I wasn't satisfied with the classic ultra mini boot too much of my top of my foot was showing.
I thought this would be a good style because lately I haven't received much snow here. This boot would go great with the in between days of rain and snow. Just cold days however after trying them on I realized that it was not the look I was expecting.

These are not the same as my other Uggs that I got in Bloomingdale's. The wool is thin, and not the same color. They look like knock offs. Terrible. I took pictures to show comparison, but there's no way to post them.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the boot. I have some that are 8 years old and instantly after opening the box I could tell this was not the same quality. It feels like fake wool and the material is so flimsy in front where the toes are. At this point your just paying for the logo.

These shoes (8M Black) are defective. The shoe opening is so small I couldn't get my foot in. A waste of my time and your money. Disappointed in Zappos for selling defective shoes.

Back ordered for months and I needed to exchange the size not knowing that I needed to size down and by the time my exchange processed, the smaller size was unavailable. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

I have had Ugg minis for 4 years and they remained in fantastic condition. I just got the ultra minis and have worn them less than 5 times and they are not nearly the quality of my old Uggs, they are already falling apart. I have been so careful with them and the quality of the fabric is terrible, especially compared to my old pair. I am very disappointed.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She's had them for less than a month and has probably worn them about 10 times. A long tear along the suede circling the back of the boot formed today, like a can opener got ahold of it . Such poor quality considering the money I paid.

Very disappointed in the quality of this brand, the fur isn't as soft as it used to be and is completely thinned out at the back of the ankle making the rubbing from the seams very uncomfortable. I keep thinking maybe it's just a bad pair but this seems to be the issue with every pair I order. Will not be purchasing from Ugg anymore, I have found that authentic Ugg Australia is much better quality and will be getting my shoes from there.

I finally caved and bought a pair, after owning the original tall boot from the early 2000s, which I may add still look amazing, fluffy and plush. I've even worn then in snow. The quality of these new boots is just not it! While they look cute I have to use a shoe horn to put them on and I've been careful with the backs and now that it's been a few months they already look awful and smooshed

Bought literally the same pair last year, but it ripped so decided to buy a new pair to give it another try. When I received mine this time, I was shocked at the how terrible the quality is. The lining fur is a lot thinner, and the sheep skin feels much thinner as well. I can't believe how much worse the quality is only a year apart! Will not continue to support this brand.

Fit, size and style are great. However, the wear on back of the boot is worn down to the boot itself. The sheepskin lining is not wearing as it should. I purchased and received on November 22,2023 as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I own 3 pair of Ugg boots that I have kept for at least 20+ years and the sheepskin is pretty much in original shape. I love my Uggs and was hoping for the same experience for my gd. She has been wearing them for less than a month. I will upload picture of back of the boot.

I returned the mini classic booties because the size 11 that I purchased was too big. Because my usual size 10 was slightly tight on both feet of the last pair of purchased UGGS I chose one size bigger, size 11.

I loveee my ultra minis but I received for Christmas and after only two wears they ripped. I have reached out to Ugg and gone into a store and they will not take the uggs back. Horrible customer service and so disappointed as I really like these boots.

I've been buying from this brand for over 15 years and will not be buying from them any longer. There is little transparency that there is less and less actual wool being used. Haven't had this pair longer than a month and the "fur" is rough and worn down already. None of it is soft. Yet they are charging more and more every year. Will be spending my money on a brand that is transparent and uses 100 percent real wool. Everyone needs to stop buying these

Yes I needs size 12 , but this boogie is humungous! I will be returning , sorry to say
I wish UGG. Would bring back the much slimmer, flatter , Mocassin fringed bootie!!!!

Don't pay attention to the other reviews saying the uggs break in and get bigger. I've had mine for more than a month and they are still small on me. I went with what the reviews said and got a 9 when I'm usually a 9.5 and I should have gone up to a 10.

These were used, please do not ship used shoes in the future. They should be listed an open box. The Uggs had leaves inside when opened, second pair of used Uggs and wasn't happy as this was a gift. Item was returned.
