I love these sneakers. I've been a loyal Brooks customer for years and I cannot believe that I haven't discovered these sneakers earlier. I run about three times a week, 3-5 miles each time. After trying these sneakers on the treadmill, I was extremely surprised how much support and stability the sneakers have for you. I highly recommend these sneakers if you are looking for more support.

I love the brooks adrenaline for running. I have a wider foot so they work very well for me. I always buy a size 9 and this one does feel about 3/8” longer than my previous pair, but they still feel great. Not sure the shoe laces will last very long as they changed the quality, but I can always replace them. Overall pleased.

My feet over pronate and I have rheumatoid arthritis in them. I ordered a "D" width but the toe box was still narrow, and I had a hard time getting my orthotics in. It's a nice looking shoe, just not right for my feet. I'll stick with the Ghost 13.

Too roomy in toe box

I applied a $5 VIP promotion coupon when purchasing these shoes. Unfortunately, they felt half size smaller so I returned the pair, got the refund, and ordered a new larger pair (had to wait until it became available because it was out of stock). However, I could not use the $5 coupon for the new order. I just called customer service and was told that I had used the coupon and they could not do anything about it. When I argued that the first pair was returned and a second pair was purchased, I was told that they could no longer transfer the coupon because the order was already placed. I asked for a supervisor who offered to cancel the order to try to reapply the coupon on a new order but could not guarantee that the shoes would still be available after this transaction (my order was labeled as "last" pair). I was then given the option to call Customer Service again after receiving the shoes to request the coupon but they could not make any guarantees in writing or even note my account with a record of my call. I spent too much time trying to make this work so I decided to cancel the order and get the shoes elsewhere for the same price. It is incredible that a reputable company like Zappos/Amazon cannot have software that anticipates situations as predictable as this one to make it easier for its own custom service to handle the problem.

I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for many years. The new model GTS21 has a slightly higher foot bed and the back of the shoe goes higher toward the ankle. This new design height makes the shoe rub on my ankle bone. Otherwise, the fabric, color and print was awesome.
