They unfortunately hurt my feet especially my left ankle, there's not enough support to prevent me from rolling to the outside of my foot. After working 2 long days I could barely put weight on my left foot

Shoes were used outside, there was debris in the treads and the sole was grey. Also, the box wasn't even a brooks box, it was an amazon box. They were obviously a loose return and resold to me.

Super uncomfortable. Felt like I was walking on a piece of wood - not soft at all. Returned them the same day they got here.

I was so disappointed when I got my Ghost 13 shoes. I've been buying the Ghost style for years and never had any problems with them. I noticed that they said they ran small but my foot isn't overly large so I thought I would be okay. Nope. The shoe was short and too narrow. Ugh. Ordered a half size up and they feel like skis. Why mess with perfection? I don't understand. Other than saving a millimeter in materials it has cost in sales.

I have always wore Brooks glycerin sneakers. I needed to replace my 6 month old pair. Sadly I am still having to wear my old pair because there seems to be no support or cushion I the ghost.

Not sure about other things. Size is too small

Brooks has made a big mistake with their women's Ghost 13. Maybe that number should have given me an indication of what the shoe would be like. I searched a year ago for good shoes, after trying 2 dozen shoes by a variety of makers as well as each shoe line's style, I found Brooks Ghost 12 to be an excellent shoe for me. I do need extra padding so with every fitness shoe I buy I must put in a soft innersole followed by my custom orthotic. This worked very well in the Ghost 12, but with the Ghost 13 they have changed the inside of the shoe and now my foot rubs on the side making it very uncomfortable to wear. I also do not like the new tongue styling which is a new shape and find the new higher tongue uncomfortable on the front of my ankle. I do hope they go back to the styling of the Ghost 12 when they come out with the Ghost 14. For now I have bought up every pair of Ghost 12 that I can find!!

Fabric on heel area already has holes forming and balls formed. It rubs heel and is causing a blister. Very uncomfortable. I always buy Brooks and have never had this issue. Expect shoes that cost this much to last a lot longer then this. Disappointing!!!

The shoes SQUEAK! I love them and have tried "breaking them in" - but they are getting louder. I am a teacher and on my feet all day. Today is the 3rd day I have worn them to school an I am ready to scream.

These Brooks are a great style yet after 3 miles of running my feet were in so much pain. The shoes were rubbing on odd spots and I ended up with blisters and so much pain in my feet, knees and low back.

The first pair of Brooks that were not comfortable out of the box. Ghost or Adrenaline have been my "go to" shoes, never had an issue. The bottom of my feet were not supported during a moderate walk, so I tried different sock options, still not comfortable. The top of the shoe is uncomfortable when on the treadmill. Thank goodness you have a great return policy. I will try the Adrenaline and hope for the typical quality of Brooks.

Love this brand and the Ghost running shoes. The biggest disappointment is they do not last. I only jog approximately 8-12 miles per week and only wear these to jog. I wear my old sneakers for everyday wear. This my 4th pair of Ghosts since June 2020. They break down very quickly. I am 5ft, 5in and weigh less than 130lbs. My body composition is not the problem. I also live in FL and only jog on the sidewalk or treadmill. Again, it’s not like I am abusing the shoes. By the end of the second month, my knees and lower back hurt and the outside of the toe box loses support. Out of the box, these shoes are awesome! Just wish for the price they would at lease give me 5-6 months. Not 2-3 months with roughly only 200-250 jogging miles out of them. Especially since quality running shoes are supposed to give at least 500 miles. If you want to replace these often, they are great. If you are only using them for everyday walking around, they are perfect. If you are looking for a running shoe to go the distance, not so much.

I wanted to keep these shoes so bad as I wanted good running shoes to get back on fitness track. I ordered my regular size 11 first, and the shoes hurt my right toe and heels. I returned them and got 11.5, and I still felt the pain. My feet feel loose with the 11.5, yet, my toes and back of my heels hurt while just trialing the shoes sitting at home. I wanted to love them with all of the good reviews, but they would end up sitting in my garage collecting dust if I keep them. Thank you Zappos for your help buying these, unfortunately, they didn't work, my search continues.

I liked the fit of shoe - just not appearance. Felt too chunky and clunky on my feet. I am a size 6.5 and not a runner. Was just wanting them for work. Really wish Brooks would make the Levitate 3 in solid black again. Those were my faves. But mine were getting old and I need a new Brooks sneaker.

Can't wear these shoes. Don't fit my foot correctly and hurt.

Disappointed with this purchase. I have been a big fan of brooks ghosts but this model feels much cheaper made and does not feel as cushioned as previous models. For the price I expected better quality.

The shoes were used and long black hair was inside shoes. GROSS!!!

Well amazingly surprise after reading reviews I was ready for my third ghost and Lo and behold this is a different shoes all together. Given that this shoes has 5 star from the reviewers bothered me a lot because this shoes is not what it seemed. I always wear size 7 and this shoes was flapping up and down my ankle, the shoe lace was coming off all the time thin and cheap. I had to return this shoes. Lesson learned never read reviews from women that have foot problem and think that shoes will cure them.

Lacing change not comfortable

The Ghost 13 heel comes up higher than the Ghost 12. I think it's even wider in the heel, too. This caused me to get a blister on my heel. I returned the Ghost 13 and went looking for all the Ghost 12s I could find online and ordered them. Brooks please go back to the Ghost 12 heel.
