My daughter has wider size 8 feet and couldn't even get her foot into these shoes to try on. They must be designed for dainty little feet that like to swim around in their shoes. Writing this negative review because, yes, the sizing is ridiculous, but also because Ugg refused to honor the 15% new customer discount when I exchanged their poor design for a more expensive size 8 shoe that fit my daughter just fine. I should have just returned the shoes and gotten my money back. Called Ugg and waited on the phone for 18 minutes while the rep "investigated" but ultimately refused to give the exchange at the discounted price. Will never buy overpriced Uggs again. Was it worth it, Ugg.com?

Poor quality product and even poorer customer service on backing up product. Back stitching ripped out in less than 1 year of receiving these boots as a gift.

I didn’t even try on the shoes. There is a huge rip in the shoe and the soles of the shoes are filthy. I am so very disappointed and honestly angry that these shoes would even be sent to me. What are my options.

After 1 year & 2 weeks, the heel tab tore completely off. No longer covered by the warranty b/c over a year. Very disappointing. I don't recommend this style.

I have only had these boots for one year and a few days. I rarely wear them Maybe 15 times tops. When I went to put them on yesterday the heel ripped. I called UG to request warranty and I was told they only offer one year warranty. Beware These are junk!

I sent them back. Too big and my feet were cold. I was always WARM with my old UGGS. I really need to find a pair like my old UGGS.

Foot opening far too small.

Originally delivery was scheduled on 1/11 and it’s now 1/15 and still no update. When called Zappos and requested to cancel, I was told I could not and I had to wait until package arrived. Had the hardest time understanding a word the representative said and then I was placed on hold for so long that I chose to hang up! No one called me back to follow up. This kind of service seems so out of the norm for Zappos as I am Use to quick and excellent customer service! Very disappointed this time.

With or without higher quality, these shoes are not worth the price.

I was excited to receive the ultra mini in dark peony but got so disappointed when I opened the box and saw the quality of the stitches on both shoes. It is sloppy and there is an indent on the padding on the right shoe at the front part. It looks like they ran out of materials. Overall, it looks fake and very disappointing. I really like a pop of color for winter and the color is perfect transition after Christmas season but will opt for a return instead of an exchange because of the quality issue. Very disappointed.

I couldn't get my high arched foot through unforgiving opening. I practically sprained my hand and ankle in an unsuccessful attempt to try it on. Back they went.

Did not fit even after exchange for a bigger size

From all the other ugg boots I previously owned, these are the most cheapest made. The material/fur is really thin that the toe caves in and instant wrinkle. Makes me think they're not authentic! With the same prices.

I bought this as a gift and tried to exchange it. Returned it as requested for the Mini with the request to charge my credit card the extra $10.55. It has now been over a week since Ugg has received my return and they can't tell me if they have sent the replacement or are just going to return the original amount to my credit card. I would like to just buy anther pair outright but then I might end up with two pair and a bigger mess!

Shoes did not fit. Bought size 7. My present Uggs are size 7. When you place the soles of the new shoes against the soles of the old shoes, they are the exact same size. However, it is almost impossible to put my feet through the ankle opening. Once you get your feet inside the shoes, they do fit, but it is way too much work to put them on. My ankles have not grown. I ended up giving the new shoes to a friend who wears a size 6, and she could squeeze in them easier, but it still was an effort. She says they are beginning to break in after a couple of weeks. I guess maybe I should buy the full boots rather than the Mini, but not sure I want to take the chance. I tried to get advice from the phone line, but was on hold too long and I gave up.

I cannot wear them. UGG had me return at my cost and it took 5 weeks for them to give me credit for less than cost of new ones.

I so repent buying these. first time I tried, it was perfect fit, soft and super comfy. I tried them at home before venturing out. when I wore them outside, I think all the fuzz settled and it was super loose, no grip or support at the ankle. very uncomfortable. I don't think I can wear them again. very disappointing!!

I'm so disappointed. The opening is just too small. I really miss the zipper along the side. I have really slim narrow feet probably the only thing slim on my body and nope couldn't get my heel in. I had two other gf try Al's and even my ten year old struggled. Please lord bring zipper back.

UGG boots have lost alot of their love for good material, I recently purchased a pair of minis and I haven't even had them for one full winter season, nor have they been worn but A handful of times and they already have a gash on the seam of the stitching I reached out for the warranty which my damage should fall under only to have a return message a month later saying my claim has not been approved with no explanation as to why. I love UGG or did I had a pair for over ten years and still have them but now the material and the team aren't living to their full potential

The stitching ripped after about 10 uses in Texas (No snow or elements here). The padding also is not the same quality. After going back and forth for weeks trying to submit a warranty claim (had them less than 6 months) they finally accepted that I ship them back (at my expense). Only to get them returned back to me in 2 weeks in the same condition with no other word than a slip in the box that says this is normal wear and tear. This is insane for the pricing and how sturdy these used to be. I've also had a pair of the short boots that ripped completely apart down the back seam while putting them on, again after very minimal wear. These used to hold up for years for me in snow but they are not being manufactured to the same quality as they once were.

Very hard to get on the foot.

My mom is not able to get her feet inside. She never wore it because she can't get her feet in but customer service said too late to exchange; my mother is not happy at all!
