It was extremely hard to put on *it was my size and fit my foot* and after only around a month the seam at the back finally tore.

my grandma bought these for me as a Christmas present in December 2023. by this past October, (still under the year long warranty) they had ripped at nearly all the seams. Clearly a manufacturing issue. However, ugg refused to replace them stating it was not part of their warranty. they then started ignored both mine and my grandmas emails. the quality has thusfar been horrible, and I would not be suprised if the sole ripped off next.

I wore the boot 4 times and they ripped at the back seam. UGG's return / warranty system online is a little clunky and unclear as I did not get a return label to send them back so had to pay out of pocket to do so. UGG returned the damaged boot back to me saying it was outside the year warranty but when I contacted UGG and proved that I had only had them a few months they then pivoted and said it was because of wear and tear. I have always loved UGG and thought they would stand behind their product but sadly they do not. I had read reviews on the boot and saw that others have experienced the same issue. I took the chance anyway assuming if it happened to me that UGG would be honorable and warranty them. They won't! Read reviews and buyer beware.

My last pair of Uggs lasted for years and still look great! I purchased a new pair for this season and they are already totally ruined due to getting wet in the rain. They are made much cheaper than my last pair. Very disappointing considering the cost! I won't be buying again!

Over the last few months I have purchased and returned too many UGGS. They are too small and tight. Do they stretch a lot? I didn't have the courage to find out.

My daughter received a pair of these boots for Christmas. Within one week the back ripped. Had them replaced. Replacement pair did the same thing. Third time was not the charm and the shoe ripped in the same place again. Poor construction for boots that are close to $200. Would not recommend and will not be buying UGG's of any kind again.

I ordered one pair of Ugg Ultra Minis and was charged for two pairs. I tried to contact Ugg and received a text message and then the ticket was closed. When I look in my account it only shows I ordered one pair. Despite this, I decided to keep them, within 1 month the back of the Ugg fell apart at the heel tab. One boot is unwearable. I also only received rewards points for one order. Save yourself the money!

Bought these shoes barely two months ago. The heel tab on the left shoe is already coming off revealing a hole in the back of the shoe. Also quality of lining is disappointing. only 60% wool? come on now. the fluffy footbed and sides went flat within a couple weeks of wear. Just pretty disappointing quality coming from a brand I used to love. Buy some knockoffs and save yourself the money.

My daughter really wanted these Minis for Christmas. The upper material out of the box was significantly thinner and stretchier than previous UGGS out of the box. When they were on her foot the two box areas creased vertically. She wore these shoes 10 times at most she cherished them. Earlier this week she returned home from the mall with the tear by the toe box by the big toe area. I returned the shoe under the warranty since it's been less than three months since the purchase date. Let's see how this will be rectified... Wish I could have uploaded pictures.

These are not the original uggs from Australia. These are cheap knock offs. I returned them.

The opening for the foot is too small. I am a 5 1/2 or 6, the opening to even attempt to get my foot in was too small. The boots perhaps would do better with a zipper. If I could have put my foot through the opening they would have for both width and length.

I'm so disappointed in my last purchase I got a pair of the ultra Mimi and the band at the ankle is so small (size8) it takes a lot of effort to get them on I bought them from Ugg .com which was a first for me and I just want to return them now

My daughter wore them for 4 days on they had already got a hole in them. returned instantly.

Caribou is not brown it looks like mauve or purple. So disappointed

I needed to replace my old Uggboots so I went with the ultra mini boot and I was so disappointed with the quality of the new pair. They feel so cheap now. I compared them to my old pair and the quality has declined drastically.

I received these as a Christmas gift and after only a few wears these shoes have ripped at the seam from pulling them on with the tab. Unfortunate for the cost.

I've sworn by the Ugg brand for years. I used to love the quality, how comfortable they were, and their warmth. Now they are just like the rest of the big name companiesless quality, poor service, expansion of products I could care less about, and high prices. I have now done my second return and everything I've tried to exchange for is sold out. Looks like a struggling company or one that should go back to what they were good at.

Boot is comfortable and warm. However less than two weeks after purchase the threading on the back loop was loose leaving a hole at the back of the boot. The lining is coming loose through the hole. Went to an Ugg store and was told nothing could be done because the boot had been worn. When you pay over $100 for a shoe, it should come apart less than two weeks after purchase

I would not recommend you purchasing them. I got to wear these shoes 2 times before the back of them completely ripped. Seems like the quality is consistently getting worse while prices are going up. There is no fur on the back, and they rub, the hole to get your foot in is unrealistic. Since they ripped on my second wear, I sent them back for warranty claim because I did not get the quality of shoe I paid for. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP YOUR SHOE BACK TO THEM, SO EVEN MORE MONEY LOST ALONG WITH THAT IT TAKES THEM ALMOST A MONTH TO JUST PROCESS THE WARRANTY ALONE. I SENT MY SHOES BACK LAST WEEK, JANUARY 24TH AND MY SHOES WILL NOT EVEN BE PROCESSED UNTIL FEBUARY 18TH. I will not be purchasing from them again if they do not give me warranty because they do not prioritize their customers and the quality is clearly not there that you pay for. Extremely disappointed.
