My daughter owned the previous version of these boots a couple years back and I was excited to order this season's version. I ordered a pair for each of my two girls and each had the same complaint - the heel was constructed differently than in the past and was very narrow and uncomfortable. Sadly we will be returning. We wish they never changed the style.

Just as another parent noted, these shoes run very narrow. My kid has slightly wider feet so he said these boots were very tight and uncomfortable despite the awesome design. Sadly, we had to return them.

The perfect snow boots. Lightweight, comfortable, waterproof, and so soft and cozy inside. Such a contrast from the typical heavy and bulky snow boots. They’re pricey for a kids’ snow boot but if you have cold winters and at least a few big snowfalls, they’re well worth it.

My 7 year old son loved the way these shoes looked, but his feet are slightly wider than normal and unfortunately we had to send them back. I am giving them 5 stars for comfort anyway b/c the insides were nice, and I think if they had fit him the shoes would be comfortable.

I wear a women’s size 7 and ordered these Sorel boots in a big kids size 5.5 and they fit perfectly! Super stylish and extremely warm while not being sweaty!

These boots run very small and narrow. My 7 year old son has size 1 sneakers and going by the reviews I sized up to 2. Size 2 fit his foot exactly with really no wiggle room. He said the back felt very narrow. We ended up exchanging for a size 3 which fit him more comfortably. Overall, a nice lightweight yet warm boot. Great for school and play. Nice change from a clunky heavy winter boot. My son can easily put them on and off and adjust the bungee cord. Just make sure the cord is looped back underneath the laces as it can be a hazard sticking out. Exchanging these were also very easy. Zappos has a great return/exchange policy and shipping is fast.

Wait. I’ve had these for a year and never reviewed them?! What is wrong with me! I LOVE THESE BOOTS. I’m a women’s 8-8.5 and bought the kids 7. They fit great, are super cozy, and are incredibly comfortable because they have more of a gym shoe sole. They’re my go-to’s for walking the dog in the winter and everyone always asks me about them. Sure, they come in a women’s size, but!!!! These are way cheaper and have a drawstring so I don’t have to worry about tying my shoes and they never come untied so I never have to take my gloves off to tie them. THE. BEST. :)

Super cute! These will be great for my 11 year old to wear to school....not too heavy or hot but warm and waterproof for recess!

Show is very narrow at the heel. Not great for my son. Maybe for someone with narrow foot.

This shoe would be wonderful if it wasn't so narrow. My son's feet are a true medium but with boot socks on he said the shoes were too tight especially in the heel. Sorel should make the shoes a bit wider to fit an average medium width or offer a "wide" size.

My son couldn’t get his foot in past the narrow sleeve. We had to return the boots unfortunately..they were really cute.

The boots have a small ankle shaft and make it very difficult to pull on. We ordered a size 4 and my son couldn’t even get his foot inside.

Kid loved the style but the fit was impossible -- ordered regular size and it was way too small and super narrow. Will be returning.

The fit and size were spot on. Soft material on outside. My daughter loves them! Cute and stylish

Shoes fit great, ran slightly on smaller side, great quality!

Super cute and comfortable!! I wear a size 6 in women’s and ordered a big kid 5, and I still have room for thick socks if I wanted. Perfect for recess duty in Minnesota with all the kids!!!
