It doesn't feel like a size 7, the difference between 7 and 7 1/2 seems like an entire size

Extremely structured shoe. Very cushioned for road running, but I feel extremely unstable on any trails. I think I'll try to find something else.

This feels like a lighter weight version of previous adrenaline. The foam feels squishier / less supportive. the reason I buy this shoe is for the denser foam / more supportive feel. While it's in line with how things are going in general and i'm not a racer or distance runner i run several days a week and I care a lot more about long term foot health and the longevity of shoes than weight. in particular running downhill this shoe doesn't inspire confidence. That said it looks great, and will probably last longer than it feels like it will.

A huge fan of Brooks but not their best shoe in my opinion. I have many pairs of the ghost and just bought 2 more of the newest version. I may be unique so judge for yourself because I love the company and the Brooks Ghost, but this one didn?t seem to offer the support.

This is now my 4th pair of brooks. Being 6ft - 215lb, I look to my running shoe to provide stability and cushion. This particular shoe doesn?t feel as cushioned as my other pairs but I still feel that it?s better than the competition.

I love my Adrenalines. I want/need to buy a new pair soon but I just can?t get down with the 4e width color selections. 5 star fit with 1 star colors! Would love to get trail runners too but good gravy the 4e color on that one is even worse. Come on Brooks. Wide footed runners still want style.

The sneaker is very comfortable on my feet and provides great support as well. It didn't help much with lower back support. It did provide more comfort to my knees especially when running longer distances. Very light weight, durable, and breathable on my feet.

I think this is my 6th pair of adrenalines. Love the fit and feel, but these last two pairs have had the same issue. Where the toe box is the plastic or whatever holds the toe shape is not rigid enough to keep its form. This creates a lot of rubbing when it caves in on my big toe.

I swore by adrenaline 13 for the fit and comfort. The GTS 21 is not true to size. It is much larger

I'm a bigger dude (6'2, 248) so I purchased the 4e size of these but the midsole on the shoe still felt as if it was squeezing my foot. I had also purchased the beast 20's at the same time and they feel a little better still not sure on them though

I really loved the design and look, but the comfort level was not so good. Way to hard for a high end sneaker. Oh well, I tried them and sent them back.

This is the 2nd pair of Brooks shoes that I?ve purchased. I have a pair of the Ghost and I prefer the wider front 1/2 of the shoe that the Ghost provides. Sadly it?s my feet and has nothing to do with the Adrenaline GTS 21 shoe itself. I have VERY WIDE feet and now knowing the design I prefer, I?ll probably stick with the Ghost model.

These are not as comfortable as prior versions, being stiffer inside and feeling more narrow. Also, the cushion seems to be wearing down more quickly as I walk 50 miles a week.

This shoe left blister on both feet. I don't feel any slippage so I'm not sure why. it is where the insole comes up on the side a little bit. still trying to break them in.

This is my first pair of Brooks and they are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. I have cheaper shoes that are way more comfortable to wear. But for the money I paid I?m going to wear them and hope they get more comfortable after I break them in a lot more.

I've long loved the Adrenaline line, but for whatever reasons, this generation has destroyed my feet. I first found the Adrenaline in the GTS 11s and stuck with them since. I've never had plantar fasciitis issues or toenail damage until this generation. I don't know what they changed, but this shoe is a disaster. The only pro is I explored some new brands and found a shoe I love so much more.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Altra, Newton, Asics

I?m a die hard brooks fan, breaks my heart to rate 3 star rating... however, the shoes just have a tight fit , I prefer the previous adrenaline shoes. Don?t misunderstand me, brooks still rules.

They're okay. I like the improvement that they made to the tongue. GTS 20 tongue kept sliding off to the side constantly; I hated that. I like the softer shoelaces in the GTS 21; the GTS 20 shoelaces were rough. Unfortunately, the past few years, the shoes have been hurting my feet (balls) more with each year's model. The GTS 15, 16, 17, 18 were all great! But the 19, 20, and now 21 don't feel as comfortable inside; I've always bought inserts to help b/c the factory inserts aren't that thick. The balls of my feet are hurting more with the GTS 21 than the past few shoes. I might have to find a new brand of shoes. I'm just not loving them like I used to; I don't like that my feet hurt after wearing them for several hours.

These just did not work for me. I own Brooks Adrenaline 20 in the same size and have nearly worn them out, which is why I ordered the new pair. For some reason, all the toes on my left foot started to fall asleep after walking around my house for 20 minutes. They didn't feel too small, per se, just not right. I hope I can still get my hands on the 20s.
