First pair of Brooks shoes EVER and I decided to go for it by getting the Ghost 13 in the GTX version to use when it's snow-ish outside. I've worn it in wet weather so far (no snow yet) and it's a really comfortable shoe. I'm a size 10 in all other brands and a 10 with Brooks also. I'm enjoying wearing the shoe and it's very well made. I like this shoe much better than my Hoka Clifton 7 I got recently, and I'm glad I bought them.

I wear these sneakers for winter walking. Keeps my feet dry and warm. These replaced a pair from about 4 or 5 years ago. (Which were much cuter!) They feel great. Not the cutest shies for sure, but they work for what I needed.

They provide quite good support and my feet have stayed nice and dry during Seattle rains. My only negative comment, and the reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that the padding around the top of the shoe and the tongue is not as soft as the previous Ghost shoes I have had. Also the shoelaces aren't quite as nice. I have always loved Brooks shoelaces. Please bring back your previous versions.

First I listened to customers about getting a half size bigger. Nope, no need for it. I then ordered my size (9) and they fit perfectly. These sneakers are actually more comfortable than Some other newer sneakers I have. Most of all, I love that they are waterproof. I wish there were MORE waterproof ROAD (not trail) running sneakers to choose from. For now. I’m very happy with these.

I have been wearing Brooks Ghost for years, primarily because they help correct my supination when walking. This is the first pair of GTX and I notice that because of the thickness of the rubber soles I have less support. Still trying to get used to them as they are so comfortable and much warmer now that the weather is changing.

I bought these just in time! The last week it's been raining non-stop and these shoes have worked wonderfully. I can't tell you how much better my run was with dry feet, even after running through some pretty intense puddles. Cushion is a bit light, but otherwise good support and comfort.

I use this shoe for walking and wanted something waterproof. I wear a size 5 in regular shoes, but always order a size 6 in running shoes to accommodate custom orthotics. These were slightly longer than the Ghost 12, but still worked for me. Good cushioning and kept my feet dry. Also, I like the color.

I'm not much of a runner but I walk 4 to 6 miles almost daily.. excellent shoes. They didn't have size 9 like they sized me for and gave me a 9.5 and I normally wear 8.5 and 9. They fit perfectly AND are super comfy. I like that sometimes I don't always walk on sidewalks and that these shoes are pretty good on a little tougher terrain as well. I walk in the rain sometimes and these shoes are good for that. I would definitely recommend these for someone who exercises a decent amount. Glad I already liked teal or I would've been disappointed in color selection.

These were a half size too small. My big toe was hitting the end and top of the shoe. They were not comfortable for my foot. Sent back.

These shoes fit true to size. They are wide enough and roomy enough for my toes. The heels are a little too wide but do-able. The color is neutral and I like the turquois emblem. The soles are sturdy and made of rubber, not slippery in wet conditions. They offer stability. My only wish is for a more cushy insole.

These are my go-to running shoes for Cape Cod winter weather. While not really suited to slippery trail/snow running, they keep my feet warm and dry on 10k runs on rainy streets or on damp sand. The GoreTex layer is a must for cold weather. Traditional Brooks Ghost 13 offer lots more color choices, but they let the cold air in. I run 50k weekly, road and trail, for reference.

I have been wearing the Ghost 13 but purchased theGhost GTX for the winter. The GTX felt smaller than than the 13 but is equally as comfortable and supportive once I got the correct size, half a size larger than normal. They keep my feet warmer with a little more cushioning between my foot and the cold pavement. My plantar fasciitis is not problematic when I wear this shoe and I am able to track several miles comfortably.

I wanted to love these shoes, but I don’t. I have been experiencing foot pain with planter fasciitis and Brooks was highly recommended. I tried in the Ghost 13 at a store and liked them and they were comfortable and cushioned. The GTX appealed as winter is starting and they are advertised as weatherproof, but not as comfortable. The are not terrible, but for $160, I am not enjoying them as much as I had hoped.

Terribly disappointed in the GORTEX of this shoe! My feet were soaking wet on the first 5 mile walk on wet pavement. Purchased these to replace my Ghost12GTX which kept me warm & dry all last winter. These Ghost13GTX do not come!

True to fit and size. Super comfortable, breathable. Water resistant. I got the black, gray, and turquoise design, worked great for minimalizing visability of dirt/mud from my trail running.

I normally wear a size 8 shoe but the computer recommended I get an 8.5 in the Brooks. It was exactly right! The fit is perfect! The comfort of these shoes is amazing! Arch support is perfect. I was so excited I ordered another pair! Wish these came in more colors (something bright would be fun) but will happily wear these!! Great job Brooks and thanks Zappos!

Keeps my feet dry! I’m 41, and the older I get the less I care about style and more I care about keeping my feet healthy. Brooks are all that I wear. For reference my feet are on the wider side, but I go with a standard width size 10 and they give me plenty of room.

I am a new runner, and I must say that the type of sneaker makes a huge difference. I started running with a different brand, and I was not able to run as comfortably as with this pair. I recommend brooks even if you are not a runner.

I only order Brooks shoes--I love them so much! They've been great quality over the years; my last pair of Ghosts lasted a decade. I haven't worn them in a downpour yet but walking through wet grass, they've been waterproof!

The Ghost 13 GTX has been my wife's "dream-shoe" since it was introduced. She had been looking for a nice, quality trail-ready shoe but hadn't purchased due to their cost, so she was surprised and delighted when she received a pair for her 2021 b-day. As soon as she put them on and wore them for her first trail hike, they were all she imagined: like walking on air, extremely comfortable and great support. Not only does the black with blue accents look exceptionally nice but the overall shoe definitely has the appearance and feel of quality, which she knows and loves about Brooks. (Pair received was her actual size.)
