When we purchased these boots we treated them with the UGG brand care kit for protection & to prolong their life of the boots. After wearing them in a little rain the boots were discolored and now always look wet. We live in AZ so the little rain she was in should not have affected the boots as much as it did. It just goes to show the quality of Ugg material is not what it used to be. She literally has worn these boots a total of 3 times. I contacted customer service, and they insisted that because its considered discoloration it is not covered under the 1-year warranty, and they will do nothing to help. There was a lot of you should have done this & that and when I confirmed those measures were taken nothing could be done. So, you're ultimately out of luck there is nothing we will do for you. We have been customers for many years & will no long buy UGG products moving forward. I think Original UGG Australia would be a much better option in the future. Look them up! Decker Brand UGG shoes lack customer service and quality. As much as we all pay for their products, shame on them for not standing by their products and supporting their consumers.

I have always loved Ugg for their amazing quality and duability. Not so much anymore. The quality is horrible I feel like I'm walking on the ground because the bottom is so thin and flimsy. The fur is already matted down after wearing them twice. Hoping they go back to their old quality because it's unfortunate.

These were worn twice and the seam at the back has come apart. We were told it was a design flaw.

I am shocked by the poor quality. I can't believe this type is yours. It is very light and looks like it is fake. There are even brands with different names that sell the same model for $30 or less, but the quality is better and more durable. All that happened is that I bought it as a birthday gift for my daughter and I cannot return the gift from her, but I am not happy because the price is not worth it for the quality at all...

These were our first pair of UGGS that did not last over 6 months. THe entire toe blew out with light activity.

i ordered in the color calibro , how it looks on the website is not AT ALL how it looks in person . This color passes for antelope in real life, got calibre. . complete different look . it's either false advertisement, or product defect .

Fur is very thin, not very comfortable

This booties was made using very thin material. I'm surprised it hasn't ripped yet, it's only been a week (?) and I didn't think it would last that long. I wanted to return the boots because I feel for the money, they should be better quality, but they were for my daughter and she didn't seem to care.

I have high arches. Bootie is stylish, very soft, but I couldn’t get it on my foot. Therefore, not much of a review. Try it if you have normal arches.

I've purchased so many pairs of UGGs in my life and these ones just felt super cheap and flimsy even the fur inside didn't seem as thick as my previous ones super disappointed with the price of these compared to the quality

I purchased the UGG Ultra Mini II boots and was extremely disappointed with the quality. After only two wears, the fur on the back ankle portion began to shed significantly. This is not what I expected from a brand like UGG, known for its quality and durability. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, my warranty claim was denied, with the shedding being classified as "normal wear and tear." Once your claim is denied, there is no further recourse or support offered beyond a simple statement that "nothing more can be done." Additionally, there is no transparency regarding how the warehouse reached the conclusion that this level of shedding is considered normal, leaving you without any detailed explanation or further options. In my opinion, it's unreasonable for such expensive boots to start falling apart after just a few wears. I've had much better experiences with other brands, and had I known the boots were made from cheap Lyocell instead of real sheepskin, I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place (that's on me, I just went based on the uggs from years ago). I strongly advise against buying these boots, especially if you're expecting long-lasting quality. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support from UGG's customer service.

What happened to Uggs? I was so disappointed when I ordered mineit looked like they had already been worn! I ended up returning them.

This pair seems to have a quality issue. Some kid stepped on my daughter's foot, and it got ripped tremendously. I was shocked that a pair of shoes can cost so much and can easily be ripped. She wore them just a few times, and the shoes are new. She is very disappointed that she has to throw them out.

My granddaughter loves them but I'm not a fan of your customer service.

My husband ordered these for me for Christmas last year and waited months for them to arrive (not a big deal it's a busy time of year). I finally got them and on my 3rd time wearing them. The back seam ripped open. I will be going back to a different style. But extremely disappointed as for the price I would not expect this to happen. I have always loved uggs but was upset forsure. I don't recommend.

Everything looked perfect when i first bought them tried them on fit great but the first time i ever went to wear them the back completely tears out so beyond upset especially for the price.

I don't know who are making UGGS Boots for American women, but All the Uggs boots I've purchased for adults are extremely narrow. The boots will not allow you to insert your whole foot in the them. And since I always buy them on sale, I don't get the full refund when I return them, so I've encountered a Loose/Loose situation. No Boot, No full refund. They are Horrible now.

Poorly made compared to past Uggs I have bought. Sizing is off.

Ordered for my daughter but never notice until she said it's not same color as her friends, it's lighter and it seems to feel cheaper. She said you can see her toes when she moves it around. A friend ask her if it's the real Ugg brand? I'm a big fan of Uggs and so does my daughter- she got the neumel the regular one and the taxman but this one is not right.
