Took too long to get. Customer service was terrible to deal with. Get the shoes, and they are uncomfortable- up way too high on the back of my heel/leg. Not worth the extra $

I specifically bought these because the description said that this was one of the UGG shoes advertised as sheepskin lined. I received it in the mail and lo and behold. It's UGG plush. Aside from the fact that I do not like the feel of uggplush, I don't want to pay a premium price for something that isn't pure sheep skin. I do believe I am going to start looking at other brands of sheepskin boots because UGG has really gone downhill.

I purchased them I. October from Dillard's Store. I must say that I am disappointed in the quality. I purchased the boots as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. She has worn the boots a total of 4 times the boots ripped at the pull tag exposing the wool. I contacted CS and was advised to send the boots to California for evaluation. I'm upset that I have to send them at my expense I see the quality has definitely changed. I have purchased 4 pairs if Uggs in the last 2 years and none of them have this issue. I will be sending the boots to California in hope to get this issue resolved with no problems.

Ugg since 1974 is superior, these suck. Support the og ugg boots

this brand and product is horrible. do not buy from them. quality horrible. do your research on which UGG brand to buy from so you don't end up with cheap US shoes. *lets see if this review gets posted even though i unfortunately own these shoes

I was walking and tripped and when i looked down my shoe was split from the sole after having them for only 2 months

i hadent even worn it and noticed right when taken out the box that they ripped

I love these boots. They're super comfy, stylish and so warm. I'm not happy however, with the quality of the product. I've had them just over a week. I was putting them on today and the rear tab ripped away from the boot. It's still attached but there's a small hole where it ripped. I'm really disappointed.

These have to be the cheapest feeling uggs, they feel like they are from Ardene's.

Broke my wrist and hand the first and only time I wore them. Threw a lot of money away! Sole is so ridiculously thick that it caught on a curb and the damage was done. Follow that up with customer service that won't reply to emails though they sure can send them and I am done with UGGS. By the way, the word is not profane, knuckle head filter is though. Shame, had quite a few pairs (6) between my wife and myself.

Idk who's feet they thing these are going to fit. It's like I bought them in a men's size. I wore them a few days so I can return them and the wool got flattened down so the fit is even worse. Size down.

The button more thinner then all my UGG I had when I walk not strong as used to, the fury different too is it still from sheep or other thing idk, The tp one black color by inside white color what I know I had red Ugg boots the inside red too, khaki the inside white and brown the inside brown all same color and this boot I bought black color and the inside 2 colors black on top and bottom white and rough not like my other Ugg. Is it the quality different now ?

My daughters one request for Christmas. Just went back to school with them and they're ripped.

toe was thin and. My daughter toe broke through within 10 days. Only on one shoe. It is almost impossible to get a live person. It has been over 3 weeks since they recieved and i am on my second hour call after 5 calls in to get a live agent. Totally BAD BAD BAD customer service and follow-up.

I have purchased a few Uggs in the past couple years from local stores, Ugg boots and slippers. The ones I just ordered online for the first time I've noticed the wool inside feels thinner, less snug more loose fitting... my other Uggs have been worn a lot and they still feel snug. I feel like my new ones feel they'll be worn out by just a few more wears. I even sized down and they still don't feel snug enough. Pretty disappointing!

I bought these as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loved them at first very comfortable and cute. However, the loop on the back of the shoe is torn. It has pulled away from the shoe and the fur is coming out of the back. I am not satisfied at all. I tried to call right after Christmas for a resolution but no success. This is a waste of money especially if this can't be resolved.

I was shocked by the low quality of the UGGs and returned them immediately. What happened to the comfy sterling-lined boots that make your feet feel so wonderful? I found a vintage pair online instead. So sad.

These shoes are incredibly hard to get one. They also ripped less than one year after purchase and UGG refused to warranty them.

I received my boots and one of them had a hole on the seam where it was clear that the boot wasn't put together correctly. I felt like I was getting the run around to get this reported and my boots replaced. I don't even get the boots I ordered now because they're out of stock. Not happy with this experience and makes me second guess ordering from Ugg.com

I bought a pair of ultra minis at a small business in my local mall. I loved them. I purchased this same pair off the website for my daughter for Christmas and they aren't as good of quality and they did not fit the same. Will be returning.

This was a big present for my teenage daughter and she was so excited for her Ugg Ultra Minis. The first time she wore them they split apart at the seam. The Ugg Customer Service was nice and said we could exchange the boots for a new pair. After shipping back the defective pair, Ugg cancelled the replacement pair and refunded the amount. However, now my teenage daughter is stuck without a present until we have time to go shopping and find a location that has the boots she wants in stock. This was a Christmas failure and I am SO disappointed in Ugg as a company.

this was the worst product i have ever purchased. The boot literally ripped across the back. I barely wore these boots. I returned them and they will give no credit on these at all. An absolutely horrible experience.
