As I started to wear my new jacket, I took it out for a try. I didn't wear a sweater underneath and the jacket did it job. It kept me warm.

Had been using a light jacket from North Face for over a decade and decided it was about time for a new one. Didn't expect this one to be so warm while being so light! Brought it with me to the snowy peak of Mount Tateyama in November, and it still kept me nice and warm. Love the colors as well. Only minor detail keeping it from being perfect are the zipper covers. I wish they were just a bit longer/wider! Sometimes I'll feel the cold zipper on my face. Outside of that, my new favorite jacket!

Best north face jacket for everyday use

Great for windy and cold days

This jacket is absolutely amazing. I bike to work in all seasons and all weather conditions and this holds up. I was skeptical at first, but if you have a decent layer under the puffy you will be super warm and dry!!

Wear this to and from work/ out. Only had a heavy ski jacket as my winter coat, and this has been a nice addition.

NorthFace has been a family staple for us. We recently got new jackets for our teenage sons. This triclimate options allows for flexibility to strip away the shell for varying temps and conditions.

The jacket was too big, but it is still a great jacket. Lightweight and warm. Not too warm, I like my jackets bearable.

I bought this jacket for my son for his birthday. He loves it, which, he says, is a perfect replacement for his old jacket.

Bought this for my boyfriend, as he has been wanting something like this for a while. I also worry about him getting cold, especially considering we go out quite often for shoots in cold weather. He really likes the way it fits and how light it is. It looks very nice on him. It's been a pretty mild fall so far here in Idaho, and he's never had a North Face jacket before, so one concern he has is if it will actually keep him warm during the winter weather because it seems so thin and light. I guess we'll have to wait until it actually gets cold to see how it holds up.

I will be using this product just about everyday, especially in the cold weather because I work outside. Great for the cold but if the weather warms up I can take the outter jacket off, as I am wearing it right now. great product I would recommend to anyone.

Bought this for myself with winter coming to Pennsylvania. I'm very tall and slim build so I usually nhave issue finding a good fit in sleeve length. North face took out the guess work with the sizing guide online. The tri-climate jacket arrived in fit beautifully also looks amazing right out of the bag.

I love this coat. The 3 in 1 design makes it a great coat for many weather conditions. I often wear the thermoball inner layer as a stand alone jacket for most conditions, and add the outer layer when the conditions get too cold or wet. Overall the coat has exceeded my expectations. I am very impressed with the warmth to weight ratio.

This Jacket is for my husband's birthday. He received it today. He likes it waterproof and wind proof. This is his first 3 in 1 jacket. It is light weight, the color looks great, and the fit is perfect.

I like it, since it's very light and it provides the warmth that I need for New England winters. I wouldn't rely only on the jacked if you live further north (Montreal or Toronto). It doesn't feel bulky and for the most part it keeps you warm enough.

I'm generally an XL but this jacket seems to run larger than normal. Perhaps it is designed to add layers underneath. Otherwise, great jacket!
