I splurged and put out $130 for what I thought would be a quality, well-fitting running sneaker Brook's Ghost 13. These failed on all accounts.. The cheap mesh gave little support, the insole provided little cushioning, the outsole was hard as a rock ( no give), the arch support was TOO much, and lastly the shoe runs an entire size smaller than my usual. I thought by spending more, I'd get better but these were no better than sneakers I"ve spent $60 on. My Grandfather used to say " you buy cheap, you get cheap".. Well it seems these days you can spend your entire paycheck and still get cheap. No thanks Brooks !!

Did not like the fit of this shoe - style is different than other Brooks Ghost 13. Shoe was tight around the middle section and not as comfortable as other colors. Have 2 other colors and this one did not feel anything like the others.

I loved these shoes but they are not at all durable. After only about three months of wearing them they have holes in the inside of both shoes. 'Very disappointing.

I've only been wearing these shoes for a week and the bottom is already coming apart. I will be sending back.

I bought these because I thought my new orthotics would fit in them. They did not. My feet and legs are still throbbing in pain from trying them on. I could barely walk in them. So disappointed. I just didn't expect these shoes would be so awful. Never wore Brooks before, and the agent told me these are a great shoe. Not for me.

I've been wearing Brooks Ghost for years. I run about 20 miles per week, often more. The left shoe had some sort of flaw in the instep that caused ankle rubbing. Unfortunately, because I've never had a problem with Brooks in the past, I recycled the box before running in the shoes. I am now unable to return them , so that was a $140 mistake. I won't be buying from Zappos again due to this return policy.

I wear a size 10.5 Narrow or Slim shoe. These were extremely wide in the toe box area therefore I had to return them.

Very hard sole, almost like walking on BRICKS. No cushioning. No support. I have issues with my feet and ankles. I always buy Brooke's for foot support and I'm usually a happy camper. These were like wearing cheap knock offs shoes. Not for $140 dollars! Do not buy these Ghost 13. Very disappointed and RETURNED ASAP

These are different than the last pair of Ghost 13's I have from a year or so ago. The box was not a BROOKS box - just a plain box noting that the original box was damaged. I know there are fake/knock off shoes out there and I just can't help but think these are knock offs.

It was the wrong gender sizing. I ordered Men's size 9 and received women's size 9

The wrong colored shoe was sent to me. I would like to have the one I ordered. Thanks

Ya know how your momma told you, " If you can't anything nice--don't say anything at all.?" Welllll.....I was in love with these shoes until I tried them on. I put them on, walked the 30' to the back door to let my dogs out. I had to take these shoes off before I could walk back to my bedroom. My feet hurt so badly I was nearly crying by the time I took them off. The bottom of the shoe has pretty severe ridges and they would offer good traction. Looking inside the shoe one can see very limited arch support. (I was told that most manufacturers do that now so people can buy insoles for arch support <<<< WHAT?!?!?! When I am paying over $100. for a pair of shoes and I have to shell out more $$$ to wear them???) The shoes felt like I was walking over a floor air vent in my bare feet. Had I left them on much longer the bottom of my feet would have looked exactly like the bottom of these shoes. My last pair of Brooks felt like I was walking on pillows. Loved them while they were comfortable and in less than 2 months they went to live in the trash. Sorry Brooks~~~epic fail with these shoes. And they are sooooo cute!

These shoes didn’t make it 2 months for my daughter working at Target. Yes, they are the correct size and she’s had two previous pairs of Ghost’s. The previous two pairs were for running about 12-15 miles per week…even with her orthotics. They were comfortable and perfect for walking about 8 miles a day at work. Unfortunately not worth $120 for two months wear.

If you had sent me the shoes that I ordered, I’d be happy to review them. Instead, you sent me a completely different color. I was very disappointed, since I waited months for the desired color to be available.

The shoes are great but they arrived used :( black tread smudges on the white shoes that didn’t come from me... kind of disappointing. Overall Brooks is a great brand though.

I’m thinking these 13 wide were miss labeled. Husband has other ones and when our side by side this show was significantly smaller than his others. Return was was. Gonna try and order again.

order #113-4054813-5990647 from 8/23 never came. 9/1 Called replacement was sent, but wrong shoes were received (white pair of isotoner). I'm very upset with Zappos. I was supposed to get these Brooks for my upcoming vacation. Asking for refund now.

I have been running in Brooks Ghost for about 3 years and they are usually wonderful. I think this was a lemon pair. I ran in them for 2 months and that is when the injuries started. Strained calf muscles which required a lot of physical therapy. I bought a new pair of Ghost 14 and they are perfectly fine. No issues, no pain, back to normal. I trust Brooks but this pair was interesting, definitely something to be conscious of.
