They were not comfortable to walk in for work. The page also said to order a half size bigger which I did but that made them TOO big!

I first ordered these Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 in my usual size of 8.5 Medium, but they were very big. I returned them for a size 8 Medium. Initially they were comfortable. After wearing them for about six weeks my feet started to slip and slide in them irritating the soles of my feet and making it very uncomfortable to walk in (I'm not a runner). Tying them tightly did not solve the problem. Adding an insert did not solve the problem. I can only guess that somehow the sneakers stretched out. These sneakers are quite expensive, and certainly didn't seem worth the cost. I explained the problems to Zappos and Zappos has agreed to let me return them for a full refund. Thank you, Zappos - you are the BEST!

OMG. These cannot be real Brooks. The interior material started fraying after two (2!) runs. The white foam material in the sole feels very different to all my other Adrenalines (this is my fifth pair), squishier and uneven. The material the shoe is made from also feels very different from my other Adrenaline 21s: it is thinner, less sturdy, and the weave is less strong. Are these fake? Or did Brooks simply use a different factory for this particular color way and get the short end of the stick?

This was my second pair. But these weren’t the right ones. These have NO arch support and makes yhr feet hurt. Very disappointed with these.

It was too big for my foot and I need to RETURN it but I'm having trouble getting the info from Zappos.

The toe on the left shoe was sewn incorrectly. It had a pleat of sorts that stabbed you in the toe and could not be bent out of the way or fixed. The right shoe is perfect.

I hate these shoes so much. I recently started walking regularly and bought these to replace a pair of sneakers that wore out years ago. I researched the best walking shoes, debated for a while, then finally ordered. They are awful. I have blisters & sore spots everywhere and I can't return because I cut the tags off. My skin is raw all around my ankles after 2 days and they are actually making me less active at this point. Zappos return policy sounds great until you wear something once & it's no longer eligible. I'm now buying a different pair from a local store.

The fit and size were fine, however it felt like the shoes were pushing my feet inwards. Since they are (and have been in the past) neutral, I was surprised. It was very uncomfortable. I am disappointed, as I will have to return them. Now thinking about another Brooks model to try.
