I love these shoes but within 3 weeks they started to tear. Zappos exchanges them for me and then 3 weeks later the same thing happened. So, I exchanged them again. Super comfy, they run a little large.

The Ghost 13 were not as comfortable as the Ghost 12. I ordered the same size for both (8.5) and the Ghost 13 was overly roomy in the toe box and my feet were shifting too much on my runs. The 13 gave me achy, heavy feet during my run while the 12 never did even during a half marathon.

I went with a wide and it was wide enough, my usual size 7.5 worked as well, but for that amount of money, I needed more arch support

I wanted love his shoe, but it didn't seem to have much arch support for my flat foot! It felt true to size and a nice wide toe bed.

Had to return these after a week. The back kept giving me blisters, too roomy in the toe box. My ankles and shins started having pain.

Sadly the show did not work for my right foot/ankle. And the toe box was funny with every step. Had to return them for On Cloud which I know work for my feet. I really wanted these to work.

I have been running in Ghosts for years and I think the Ghost 13s feel stiffer for some reason. They don?t feel as cushioned to me.

I?m not finding them supportive enough. Last Ghost version felt more solid under foot (and my orthotics add to shoe support already). I also had trouble choosing a color as they were a bit uninspiring.

I?m not happy with the Ghost 13 and would like to return them. I?ve only worn them for a week (9/18 - 9/25) and today my soles of my feet are hurting, I walk on average 7 continuous miles very morning on dirt/gravel road. These are just not comfortable with no solid padding in the footbed. My sister ordered same shoe and after one morning walk, returned.

I tried on the Ghost 13 at our local Hibbett's store and they felt terrific and I wanted to buy them but resisted because I could not find an acceptable color choice. I personally like to have multicolors on my runners so they will match my gear but couldn't find that. I would even like the ones pictured (with a city view) but those apparently aren't available. *If you want a shoe that is comfortable, and aren't too picky about shoe color - this is a good choice.

Ever since the 10, the ghost has become a straight shoe. Not wide enough for my foot in the metatarsal region. The 13 is the same way so I'm ordering a wide width for the first time. Please bring back the ghost 10 version that flared out more in the metatarsal region. This curvature more closely resembles the natural curve of one's feet.

Sadly, I think Brooks has gotten cheap in construction of their shoes this year, with increasing prices. I mostly wear the Revels, also a pair of gray/pink/black/white print Ghost 11s that had me hoping these new Ghost 13s would feel the same, and a couple of Adrenaline GTS 19s that haven't lasted long (1 and 1/2 years of rotating wear) and now hurt on the sides, though they still look just about new on the outside. Had the first Revel and now have two Revel 2s and a Revel 3, which feel like walking on energizing pillows and have great support. I have skinny, flat feet with narrow heels that need a slim-medium width in the midfoot and a round toebox. Brooks always run a half-size short, so although I am a size 8 I get 8.5 in Brooks. The Revel 4 is like a totally different shoe and not really cushioned, so I returned them (more like a Launch with a flat, straight, narrow base and upper fabric that creases). I also have a pair of Ghost 11s and wanted to get another, but the Ghost 12 was hard underfoot, not smooth and cushioned like my 11s, so I returned them, and now have to return these Ghost 13s because after wearing them almost one day the right one got a strange kind of vibrating, rippling pop under my foot in the front; I tried taking out the insole, making sure it was laying flat and put it back in, but it still pops. Never had that happen. I need black sneakers badly and was going to keep them as they fit, although they are hard both in the sole underfoot and in the uppers against the top of the foot and around the ankles compared to my Ghost 11s, but now they are defective so guess it wasn't meant to be. For $130 they should be perfect. Trying to replace my black Adrenaline GTS 19s and light gray/dark purple ones, which started to squeeze the outer side of my midfoot causing bone pain on both feet, only after wearing Adrenalines. Wish Brooks would go back to the fit and cushioning of the Revel 2 or 3s and Ghost 11s, and make the footbed of the Adrenalines just a little wider at the outer bone (base of little toe) in the midfoot. They also need more wearable colors, with black or gray soles. I like a fun bright color (have bright coral Revel 3s) and some light ones, but need the go-with-everything dark colors, most of all (no white or leopard print soles). (Black/purple, Black/cranberry/gray, Black/dark green, Brown/pumpkin would be nice.) I started wearing Brooks sneakers several years ago, after wearing Asics for years, until all of their styles that fit my feet got harder and more uncomfortable with each version. Now I am feeling that way about Brooks and don't know where else to get a comfortable everyday or running/walking/workout shoe.
I'd also recommend:

Loved the color but found the shoes in my regular size 10 M to short in the toe. Going to go back to my ASICS Gel-Kayanos. Zappos customer service is great as I can return these even though I’ve worn them. Fast delivery too.

This Ghost 13 sole/insole was much harder than the Ghost 11s that I am replacing. I returned the Ghost 13 and bought the Dyad instead. The Dyad is better, but still not as cushioned as the Ghost 11. I use these for fast walking on my treadmill, so maybe they are more exclusively for runners.

Needs more heel support. For the price point, I shouldn't hurt as bad as I do with these shoes. Disappointed.

The specs for this show say it is neutral, but I did not find that to be so. I underpronate/supinate. I found this shoe to be good for those who overpronate, because it was really not good for me. Nice looking and very comfortable in the heel, but not for me. I’m returning it.

It was very comfortable. I've been wearing Ghosts for years. However, the next day the bottom front of my feet were in agony. I have Capsulitis, inflammation in ball of feet. Even with my orthotics in the sneaker, there's been some design change that is not good for my feet. It's a personal issue; I would still recommend these sneakers even though they didn't work for me. I was very sad to return them.

I'm pregnant and I got these to help my feet and legs from hurting at work. They haven't helped so far but maybe need time to be broken in.

I ordered the Ghost 12s firt. I loved the 12s, super cushioned, but unfortunately, the left shoe was defective (slightly shorter than the right shoe). I tried to swap them out for another pair of 12s, but they had sold out forever. So, I had to get the 13s. The styling of the 12s (I got the Kentucky blue "fabric" texture) is far superior to these 13s, IMO. But the 13s actually fit both feet correctly. Cushioning is ok. Disappointed that the 12s were defective because those are the ones I really wanted to keep. But...ya gotta run in something, right?

Loved Ghost 10 and 12. Sadly Ghost 11 and 13 are just......off. Their sizing, toe box and overall trust and support are not present. Currently only feel comfortable walking in my new Ghost 13's. Still running in my gross and smelly Ghost 12's. Ugh!!!!! More than likely will return.

They seem larger than other ghost editions. The heel is not very comfortable. Overall I am disappointed. It?s my third pair of ghosts.

I ordered these online going by what i learned in January when I actually went to a store to try on before I bought. That day I ended up Revel (I don't remember the number), but really wanted the Ghost 12 because they were cushier, but also more expensive. So when I ordered the Ghost 13, I was really excited. Unfortunately, they are not as comfy as the 12 and I wish I would have gone to try on again first. They have good support, just not as comfortable as I would like.
