Runs a little larger than the ghost 13

I love my Brooks! The only thing I think that could be improved is the arch support.

Fits a little narrower than my previous pair of GTS

I am a walker, not a runner. I wear my Adrenaline shoes almost exclusively because they provide a solid and safe foundation for me and assist in preventing me from pronating or supanating. I wore Birkenstocks for many years, but stopped because I became less stable on my feet as I aged. I began wearing your Adrenaline shoes in 2018 at age 77. I also have chronic plantar fasciitis which seems to be under control when I wear your shoes. I normally would give a 5 star rating to your shoes. There are two things I don't like about the Adrenaline GTS 21. First, the tongue is too narrow at the top. I miss the wings which help me grab the tongue when putting on the shoes. Secondly, the shoelace keeper, which has moved around in the time I've been wearing them, is now at the second lace crossover instead of the third and makes it difficult for me snug my laces. Once I have the shoes on, they are fine. I hope that when you redesign for Adrenaline GTS 22 you keep these factors in mind for those of us who are not runners but wear your shoes because they are comfortable and make walking safe for us.

These shoes are nice and cushiony! I agree with another customer who mentioned needing to order 1/2 size smaller than the shoe size they normally wear. (Example: I normally wear size 10; I ordered size 9 1/2, and they fit just fine.)

I have been wearing Adrenaline for the past few years and just transitioned out of another pair of GTS21. With this current pair, I am noticing rubbing on the side of my heal that I haven't experienced before. Loosening the laces has helped, but then I worry I'm loosing some needed support.

Love the shoe would buy again

I have been running in the adrenaline GTS for ever. I really like the 21 except for the tongue. It is weirdly shorter than previous versions and you cannot pull it forward. I like that the toe box is wider and rounder. Hoping Brooks comes out with some better colors. I would have given it 5 stars had the tongue been more adjustable and longer.

I am still trying to decide if these are the shoes for me, so the jury isn't out quiet yet. I think they are super comfortable and fit my feet well, but I bought them because I have a variety of pains in my right side.. I have High Arches, used to experience pain from Planters Fasciitis, also have hip pain and some knee pain. Was hoping to relieve some of this. Although my feet don't hurt in these shoes and some of my leg and hip pain has subsided, I am experiencing new pain from my hip down around my side of my leg, through my shin and to the top of my ankle. Not sure if it is the shoe or not, but never had this before. I am sticking it out to see if I just need to get used to the shoe more and break it in. I do like the general style and comfort/support they provide

I had a previous pair of these shoes but this pair fit smaller.

I finally tried Brooks after years of hearing many of my teammates sing their praises for the Ghost & Adrenaline. Overall, I can see why it is a go-to trainer for the casual runner, but the shoe didn't quite live up to the hype surrounding it for me. The upper is very roomy and I have no complaints of the fit of the shoe. I think I don't get along with this shoe because it seems like it is built for heel-strikers and I tend to strike more in my midfoot to forefoot region. The chunky heel in the back will feel great for those who land towards the back of their foot, but if you don't the shoe can feel unbalanced and clunky. I will still keep this shoe in my rotation, but in the future I might try the Launch GTS instead to see if it feels more natural for my foot-strike.
