I don't know what has happened to Brooks shoes. First of all you can't get what you want. Secondly, if you take out the insert and use orthotics, it has no cushioning. The cloud 13 is the same. Feel like you're walking without any shoes. I've worn Brooks for years. I usually buy addiction walkers, but they're not available anywhere in my size. I've worn other styles and taken out the inserts and used my orthotics. Never had any problems. Very disappointed in this brand. Looks like they're going the way of new balance shoes. Won't buy this brand again anytime soon. Thank God Zappos has a great and easy return process.

I purchased these as a replacement. These look great but do not fit the same as the older pair. My husband had a pair of Adrenaline GTS 19 that he said were the most comfortable shoe he has even worn. The size 11 2E width Adrenaline GTS 21 are not as wide, fabric is different and the arch support is different. These do not feel like they are remotely the same model shoe. We gave them 2 stars only because they look good. Unfortunately he can?t wear these since they are so uncomfortable.

I love the Adrenaline GTS line. My first was the 19, so I am a bit late to the game! Unfortunately, I have scrawny petite feet, and the Narrow B keeps getting wider and wider with every new release. I reluctantly switched to the 20. I even returned the 20, just to purchase another 19. After I wore those 19s out I gave the 20s another try. I simply laced my shoes a bit tighter and was able to achieve a great fit! I was very excited about the 21s. But again they are just flat out too wide. I try to lace them tighter, but that only makes parts of my feet ache during the run. So the result is painful feet AND a loose fit. I am going to give the women's line a try. I just purchase a size 12 in Women Adrenaline GTS 21 Narrow A and Regular fit. I honestly think the women's shoe looks better so I hope one of them works out. If not, I will have to stock up on all the men Adrenaline GTS 20s Narrow B I can afford. Please consider us guys with girth deficient feet. Am I the only one? Let us band together SLENDER FOOTED MEN!!

First off, my foot is a little narrow, but I have always used the "D" standard width with the Brooks Adrenaline for 10+ years; always a perfect fit and function. They have actually changed the toe shape in the 21 series when compared to my 18,19,20 series (I think it's wider) which created an unnatural "pop" in the materials, literally making a snap noise. I probably will need to find a new running shoe, as this change no longer fits my foot.

I have worn the Brooks Adrenaline for years and they change it every year and sometimes not for the better to my liking. This shoe actually hurts my feet and I ended up with an injury to one foot through my arch, the shoe is too ridged in some areas. I much preferred GTs 18 and 19 much better. Although in 18-20 versions Brooks has used some type of material in the shoe that breaks down very quickly and gets too squishy especially when it gets hot or are worn for extended periods. I use my shoes for walking did not like this. It's a long time before the next version comes out and hopefully they will take these comments under advisement. I will just have to shop around for a different shoes

Never broke in where they feel as comfortable as my Ghost 13. Regret not purchasing another pair of Ghost 13 or the latest Glycerin model.

I've worn Dyad 10's but decided to try the adrenalines. Big mistake. where the Dyad 10's had a durable sole the adrenalines are wearing down after 2 weeks. Thank goodness for shoo goo. Dyad 11's didn't have a good fit so I'm at a loss at to which shoes to go to next. The price of these shoes are too much for what I anticipate the kind of mileage I will get out of them

Let me preface that I have wide and relatively flat feet so it is difficult to find shoes that are a perfect fit for me. This shoe could very well be an awesome fit for someone else Noticeably slimmer than previous 20 model. Very tight around the mid-foot just before the heel, in my experience but as I said - my feet are pretty abnormal. Will probably just bulk buy the Adrenaline 20 - had 2 pairs of those and both were equally fantastic running half marathons in both pairs.

I?ve been a big fan of the GTS - only shoe I?ve worn for last 6 years, I believe - but these miss the mark for me. Much softer than previous versions and feels like I have zero support. My feet are all over the place. Also - the second the toes get even a minimal amount of moisture from the outside, it goes immediately through the shoe and into my socks. They just don?t feel as solid as what I?m used to. Hoping I can still get my hands on the 20 because these just aren?t cutting it for me.

Much heavier than prior version. Felt like I was running in wet cement. First time ever I got new shoes and my running times lowed down.

I gave up bike for brooks years ago. This is the first pair of brooks I have been unhappy with but the toe box issue is driving me crazy it has a piping effect when I walk.

these shoes hurt my feet and legs. I only wore them a few times and had to return them. I bought them because a review said it was good for flat feet and they were not.

If you out of stock on the Adrenaline GTS 21 (all colors shown above) then take them off you site so you're not disappointing your customers when they see a shoe they like just to click on it to find that it's OOS!
This shoe has been OOS for months now.

I've been buying the Adrenaline since 2013. This is by far the worst model I have owned. Has already worn through the lining at the back of the heel in less than 100km. No other year have I had this problem.

So wore these for the first time tonight on my nightly dog walk, At first they were heaven on my feet and felt wonderful. a these are my first pair of Brooks and i was like holy crap why didn?t i listen and convert sooner. About 300 yards into my walk the plastic support in the toe box collapses every time i take a step and jabs into my big toe very painfully. By the time i got back home I have a huge blister on the top of my big toe from plastic constantly poking it. This is a huge design flaw.

I owned 4 pairs of the GTS 20 and never had a problem with any of them. They were easy to break in, had a comfortable fit, and performed well even after many miles.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the GTS 21. I wore them for several days before a marathon. That was not enough. The GTS 21s hurt my feet so much during the race that I came close to quitting more than once. I could barely drive myself home after the race.
These shoes are just not for me. It appears they will become an expensive dust collector. Too bad. I hope the GTS 22 perform better for me. If not, I will have to start looking at other manufacturers.

Destroyed me. I have been wearing Brooks for 12 years now and attempted to upgrade my regular Ghost 21's for my Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon with the Adrenaline GTS 21's. I selected these primarily based upon the fact they had superb cushion and shock reviews.
I ran with them on my Sole F 85 Treadmill several times for 5+ mile preps, and all was fine.
As Race day unfolded, I was never winded and never cramped but as I entered mile 9 I was just trying to ignore the pain in my feet. I finished under 2 hours but limped back to the hotel.
It doesn't mean this footwear is bad, perhaps just not right for me. Ghost 21's forever.

I wear braces on my feet and the Adrenaline has been so comfortable --- until the 21. So narrow I can't get into them. will have to return. Very disappointed. I don't run but had been depending on Adrenaline to help me walk. I want the 20 back.
