I love the shoes been wearing them exclusively for 10 years. They are getting out of my price range for a pair of shoes I am going to wear out in 3-4 months. Gonna have to find an alternate brand that is still in the mid-price range

Cushioning is good with little jarring during heel strike. Plenty of room in the toe box. Ventilation works well and the shoe over all has a lightweight feel. I would have given a 4 star rating but for the issue that compared to the GTS 20 there is a little less padding around the back of the heel and with frequent use, heel lift wears the material out quickly.

Traditionally the shoe has been good for pronators but it felt like the heel was forcing me to pronate even more simply walking. Disappointed that they've changed the shoe in the ways that they have. Very restricting

I use these sneakers for walking and would highly recommend them for fit and comfort, but the GTS 21 has a serious quality problem. I've been buying the Adrenaline for years now and have always been frustrated that the soles don't last very long given the price, but I've put up with that for the comfort. However, the GTS 21 apparently switched to using different and cheaper materials around the ankle, which began to deteriorate immediately after I started wearing the shoes. After a few months, the lining was torn in various places and chunks of foam were missing, as shown in the pictures. I see from others reviews that I'm not the only one with this problem, which I've never experienced before in Brooks shoes. Really hope this gets fixed in the GTS 22.

Quality has gone down when comparing Adrenaline 20s, Adrenaline 21s, and my newest Adrenaline 22s. Less upper padding and in the sole.

Overall, the fit - heel, toe box, height, all felt great - much like past Adrenalines. I have long been using Adrenalines for daily walking wear, and Ghosts/Glycerins for running. I have very flat feet but neutral pronation. Unfortunately, my feet did not get along with this latest Adrenaline. After a day on my feet (mixed walking, standing, sitting), my feet were notably mildly sore and felt tired. Not sure how to describe, but was glad to take off at end of day. Tried similar show style from competitive brand I used to wear considerably and did not have end of day soreness. I'm hoping the Adrenaline 22 will work again as I really like the overall Brooks shoe fit.

Wish the 2022 would have dropped before 12/25. Settled for an old design but really wanted the new version. Seems like Brooks purposely waited to lease new design to reduce old inventory. :(

They fit my giant son's feet fine, as these are the only kind of shoes we normally buy. This time, however, the canvas tops have already ripped at the toe less than six months of wear.

This is likely the fifth pair of Adrenaline GTS shoes I purchased over the past four to five years. Since I wear a narrow width, this is one of the best shoes I can find that fits, feels good, and performs good. However, its sad that the narrow width Adrenaline GTS has only one color/design choice. More concerning, an eyelet eventually broke in the left shoe of each of my two prior pairs of Adrenaline GTS rendering the shoes no good. I did get a good amount of use out of the shoes before the eyelet broke, but it broke before the bottoms of the shoes wore out so I'm disappointed that it broke.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks is the only narrow width athletic shoe that I would recommend.

Ben running in Adrenalines for at least 15 years and have mostly loved them. The 20?s were among my favs. These 21?s though?meh?not as springy or cushioned?very disappointing. Guess I?ll try and stock up on the 20?s and Hope the 22?s are better?

This shoe, while soft and comfortable was too soft and provided poor stability. The shoe rolled side to side too much. I don't like the shorter tongues Brooks is putting on the shoes either. Orthotics don't fit into them well either and because there is no trim around the front, the orthotic will eventually wear out the soft fabric of the shoe most likely because it sticks out weird from the shoe in the forefoot area. I was hoping to find a more comfortable alternative to the Beast that was less expensive. I don't like the new style of the Beast either but I reordered another pair as there is a little more support in the front part of the shoe than the Adrenaline has. Also, I actually need a women's 12 1/2 but Brooks doesn't make that size. So I have to order a men's size 11 which usually is a good fit. However, then I can't get prettier colors. I am really disappointed in the new Brooks Beast and this Adrenaline shoe I tried. I wish Brooks would go back to something in between this new style and the old style and also make a Women's 12 1/2. Some of the other brands of shoes do make this size but their shoes are not as good as Brooks in my opinion.

Somehow they changed the width of these. I have bought them for several years and they have been great, but now the shoe is a little to narrow and I can't wear these comfortably. SO sad, because I find it so difficult to find shoes that are decent quality, supportive, and wide enough for my foot and custom orthotics.

Liked the color but it was short in the toe. I would have to order a half size larger.

As many others have stated, quality has slipped with the 21's, quite noticable compared to my 19's. 21's are softer, but sacrafice stability. I also experiece the toe box collapse, but I've been fortunate that my toes are not bothered. But this is still not a welcome change. Same with the narrower tongue. I limit my 21's to longer, slower foundation runs, and use my 19's when I want higher quality, faster paced runs. I guess this allows me to save wear on my nicer 19's, but it really should be the other way around. Brooks has gone backwards with this Adrenaline.

The heel support tips my feet to the outside when I turn, making me feel like I'm going to roll my foot and twist my ankle.

I've been buying the Brooks Adrenaline GTS series from the 15s through to the 18s. Sadly the changes they've made after the 18 just haven't worked for me at all. Issues specifically with the 21: - Had to go up half a size because the toe box felt much smaller. - Normally I am a 2E for width but that was narrower than it used to be. - Unfortunately I am in the group of people who experienced pain in the feet and toes with the 21s. Though the cushioning and arch support were good the shoe was much narrower than it used to be which caused pain in my toes. When I switched from a 2E to a 4E the pain in my toes went away but I started feeling pain on the side of my feet. Many people in the reviews state as much but since it doesn't seem to be an issue for everyone I tried to run it out which was a huge mistake. If you feel even the slightest pain while wearing these return the shoes return them. I truly hope that the 22s are better. This style of running sneaker has been my favorite for years.

I have a very high arch and planter fasciitis. this was my 5th pair of Adrenalines. The comfort and support was there as were the previous pairs. But the 21s were not as durable. They only lasted half as long as my others.

The shoe is comfortable on the foot, however; there is a slope change on the bottom of the shoe at front making it uncomfortable to finish your step as you walk. This is a change from the previous version of the shoe (2019) that I own which I found very comfortable to walk in.
