I was worried when I ordered as I had never owned a pair of Brooks, but many of the reviews stated "true to size." I was also encouraged by my wife who is an avid runner and has owned several pairs of Brooks. The fit was perfect. These shoes are really light, but feel robust and energetic. I'm interested to see how they wear over time, but at this point, they are the most comfortable running shoes I've owned. I've already put several miles on them in the few days since receiving them and I am extremely impressed. For context, I am 6 ft., 225 lbs., and have flat feet along with some lingering back, hip, and knee issues. I do most of my running on a treadmill. Already thinking about ordering a second pair...

I'm a "walker" not a runner. These are the best feeling, most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Light, cushioned and nice looking. I took them out of the box, put them on and never looked back.

There isn't a thing I'd change about the Tempo and I hope Brooks doesn't change anything either. I am living there and I even wore them at the Yosemite Half recently which started with a few miles of rocky trail and they handled it perfectly. I'm a fan!

I enjoy using the Hyperion Tempo on days when I want to pick it up a little bit or something faster uphill on the treadmill. There's a bouncy feel and the lightweight allows for a little faster turnover

Great training shoe. Light, flexible and provides enough support to prevent injury. I've used them for trail running as well. Not what they're intended for but they hold up well enough.

I feel like I can't run slow when I run in these. They have better cushioning than I expected for such a light shoe. I am excited to put them to the test in the BolderBoulder.

Wow. Brooks hit it out of the park with these. I've had new shoes that have felt good. Some that I've slipped on and felt so good that I added an extra mile or two to a run. From the first step with the Hyperion I felt light, comfortable, and fast. These shoes not only made me want to add more miles to my run, but add more, faster miles. I had to stop to pick up my kid from track practice, but felt like I had more in the tank when I finished. Time to put these lightning bolts back in the box for race season!

My favorite training shoe has progressed from the Ghost to the Glycerin to the Launch and now to the Tempo. I like the fit and its lightweight construction. I wear it for EZ, long, interval, and tempo work outs. It handles all of the different work outs comfortably.

Ordered these shoes because they're reviewed well on the brooks site. So far they've felt very good. The shoes are very light as well. The only thing is that I wish they were offered in a wider size.

Light and supportive. I can actually feel small changes I make in my stride on my feet during a run. I've been running Nike Pegasus doing about 12 miles a week. With my Brooks I'm up to 20 miles a week. Doing 10k's with these shoes is something I could not have done before getting them. I am a convert to Brooks that's for sure. If you on the fence, dont hesitate, just buy them and see for yourself
