Light and supportive. I can actually feel small changes I make in my stride on my feet during a run. I?ve been running Nike Pegasus doing about 12 miles a week. With my Brooks I?m up to 20 miles a week. Doing 10k?s with these shoes is something I could not have done before getting them. I am a convert to Brooks that?s for sure. If you on the fence, dont hesitate, just buy them and see for yourself

Great shoe. Its light weight makes it excellent for up-tempo workouts. Neutral design. Size is true. I use a D width and this fits well.

Feels very lightweight compared to the Adrenaline. Great for shorter runs, I have kept it mostly 3-6 miles with no issues. Nice springy feel, very breathable, should be good as the weather warms up as my feet get very hot when running!

Like most runners I have run in a variety of shoe makes and models over the decades. Lately (8? years) I?ve settled into the launch series and now the Hyperion tempo. The tempo fit me well, is light and fast yet extremely comfortable. Quality has never been an issue for me. Brooks customer service is excellent. I had a December brooks clothing delivery get lost by fedex. A call to brooks got me a quick Christmas Eve expedited order that I actually received the next day. How was that even possible?

I love these shoes! I wear a size 10 in women’s shoes so bought a 10.5 to allow for my orthotics. Perfect fit! I used them straight out of the box, no breakin period needed. I wore Brooks Hyperion years ago and loved them but they were discontinued. So glad they are back!

I bought these for my son, He wears a size 14 basketball shoe so I ordered a size 14. There is a little too much room in the tow area but the 13s were too tight on his foot. He really needs a 13.5 size soon but nobody needs to run into that size. Not sure if I can try a classic fit maybe that would fit him better??

These feel amazingly light, especially the top laces feel like you're wearing *nothing at all* while still managing to be supportive enough for me and provide a crazy amount of extra forward momentum. I accidentally did my first short run in them :30/mi faster than usual without even noticing!

High performance and super light running shoes. I use to run with the launch 8 that I already found fantastic but the Hyperion tempo is definitely a notch above. The shoes can afford a 9 miles run but would recommend to use them on a 7,4 miles distance max. The only little detail that could be improved is the shoe tongue that is a bit loose.

I purchased these to split up some time between trail running and cycling. These shoes have made road running an enjoyable experience. Overall I find them to be lightweight, comfortable, and a great fit.

Very lightweight but still supportive. Have this as my speed/tempo shoe in rotation with the Ghost 14 and I can really feel the difference between the two. The Hyperion wraps around the foot really nicely, it's got enough material for your foot to feel secure but not too much as to make it feel like you're carrying unnecessary weight. Would reccomend!

First time I've had racing flats in a while and these were comfortable from the start. Light yet responsive. You feel like you have good cushion in a fast shoe. Love the lacing too.

Very light, most comfortable running shoe I have tried from Brooks, and by far the best. Step above the launch 3,4,5, and 7, and the levitate 4. Very pleased with its performance.

I have only run about 15 mi in these shoes so far, but at this point, I think they are the best short mid distance running shoes I have ever owned. They are extremely light, comfortable and provide a nice bounce. Definitely not cold weather running shoes, as you can just feel the air coming into the forefoot at walking pace, but this will make them great for warm weather runs. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the tongue is extremely thin and if you are not careful putting the shoe on, it can fold over itself on the sides. I even like the stretchy shoelaces. I love the black on baby blue color that I choose, too. I have ran in Brooks Ghosts for the last three pairs of shoes. The ghosts are much softer and honestly are more plush feeling inside, but are much heavier and do not provide much bounce. I strayed from Brooks once over the last couple pairs and bought a pair of Saucony Ride 13s.... Terrible mistake as these were uncomfortable from the beginning and I had weird sole issues with them. I will stay with Brooks from now on, and especially happy with my Hyperion tempos! I think I will buy a pair of Brooks ghost for my longer distance runs and easier runs, but for speed runs these Hyperion tempos are awesome!

I have enjoyed about 250 miles so far in my hyperion tempos and I'm thinking it'll go for another 200 atleast. Its been great for the whole spectrum of runs; slow, tempo, intervals. It did come in a little long in my typical 9.5 which I felt in my stride and caused me not to enjoy about 30 miles, so I ended up sizing down to the 9 and it has made a world of difference. Given the success I've seen in this shoe, I'm considering getting the catamount for my trail runs this summer. One suggestion would be to slap some of the yellow midsole under the black upper. I find the black on blue to be super sharp looking and I think the yellow midsole will look just as great.
