Bought literally the same pair last year, but it ripped so decided to buy a new pair to give it another try. When I received mine this time, I was shocked at the how terrible the quality is. The lining fur is a lot thinner, and the sheep skin feels much thinner as well. I can't believe how much worse the quality is only a year apart! Will not continue to support this brand.

I returned the mini classic booties because the size 11 that I purchased was too big. Because my usual size 10 was slightly tight on both feet of the last pair of purchased UGGS I chose one size bigger, size 11.

I loveee my ultra minis but I received for Christmas and after only two wears they ripped. I have reached out to Ugg and gone into a store and they will not take the uggs back. Horrible customer service and so disappointed as I really like these boots.

These boots are pale blue not white or off white

They turn my feet black. Not cool.

I've been buying from this brand for over 15 years and will not be buying from them any longer. There is little transparency that there is less and less actual wool being used. Haven't had this pair longer than a month and the "fur" is rough and worn down already. None of it is soft. Yet they are charging more and more every year. Will be spending my money on a brand that is transparent and uses 100 percent real wool. Everyone needs to stop buying these

Yes I needs size 12 , but this boogie is humungous! I will be returning , sorry to say I wish UGG. Would bring back the much slimmer, flatter , Mocassin fringed bootie!!!! I have a few old pairs and would love to refresh!

These will not go on. I have a wide foot and thick ankle and I bought my correct size. I can't even get my foot in.

Don't pay attention to the other reviews saying the uggs break in and get bigger. I've had mine for more than a month and they are still small on me. I went with what the reviews said and got a 9 when I'm usually a 9.5 and I should have gone up to a 10.

These Uggs are terrible quality. Much different than they used to be. Fur inside the Uggs look and feel super cheap!

bad quality need half size

I've been getting UGGs since 2006 and I feel like the quality of the shoe has gone down so much. I had spilt some powdered creamer on my new UGGs. I went to wipe it off with just a paper towel and water, and all of the dye came off of in the spot that I wiped off. Now I have a huge spot on the top of my boot, that's a different color than the rest of the shoe. Maybe it's just the black and colored boots that do this .I wish I could return them. So disappointed.

Quality is changed and the ugg doesn't feel the same. I will def return it

What in the world are these? I can't get my foot inside the boot! I've been wearing Uggs for as long as I can remember, and I'm 41 so that's a lot of years. The opening to the ankle boot is comical. I have the smallest, bony, little tiny feet and ankles. I'm like one thickness up from a skeleton foot. If MY foot won't fit, then we have a real problem here. I struggled for about 10 min, thank god for the pull tab in the back, but my feet would not go in. Someone made a big mistake with the proportion of these boots. I'm a size 6, so I ordered my real size, as I always have every time I buy Uggs. The length actually looked correct. Please don't waste your money and time. If you must, buy at least 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger.

Will be returning. I bought a size up because I knew I would want to wear fluffy socks with them. Struggled to get them on without socks, the fur on the inside was already starting to fluff off. Just putting them on. I feel the size runs even a half size bigger than just normal size 8s. Quality is not the same and I will be trying a new brand.

I don't know what happens to uggs, but after 2 months of wearing these the inside looks all ripped up! If you're gonna change the quality at least lower the price! Super disappointed.

These Uggs are nothing like my other three pairs I own. The back heel fur is non existent. There's fluff coming out of the seams. Basically falling apart with how poorly it is sewn. Not happy with the quality. I get rubbing on my heel from no fur being there. The fur is miscolored inside shoe and it overall lacks what my other three pairs have which is comfort. I am no longer an Ugg customer. Highly disappointed. Not worth the price. The suede feels cheap and not like it's going to hold up long term.

These shoes suck, Uggs are not made for wide feet so I wouldn't purchase if that is an issue for you

The boots are made for the cold Colorado mountain weather on casual occasions. However, we were sent the wrong color and could not get a representative to correct the situation.
