toe was thin and. My daughter toe broke through within 10 days. Only on one shoe. It is almost impossible to get a live person. It has been over 3 weeks since they recieved and i am on my second hour call after 5 calls in to get a live agent. Totally BAD BAD BAD customer service and follow-up.

I have purchased a few Uggs in the past couple years from local stores, Ugg boots and slippers. The ones I just ordered online for the first time I've noticed the wool inside feels thinner, less snug more loose fitting... my other Uggs have been worn a lot and they still feel snug. I feel like my new ones feel they'll be worn out by just a few more wears. I even sized down and they still don't feel snug enough. Pretty disappointing!

I bought these as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loved them at first very comfortable and cute. However, the loop on the back of the shoe is torn. It has pulled away from the shoe and the fur is coming out of the back. I am not satisfied at all. I tried to call right after Christmas for a resolution but no success. This is a waste of money especially if this can't be resolved.

I was shocked by the low quality of the UGGs and returned them immediately. What happened to the comfy sterling-lined boots that make your feet feel so wonderful? I found a vintage pair online instead. So sad.

I received my boots and one of them had a hole on the seam where it was clear that the boot wasn't put together correctly. I felt like I was getting the run around to get this reported and my boots replaced. I don't even get the boots I ordered now because they're out of stock. Not happy with this experience and makes me second guess ordering from Ugg.com

I bought a pair of ultra minis at a small business in my local mall. I loved them. I purchased this same pair off the website for my daughter for Christmas and they aren't as good of quality and they did not fit the same. Will be returning.

This was a big present for my teenage daughter and she was so excited for her Ugg Ultra Minis. The first time she wore them they split apart at the seam. The Ugg Customer Service was nice and said we could exchange the boots for a new pair. After shipping back the defective pair, Ugg cancelled the replacement pair and refunded the amount. However, now my teenage daughter is stuck without a present until we have time to go shopping and find a location that has the boots she wants in stock. This was a Christmas failure and I am SO disappointed in Ugg as a company.

this was the worst product i have ever purchased. The boot literally ripped across the back. I barely wore these boots. I returned them and they will give no credit on these at all. An absolutely horrible experience.

I would like to give the UGGs a positive feedback, but I can't because I bought 2 pairs of size 8 black UGGs. I only wanted one and I am unable to return the other pair because your website has been down for over two weeks.. I even use chat and they're unable to help me too.. please I would like to return the extra pair I bought.

I was excited to buy Ugg boots, but after just a few uses, the seams started coming apart. For the high price, I expected much better durability. Very disappointing!

I bought a pair of uggs and the seam ripped after around 20 days of having them. Maybe 5 wears. I was not doing anything to wreck them, it just ripped which is so obviously a manufacturing error and I sent them back for $30 shipping which adds to the price of already overpriced slippers and I got told it can not be returned because it is "out of warranty" (it hadn't even been a month and there is a 30 day return policy by Ugg) We called Ugg and they did not give us any help so we asked for a supervisor and the only different thing they said than the original people we spoke to was that they will "change the language of the letter for future customers" this does not help my situation at all.

Too bad! After purchasing at least 15 pairs of Uggs over the years, I am done! Deckers was a downgrade! The quality of Uggs is Gone! So Sad! Bought the mini Uggs for myself and two others. Mine barley have any fur inside. I can feel the difference.. Too cheap for me!

Pro tip: Don't buy these. The tab on the back will rip a hole to your boot within 60 days. Ugg will tell you to send them back after the customer care team confirms they're covered under warranty only to have their warehouse actually deny the exchange and send you back your boots with the hole and say that they are "outside of warranty since > 1 year old". You'll say, "that's odd since these were purchased in September of 2024?". Then Ugg's team will back track that after seeing a photo of your boots and say that they actually were denied because the defect is considered "normal wear and tear". They'll tell you that you're "pulling too hard on the tab" and that is what caused them to rip. Yet you've already got two other pairs of uggs with this same tab and they are 2 and 4 years old and never had an issue. You'll then spend 2 hours of your evening talking with their customer service team be left with nothing except the words, "you're a valued customer". Interesting choice of words since I'm not sure how I'm valued with absolutely no effort on Ugg to rectify the situation and leave me with a poor quality product (bought in September 2024, sent in for exchange in November 2024) with lasting defects. But don't worry, we'll see influencers getting gifted products all holiday season long!

Unfortunately after I purchased this product I removed a sticker on the bottom stating 60% wool, 40% lyocell which is a less expensive, not to mention less warm fiber made from wood pulp, similar to rayon. They're calling it UGGPlush but I always bought Uggs because I thought they were lined with 100% sheepskin wool. Very disappointed feels like shrinkflation.

I returned a pair of Classic Ultra Mini's less than a month after receiving because of stitching coming apart
Ugg Returned these to me they said could not except because it was after a month
EVEN THOUGH it took over a week to receive them then in took 2 weeks to notice the stitching coming apart then I sent them back with a return label I received from Ugg
THEN ANOTHER 8 weeks I received the original defective Uggs in the mail with a note that said I did not return in time for them to be replaced what a crooked way to do business

I wear these shoes pretty frequently and I have had them for a little over a year now, but after a few months of wearing water stains were an issue and the fur on the inside has almost completely fallen out and yellowed? This is really disappointing considering some knockoffs have been in better condition for me after 5 years.

I purchased a pair of UGG boots directly from the UGG website on December 28, 2023, as a Christmas gift. Despite treating them with UGG's waterproofing spray and wearing them for only 2-3 months during a mild Minnesota winter, the boots frayed completely across the front. My daughter, who wore them, is very responsible and has never had issues with footwear before.
When I reached out to UGG, I was informed of their one-year warranty and followed all the steps, including paying out of pocket to ship the boots back for inspection. I received an email confirming I would hear back in 5-10 business days. After no response, I contacted customer service again and was told to wait longer.
Weeks later, the boots were returned to me with a note saying they were out of warranty because they were purchased over a year ago. This is completely inaccurate, as they were purchased on 12/28/23, well within the one-year warranty window when I initiated the claim.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did UGG fail to honor their warranty for defective boots that I paid full price for, but I also ended up wasting money on shipping, only to have them sent back without resolution.
As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by UGG's lack of accountability and poor customer service. These boots are not cheap, and I expected better from such a well-known brand. I cannot recommend UGG based on this experience and urge others to reconsider before purchasing.
