I bought for my daughter as a gift. She wore them about two month and already has a huge tear in the boot right where the tab meets the boot. I expected a lot better quality given the price of the boot.

Bought these for wife on back order because they are always out of stock, and ended up receiving used boots that had matted down fur on inside and leather was stretched like they'd been worn by feet that were too large. That is gross and shame on Ugg for selling these as New. We are returning the boots.

Very disappointed by this purchase. Ordered in December as a Christmas gift and got on backorder. Received end of January and my 13 year old daughter has worn them ever other day since. She is not rough on shoes and is the sort to take care of a costly purchase. A little over a month later and the seems are falling out on one boot, and the back of the other boot came apart. I had to get it stitched back together in order for her to be able to wear them again. My daughter was so surprised she asked if they were knock off Uggs because they were coming apart so easily. For what I spent on them I am shocked at the lack of quality from Uggs. Every other purchase has been of high quality prior to this one.

I absolutely loved the way these boots looked and felt when I first bought them. Now that i've worn them since Christmas the fur is completely flat, and patches are coming out of the inside of the boot. As a student who takes a lot of time to save up for things like these I take the utmost care of them. I have had another pair of uggs for several years and the fur is still in amazing shape even after being worn pretty much everyday. I love the ultra mini's but am just disappointed with the quality I received, especially since I haven't worn this pair everyday. I've always loved ugg and their products just bummed with this outcome.

Pull tab ripped off 16 days after getting these boots. Incredibly disappointed and no way to exchange them because they're back ordered. Stuck with ripped boots.

I bought these online and was immediately disappointed. The quality is not the same and they're still pricey. I won't be buying them in any other color. I do not recommend.

Within 1 week the back tab that you hold when putting the shoe on tore and now 1 shoe has a big rip in the back. I doubt this will age well. I remember a higher standard of quility from Ugg. After all these weren't cheap!

These Uggs are not the same quality as they use to be. These were equivalent to a dollar store pair I saw and laughed at. The sole is cheap. I returned. Please bring your quality back Ugg..

They are comfortable but ripped within wearing them for 2 days.

The tag on the back of the shoe was torn after only wearing them for the 3rd time.

One of the boots slid right on. The other, the hole for the foot was an inch smaller than the other and I could not get my foot in the boot. I am usually a 7.5 in shoes so I got the 8 and I have skinny feet and ankles, so the problem was definitely the shoe. There was also ripples in the toe from the stitching.

After waiting for nearly two months to get my order, I finally get the boots (my first pair of uggs!) and I was so excited, until I saw that there was a dent and a seam error. Really disheartened and upset because it will probably take forever to get new ones if I do an exchange and these are just too expensive for issues with quality control.

I have been a long time lover of UGG boots, but these last ones that arrived were not the same quality. They just seem to be losing quality over the most recent years. Sent back for that reason

I wore them the same day I got them, and I took them off and when i tried to put them back on, they ripped in the back. the stitching was bad and cheap. they are cute shoes and i will probably honestly order another pair, but they are delicate so get a shoe horn to put them on.

My granddaughter loved it. I was unhappy with the extra charge I received. I called and nothing was done about it. I'm not purchasing from you again.

Don't like the two different colors on the inside and it don't feel like it use to the inside feels hard

I can't say if I love this boot that I ordered because they sent the wrong item. And trying to get my boots that I ordered before Christmas that have been on back order has not been easy.

I would use it every day as a walking shoe...........................VERY disappointed poor-quality shoe. i have many pairs of UGGs in the past ..... I may never purchase another !!!!

I was originally excited because I received free expidited shipping, however when the boots arrived they were too big. I decided to exchange and 30 days later I still have not received my size 9 boots. I have contacted Ugg twice & they have reassured me that everything is okay with the exchange, they just have 15 business days to re-ship the exchange order after receiving my return. Like seriously winter will be over by the time I get these boots. So disappointing when I was originally supposed to get them within a week! I'm on "full business" day 5 out of and 10 and no confirmation email that the exchange has even left the warehouse yet. The site also gives you no information, or updates on the status of the order exchange which has been concerning throughout this long process. Ugg!! Is a good name for this company and its exchange process. I would recommend buying the shoes at a local store or trusted brand if you are worried about sizing to have peace of mind!
