For the price of these boots I would expect to get years of wear. Unfortunately, I had mine less than a year and they ripped. Disappointed and customer service unwilling to help.

Impossible to get my foot into the shoe. I have 3 UGG boots all size 9 but both short boots I ordered do not have enough room to move the foot into the footbed. The boot would be crushed if I actually got my foot into the boot. I can't be the only one with this problem why hasn't UGG corrected the top of the boot to allow the foot to move to the shoe's bed.

The quality of this shoe is awful. When I took it out of the box I thought they were not the same quality Ugg to which we have grown accustomed. My daughter wore them maybe 5 times and she sprouted a hole in the toe. The size was definitely right. Very disappointed.

I don't know what I'm dealing with, but these look and feel fake. I've been buying myself a pair of Ugg boots and/or slippers every year since probably 2008. The quality of these feels like they're fake. The fleece feels like plastic. I'm scared to try the lighter test because I'm convinced they'll go up in flames. I'm really shocked, and came back to the website because I thought I had been duped.

Let's see if this review is published. Most negative ones are never published! Ugg quality is way down. I have two other pairs of these, and this 3rd pair is flopping around on my foot! Why? Because there is significantly less fur at the back of the boot! Therefore, it feels too big, when it's the same size that I always wear!! The last pair of boots had NO fur at the top, toe area. Those went back and so will these.

My daughter wore these maybe 8 times and the seam completely ripped from the sole. They said wear and tear and not available for the warranty! My younger daughter has worn a knock of brand more than my older daughter wears hers and they are made so much better!

Couldn't get them on! Ankle was too small, couldn't get them over my heel. For the price- not worth the fight and time to stretch them out.

I really was excited about this as I grew up with Uggs, but the boots were way way way too big. I ordered my size (8) and it was huge, so I sized down. Even still, way too big. The fur was thin and not soft like it used to be. I was hoping for better. I may have kept if the sizing was better but even after sizing down it was huge. Too expensive for the quality I received.

I ordered it first in my size (8) then again sized down (7.5) and it was way too big both times. Also, fur is really minimal and thin. Not like what it used to be, unfortunately. Would have kept if it was not so expensive or at least the correct sizing.

The lining has been diluted with cheap, slippery rayon. I own a lot of Uggs but I won't be buying any more because of the steep decline in quality.

Wore to drive, inside my house and in my garage 5 time and there is a hole in the front now. ZERO for quality. I barely wore them if they were only for show it should have been advertised that way.

The entire back of these boots ripped after wearing them only once! I've had Uggs for 25 years, these lasted an hour.

It was extremely hard to put on *it was my size and fit my foot* and after only around a month the seam at the back finally tore.

my grandma bought these for me as a Christmas present in December 2023. by this past October, (still under the year long warranty) they had ripped at nearly all the seams. Clearly a manufacturing issue. However, ugg refused to replace them stating it was not part of their warranty. they then started ignored both mine and my grandmas emails. the quality has thusfar been horrible, and I would not be suprised if the sole ripped off next.

I wore the boot 4 times and they ripped at the back seam. UGG's return / warranty system online is a little clunky and unclear as I did not get a return label to send them back so had to pay out of pocket to do so. UGG returned the damaged boot back to me saying it was outside the year warranty but when I contacted UGG and proved that I had only had them a few months they then pivoted and said it was because of wear and tear. I have always loved UGG and thought they would stand behind their product but sadly they do not. I had read reviews on the boot and saw that others have experienced the same issue. I took the chance anyway assuming if it happened to me that UGG would be honorable and warranty them. They won't! Read reviews and buyer beware.

My last pair of Uggs lasted for years and still look great! I purchased a new pair for this season and they are already totally ruined due to getting wet in the rain. They are made much cheaper than my last pair. Very disappointing considering the cost! I won't be buying again!

Over the last few months I have purchased and returned too many UGGS. They are too small and tight. Do they stretch a lot? I didn't have the courage to find out.

My daughter received a pair of these boots for Christmas. Within one week the back ripped. Had them replaced. Replacement pair did the same thing. Third time was not the charm and the shoe ripped in the same place again. Poor construction for boots that are close to $200. Would not recommend and will not be buying UGG's of any kind again.

I ordered one pair of Ugg Ultra Minis and was charged for two pairs. I tried to contact Ugg and received a text message and then the ticket was closed. When I look in my account it only shows I ordered one pair. Despite this, I decided to keep them, within 1 month the back of the Ugg fell apart at the heel tab. One boot is unwearable. I also only received rewards points for one order. Save yourself the money!

Bought these shoes barely two months ago. The heel tab on the left shoe is already coming off revealing a hole in the back of the shoe. Also quality of lining is disappointing. only 60% wool? come on now. the fluffy footbed and sides went flat within a couple weeks of wear. Just pretty disappointing quality coming from a brand I used to love. Buy some knockoffs and save yourself the money.

My daughter really wanted these Minis for Christmas. The upper material out of the box was significantly thinner and stretchier than previous UGGS out of the box. When they were on her foot the two box areas creased vertically. She wore these shoes 10 times at most she cherished them. Earlier this week she returned home from the mall with the tear by the toe box by the big toe area. I returned the shoe under the warranty since it's been less than three months since the purchase date. Let's see how this will be rectified... Wish I could have uploaded pictures.
