My son is very active, so we look for sneaker boots for the winter, and yard work. Pull on boots tend to slip off too easily. He has worn these happily to play, hike in the woods, and yard work from Fall through Spring this last year, and worked fine for our mildly snowy winter.

My daughter had a smaller size of this style and they were perfect for the winters we have in southern Indiana. They are waterproof but not super heavy so she could wear them to school and throughout the day on snowy or slushy days. She loves the style and the colors of her current ones because they design is sleek.

Bought a pair for each child. The only boots they'll wear to school since they are not super heavy or bulky. Warm and comfortable. Lasts through several winter seasons and easily pass down to the next sibling. Worth every penny!

My daughter wore these at Grand circle and snowy Bryce Canyon, it worked perfect for both walking and hiking in the snow. The design is stylish and can be worn in the city as well.
