First I will say that I have never had a bad pair of Brooks until this year?s Adrenaline 21. That being said, I have no clue what?s different but please go back to the 19 or 20 style. This year?s model had caused severe ankle pain and the fit is completely different. They also run larger which has created rubbing and irritation on my heel and the top of my foot. I wear Adrenaline because of the stability but these provide no support for my arches. I?ve tried to break them in longer than I should, even though I?ve never had to break in a pair of Brooks before, and am past the point of being able to return them.

I hate doing this, because I've run in Brooks for the better part of the past 20 years and usually in Adrenaline. However, the fit and heel cup on this shoe are terrible. I've run in the shoes 5 times, and every time I get up around 2-2.5 miles I have blisters on the back of my heel over the Achilles and on the sides of my feet under the ankle bone. The shoe feels like it has no padding at all in the cup. I've never had such issues with a shoe before and I think I'm going to toss them or give them away, they're that bad.

I have ran in Brooks for several years and have had no issues. I ordered 2 pairs of these based on the reviews and recommendations from my orthopedic doctor after a recent hip surgery. My first couple of runs the bottom of my feet started burning and continued to burn. Super disappointed at the quality of these shoes and the money I spent. On to a new pair of running shoes.

Bought these shoes earlier in 2021 and felt that they were wildly different from the 2020 version (I had 5 pairs of 2020 the year before and I LOVED them). I developed slight pain in feet and knees after wearing the 2021s for a month. Found a new pair of 2020s and wore those for a few months regaining knee and ankle stability. I needed a new pair after a while and bit the bullet and bought the 2021s again and ended up with the same issues I had last time. Totally disappointed and a waste of money for only three weeks of use. Please change back to original design!!

After wearing these for one day (I'm not a runner) I have sore feet and mild ankle pain. Inside sole is hard with no give, no cushion. I bought these because I need an extra wide shoe and I don't like the look of the Ariel 20, as I have been buying the Ariel for years. I wish I could return these.

After 6 years of running in Adrenalines, this version is very disappointing. The first pair I ordered ripped horribly at the heel after less than 100 miles. I e-mailed Brooks and they were very responsive. They sent a new pair, free of charge, and advised me to try a different method of tying or different socks. I wear quality running socks, but did try the runner's knot they suggested. It helped a bit, but the new pair is now ripped as well. I'm very sad to have to find another shoe. PLEASE change back whatever you changed. I have multiple pairs of older models that I wear for gardening or walking the dog. None of these have any tearing. Very disappointed.

This was my first pair of Brooks and I just gave in because my trainer rave about them. These are totally not what I expected they have given me blisters on the bottom of my feet after walking long distances. I thought it was for not breaking in to them but everytime I just get new blisters.

Loved these when I first purchased after a few weeks the shoes no longer seem to fit my feet properly as they did when I first tried them on. There also seems to be a hole forming and I only had these shoes since May 2021. This was the most I have ever spent on running shoes and was hoping for a more quality shoe

So disappointed in the newer versions with guiderails support. It is no comparison to older versions. The older versions offered much better support for overpronation. Please bring the older version support back! The newer version makes my feet and legs hurt like shoes with no support. I do not recommend for those with flat feet of overpronators. Won?t buy again.

I purchased these shoes about 3 months ago. I only wear them to work so they get pretty light use on a daily basis with minimal wear and tear. The sole of the shoe is starting to come off of both of them like it wasn?t adhered properly. Considering how much I paid for them I expected more.

I've been wearing various iterations of Adrenalines for about eight years, and they work fabulously for me?I have flat feet, and if my shoes are insufficiently supportive, I wind up with massive knee pain in very short order (even just walking). Adrenalines have enough cushion to keep me from pounding the heck out of myself, but they still feel springy rather than squishy. I really like them. Except this year. Initially, this pair felt just as good as the previous editions, but something about the way the interior of the heel was made caused it to wear out way, way faster than usual. Typically, I get six months to a year out of a pair of Brooks, depending on how intensely I'm running, but I've had these for three months and the heel has already worn through to the foam?and I'm not training hard right now. There's no way these have more than 100 miles of running on them (and I think they're a heck of a lot closer to 50) or more than 150 miles total (probably more like 100). Usually when I wear out a pair of these the support/cushioning fails first and causes me pain, though I think I wore holes in the uppers on the GTS 19s. I have had the heels wear out like this a couple of times before, but not this soon, and when they did, I could still wear them for a while before they caused blisters while I was in the process of replacing them. This pair went from "first layer of fabric is worn through but probably okay for the moment" to "blister-causing" in one day.

They squeak all the time ? it?s annoying

I didn't like the color combination. I thought the sneaker was black and mauve color.

Not much support for the foot. Orthotics did not fit with much room. Got a blister on toes.

This pair is defective and did not live up to several others of exact same model. They were barely worn and not used for running. Unfortunately I may have missed the 90-day window to return.
