These are spongy and no support, foot slips and moves all over the place, they are cute and that is all.

This redesigned shoe fits very differently from the past models. Higher around ankle and stiffer material makes it not as comfortable.

What happened?! I’ve been wearing this model sneaker for running/walking for a long time, I even bought 5 of the same color I loved them so much. But when I tried on this new model they felt like I was wearing boats on my feet so unfortunately I had to return them. The designs are disappointing as well, Brooks you missed the mark on this one-time to go back to the originals!

Loved the shoe but it really is a half/whole size smaller. I order an 11 because they are usually out of 10.5 or they don't make them. Not this time. I really needed the 11.5. It is for mild pronation but I couldn't tell if it would work because it was too short. I ordered a New Balance too and it is for severe pronation and is wonderful!

I have purchased Brooks Addictions and Ariels and their width and length (12WW) have worked for me.
Was hoping the new Adrenaline (lighter color) would fit as well. Unfortunately, not so.

I'll never forget the first time I tried on a Brooks Adrenaline 10 years ago, absolutely amazing, like two little clouds that carefully snuggle my feet as I run. I've been wearing them ever since, with no less than 4 pairs that I still wear. I bought these as everyday walking shoes (I have separate shoes for running--most recently Adrenaline19s which have been wonderful and lived up to Brooks Adrenaline standard) after my last pair of Brooks I bought as everyday walking shoes were likely a key contributor in some lower leg problems I developed this year (mea culpa, I bought a neutral shoe). Right away these shoes just felt WRONG! I have pronated feet and these shoes just exacerbated the pronation. My inner ankles were forced further inward/downward. I wondered if I was imagining it or if the shoes needed to be "broken in" (something I've never had to do with Brooks before), so I gave it a trip to the grocery store and after less than an hour I was in pain. Even after having taken the shoe off, my foot and lower leg are still in pain. I don't know how you can call this a "support" shoe or what it is supposed to be supporting. I've worn stilettos that have had better support than these shoes. I have been a fan of this brand and line for a long time so this is a massive disappointment. Might be time to try HOKA or go back to New Balance.

I am having issues with it hurting the back of my calf/heal area where the top of the shoe is. It is hard and taller and I am not loving that.

I previously owned the Brooks GTS Adrenaline 19 and I fell in love with them. I tried to buy a pair of Brooks 19 or 20 and they are not in stock anywhere in my size. This shoe is nothing at all like the Adrenaline GTS 19. I was so disappointed. It is a pretty shoe I just can't run in them. These shoes are not made for a hard heel striker and I needed much more soft cushion and no motion control. This is not a shoe for a hard heel striker that is a supinator with a medium arch. It just does not have enough cushion. By the time I finished jogging my feet felt like I was running on cement. The descriptiions I read about this shoe was incorrect. This shoe was made for a distinct foot and runner. I wish I could have worn them.

Cute shoe but every step I took, there was a ?pop? in the right shoe in the toe area. Tried taking out the insole, didn?t help.

I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for at least 20 years and have always loved them. I just bought the adrenaline 21, though, and am not satisfied at all. Unfortunately I had run with them outside before realizing I was not going to get used to them - they just simply aren't as good as they've been thru all the years. I don't feel the support and cushioning even though I paid about $130 for the pair. the sides aren't as flared as they used to be and I think that is part of the problem. This new design is not good. I'm actually going to have to buy another pair (not sure what type now) because these are not working for my daily runs (that I've been doing for 50 years). I'm 72, 5'2" and weigh about 105.

Ordered these shoes based on my physical therapist recommendation to help with arch support and knee pain. I was really excited about receiving these shoes. Wore them shoes around the house for a little while and they felt ok so I wore them out shopping today and oh my aching feet. My arch pain is much worse after wearing them. I’m not even sure that I will be able to continue to wear. Feel like I just threw $129 down the drain. So wish that I could return and try a different pair that were recommended.

Gorgeous shoe design, even more beautiful and unique to look at the shoes in-person; the speckled effect is truly cool. However, the toe area is too narrow and too 'short' (e.g., not enough room for the toes to spread out - and not enough space for toes to move up and down, during a normal walking/running gait). This is not a healthy shoe to walk or run in. I am grateful for Zappos easy returns and continue to be frustrated with top brands that keep crunching women's feet. The laces area bit weird too, they are made of like a nylon-type of material.

I started wearing the GTS Adrenaline with the in 2017. All models were up to 2020 were great. In my mid fifties I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and advised to forego running for non impact activities. I?m 64, 5?1? weigh 112. I started walking/jogging in 2017 for weight control. The Brooks GTS 17 made that possible. I average 7 miles a day on sidewalks. Unfortunately the GTS 21 do not work for me. I?ve read other reviews with positive comments. I wear a women?s size 7 b, perhaps it my shorter stature and shoe size. Going forward I will try shoes on the treadmill before going out the door. In testing did Brooks consider men and women all sizes and running abilities?

Please bring back the GTS18 model! The 21 is significantly less roomy in the toe box -- while the base of the shoe is as wide as the 18, the fabric cuts in further resulting in less toe room. additionally the toe box is no longer wide on both sides. It used to curve out on both sides, but is now flat on the inner side of the shoe and then slightly curved on the outer rim. The sizing is also different, with the shoe a bit longer. The new emphasis on foam instead of rubber also results in a shoe that wears more quickly and feels flimsier, and offers less stability. The GTS just gets worse every year.

I don't understand why you do not manufacture cute shoes in Brooks Adrenaline GTS in 10.5, narrow. You do know how to make good, attractive shoes, but you don't make them in sizes other than just average. I don't like 'oyster and gray', so I won't be buying your shoes this year. I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for at least 8 years. But I will have to find something else that works for me this year.

I'm sorry that someone sold me on the idea that I needed a stability shoe instead of a neutral shoe which I have used forever. The fit was fine but I knew right away that it was not what my feet or legs needed. Going back to my neutral shoes which Zappos can help me out with.

I love the gray 20 so I thought I’d try the 21. The toe box just isnt the same. Seems narrower.
