Not only did I received the incorrect item but the right boot seems looser in the ankle.

Didn't get my package

My shoes were in fine condition before using the cleaning line but as soon as I did, my once black shoes turned grey.

I bought the same size I always do but couldn't even get half of my foot inside. Returned

Don't know if they just missed part of the ditching o. The side but they had a hole in the shoe. I HATE having to rerun stuff so this just sucks.

I brought this for my mom and she loves them

I am returning these because they literally hurt to walk in. Something about how flat the bottom is is stressing out the ligaments and tendons in my foot.

Extremely hard to get foot into shoe.

I just received my cute mini boots in the mail. I originally wear a size 8 1/2. , and purchased a size 9 as they do not have half sizes. It is not easy to get on , but when I did get the boot on way to big . Very loose at the heel . I'm sure an 8 would fit better , however the hole to squeeze your foot in may run smaller ? Super disappointing for the price and the sizing . These are the kind of boots that need to be tried on in a store . Otherwise you are guessing , and will have to go through the return .

My first pair of UGGS because I live in California and it's always warm weather. However, I wanted a pair for my upcoming trip to Lake Tahoe just to be comfy. BUT was so dissatisfied when I received the boots. I ordered online. And when I opened the box- to try on I noticed the inside of the sole had dirt, and dried grass. Obviously someone tried them on with their dirty feet and returned them. But the worse thing! There was a tiny spider!! Alive!! I am terrified of spiders!! Now I'm worried there's spider eggs in the boots and I can't even try them on. I am wondering why I was sent used boots when I purchased the full retail price? For the $ im giving I would expect brand spanking new!! Never worn. You could have at least sanitized them.

Shoes arrived on time but upon opening the box, the right boot appeared to be slightly misshapen. The left boot was perfect and felt/looked like a normal Ugg boot, however the right boot was softer and squishier than a normal Ugg boot. It had no structure along the foot and had pull marks up at the toe. When walking with it on, my foot slid and felt like my toe was going to tear through the front. It looked and felt like a fake Ugg boot. I fear the right boot would not hold up after a mere two weeks of wear. For the money I paid, this is not the quality I would expect, and not the quality I have seen of Ugg ever before. I have been a long time customer of Ugg and have never had an issue, however I am extremely disappointed with Ugg and this purchase. I purchased these back in August before the rush, and now they are on back order until October/November. Even if I exchanged them for a new pair today, I would no longer have them in time for when I needed them. I expected better from Ugg.

I have been purchasing ugh products for several years now and I'm really upset that the quality of these boots has deteriorated in the past few years. I have no problem paying the price but I expect consistency with the quality. I will have to send my purchase back and will try again in hopes that the inner fur is higher quality. Maybe consider implementing quality control again because I feel there is none at this point.

Quality is lacking. I compared these to an old pair of Uggs I've had since high school and these feel so cheap. When I put them on, there are weird creases in both of the toes because the material is so thin (no option to upload a pic). I was super excited for these, but they are going back. I did size up 1 from my normal shoe size and these fit well. Not as hard to put on as other reviews say. But the wrinkles are a deal breaker

These uggs are so beautiful but they are very hard to put on. It is not the size it is simply trying to put them on.

I ordered green received gray. Also the quality is crap. They feel thinner compared to other uggs I've bought through out the years. These ones cave in.

Too small of an opening, not sure if a larger size would even fit but I checked and a larger size was out of stock.

Well I love Uggs, I have more than a dozen pairs. But each time after wearing these my feet, toes etc are black. The dye stains a lover my feet.
