The box contained only one shoe. called to report the problem. Was told sometimes someone only orders on shoe.

Very disappointed. I have a pair of Ghost 13 and they are great. I ordered another Ghost 13 but a different color and found the fit to be totally different. Quality control is missing from Brooks.

Shoes were marked wide (which I ordered) but I could tell as soon as I opened the box that they really weren’t. Shoes felt much more narrow than a wide. Maybe marked incorrectly? Also felt small for the size. Return was fast & hassle free. Still love Zappos

I will not buy again. Don't like narrow fit. DIdn't like materials.

This sneaker was definitely previously used.

I purchased the Revel and the Ghost. The Ghost was by far more comfortable...like walking on air! Great for walking, running, everyday wear. Not so great for workout w/ weight lifting or squats because the back is elevated a bit. But they were so comfortable I decided to keep them for work! (Pre-K teacher).

Brooks continues to decline in quality and these sneakers are just another example. I have worn Brooks for years but this was my last attempt to find a well made pair. They are just a little too short compared to earlier same size Brooks. They have no support around your foot. I appreciate the lighter weight but have to feel like a shoe has some stability. Overall, the brand has moved to my do not buy list!

So disappointed. I have been a Brooks fan for years. They stopped making the Ricochet that I love so i started from scratch. I bought the Ghost 13 about a year ago, but only started running in them in the last few weeks. MY MISTAKE! AS you can see in the pics, the tread looks great but the heel of the shoe is decimated! Also, these shoes have re aggravated my plantar fasciitis. Money wasted.

The Ghost 13 fits completely differently from the Ghost 12 in the same size. Footbed seems the same, but the shape of the upper makes it significantly narrower and uncomfortably snug on my wide foot. Why, oh why must Brooks do this — you had a good thing and it is no longer… now trying the Ghost 14 in the hopes it will be better!

Toe box too narrow

I thought these would be great since I've owned 2 other Brooks in that last couple of years. I wore these for about 2 weeks before they broke down and were almost unusable! My feet are killing me to wear them and I've never had this problem for at least 8 months in my other shoes. I'm hoping this is just a short term quality problem.

Despite being listed under tennis shoes, these are probably running shoes. Definitely not tennis!

I have been running in ghost by brooks for years and always wear a 9.5 but when I got these they fit like a full size bigger, with a very high arch. They did not fit like my other ghost sneakers I bought from my local running store at all.

There is not enough padding in the tongue of the shoe and the tongue slips around when I walk or run.

A few weeks ago I ordered the Ghost 13 in white/pink/black in size 7.5 M and they fit wonderfully. I absolutely loved them; so comfortable. Because I was so happy with them I decided to order another pair of Ghost 13 in a different color. Much to my surprise, the fit was nothing like the first pair I ordered. I checked the size on the box as well as the size printed inside the shoe and both said 7.5 M, which is what I ordered. The blue pair were at least 1/4" shorter than the white, and felt more narrow in the toe box. I am very disappointed at the inconsistency in sizes in what is supposed to be a high quality brand. I'm sending the blue shoes back. Not sure if I should try re-ordering, possibly in a different color, or just give up until I can go somewhere and actually try them on in a store.

Really disappointed. I have been running in (and love) Brooks Ghost 12's. I wear a 7M, but wear a 7.5M in the Ghost 12. I ordered a 7.5 in the 13 and they are too big. The real issue is that these shoes have obviously been worn, returned, and then sold to me as new shoes. They do not have tags or proper packaging. They also LOOK and FEEL worn. My 12's are on their last leg and I was really looking forward to new shoes. What a bummer Zappos!

Sadly, I had to return these shoes as the bottom of my feet hurt after running. Even tried gel insoles. Do not recommend.
