fit the same way.

I am very upset I ordered these on 9/17/21 and ON 9/20/21 RECEIVED THESE SHOES WORN!!!! YOU COULD TELL THEY ALREADY HAD STAINS ON THEM. SENT THESE THEM BACK AND RECEIVED THE SAME WORN SHOES THIS IS NOT FAIR.

I bought these booths for my daughter. They went on fine. But when she came from school, we could nit get them off of her. I had to cut them off her feet. The ankles are very narrow. I texted Ugg and they never replied.

Hard to slide your foot in due to narrow opening. Not flattering on people with larger feet. I'm a size 9 and I tried the shoes on with sweats, jeans and shorts but wasn't satisfied.

The shoe is pretty and the shoe size is the same size that I always buy my uggs, however the opening that you slide your foot into is to narrow and tight.... I can fit the shoe but the opening is to narrow to get my foot through if that makes any sense?? It wouldn't make sense to buy a shoe size larger because then the shoe would be to floppy. Wasted buy!

I have been waiting to order the black ultra minis for awhile now. They have been out of stock for quite sometime. Finally back in stock and order them and was sent a defective pair. The black is now sold out again in my size and all they could say was sorry you can have a refund and wait to buy them again when they are back. Completely unacceptable especially from a company as big as Ugg. I've been a loyal customer but sadly I don't think I'll purchasing from them again.

"Beverly Pink" is orange. Dark peach at best, but not at pink. Returning.
Also "Pollen" was lime green when I was expecting yellow (I'm a bee keeper.) Then they came out with "Margarita" which you'd think would be lime (the drink is made with limes, right?) but it looks light yellow. Bizarre.

This shoe runs larger than the other ugg boots. My heal slips. I've been wearing uggs for almost 20 years and have owned maybe 40-50 different styles. This boot is cute but the sizing is all wrong
