These shoes are very lightweight but they didn't work for me. I'm on my feet for 6+ hours per day. After wearing them for a few days, my heels and toes are even more painful than before. The toe box feels tight at the end of the day. I have to return them.

I loved the previous version of Adrenaline. This sneaker caused severe foot pain. I limped for several days before breaking down and returning them.

I have ordered same size. The fit is much looser on this shoe than the previous 20?s and while I still wear them (since I can't return them once I wore them), I still prefer to wear my old ones. I wish they had a better warranty on shoes.

This is so strange. I never had an issue before but I had pain while wearing these. The outside edge of my feet on both sides hurt while jogging. I tried running with them for about a week and every time, it hurt.

I researched shoes that would be good for cross-training and HIIT workouts and this one came up. I usually buy Ghosts but thought I'd give these a try. When I tried them on the soles felt more stiff than the shoes I was replacing. I figured I'd still give them a try. I tried them for 2 weeks and will be returning them. I wasn't able to get through a workout without issues in my feet.

I Normally wear the Ghost but decided to try the Adrenaline GTS 21 wrong choice!! The first pair I ordered were horrible so bad I couldn?t even walk in them safely. I?m on my feet all day and it felt like I was walking on the side of my foot or like I was walking on a tennis ball in my arch the whole time!!!I I figured maybe that pair was just flawed because mistakes do happen so I emailed Brooks costumer service and sent pictures of the shoes on my feet. Brooks customer service was extremely friendly and they had me keep the flawed pair and sent me a new pair. The replacement pair was not the same color I originally ordered because they were out of stock but what ever Im pretty flexible. I starting wearing the replacement pair and noticed as soon as I put them on they to were some what like the other pair just not as extreme so I figured I?ll give a few weeks thinking maybe it?s just me but nope within a few weeks the in side of my foot between the arch and big toe on my right foot was hurting so bad I could barely walk on it. My foot is still sore. Needless to say I couldn?t wear them any longer then a few weeks! I did put my old Ghost 13 back on and the pain seems to be slowly easing up. The Adrenaline GTS 21 has something wrong in the making of this shoe they need to look into this before someone breaks an ankle!!!!

I have been wearing Adrenalines for well over a decade with no problems after a podiatrist recommended them to me to solve some foot pain while running. I consistently buy a new pair every 8-12 months. Unfortunately, something is up with this new design. The inner side is now made of a VERY hard material with little padding. It digs into the inside of my ankle and after only wearing them around the house a bit to test them, I have a big red mark and my ankle is sore. I am confident that if I actually wore them to run, I would get injured in no time. I am returning the shoes and it appears that I'll have to find a new go-to. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I have been wearing Brooks for 10 years. Always adrenaline. These 21s give me severe pain like I have never experienced in my life. I thought maybe I just got a ? bad pair? and bought another. Just as bad if not worse. Super disappointed. I can?t believe I spent so much money on these shoes ! I?m thinking of contacting Brooks directly - not sure if they will do anything. Going back to my 19s!!!
