Still trying to figure out if these are going to work for me. They seem to fit a bit narrower than the Ghost 12 and sometimes cause numbness in my feet. They do seem to have good support for running, just not sure that they are the right fit for me.

Let start off by saying I love brooks shoes. I have 2 pairs on the Ghost 13, totally different fit. I had to return the second pair, they made my toes go numb and aching after 3 mile run. I tried 3 different runs and same feeling during and after. I will be going back to the glycerin model.

Not nearly as comfortable as the 12, they feel more like the 11. Wish I could?ve bought more Ghost 12

I SO wanted to LOVE this sneaker based on reviews. To preface, I have tried many sneakers to be used exclusively for walking on a treadmill and only one mile to a mile and a half each day due to my auto-immune status. Years ago I found relief with the Merrell Grasbow Air and have tried so many sneakers but each seemed to initiate either knee pain, hip issues, pain in the metatarsals in ataxic gait. The Merrell shoe was incredible with a Scholl's gel insert after the insole was worn out. Upon trying the Brooks Ghost 13, I sat for a few hours just trying to let my brain get used to the feel of the shoe. My first walk was interrupted by the soles of my feet feeling like they were burning, something which I have never experienced before. I have noted that some have described this phenomenon. I tried again a few days later with very thin lightly textured running socks and the burning was less but that walk caused knee pain (awakening patella femoral syndrome which was in remission). After letting the inflammation heal I replaced the insole of the Brooks Ghost 13 with my Scholl's gel insert. This seemed to ease the knee pain and there was NO burning heat sensation on the soles of my feet. Last eve I tried another walk but alas, there was ankle pain that woke me in during the night, which has not happened before. These observations all suggest to me that this sneaker just does not provide the lateral and medial support of my feet that I need. The cushioning in the heel is fabulous. I think had there been a more comfortable sole I might have had more luck. I think this sneaker may work for most who are runners with no instability issues.

I'm so disappointed. I'm a distance runner, and the Ghost 10s worked really well for me and I was happy to "upgrade" to the 13s when my two pairs wore out. The 13s don't fit, feel, function or ride like the 10s. They seem like an entirely different line of shoe. They're almost a full half-size bigger (in the same size), giving my feet a clumsy, awkward floppy sensation. They feel flat and thin under foot. The forefoot is especially thin, leaving both my feet sore and tender under the front after a 3-mile run. Probably perfect for someone else but not at all for me - and as I said, I was a huge fan of the 10s and would buy the 10s again if I could find a pair!

I previously purchased the Ghost and 12 and loved them but for some reason the 13?s just don?t have the same feel. They tend to make my feet sore across the top of my foot.

Still a good shoe but a bit tighter than expected so I?m having to break them in.

i really wanted these to be as good as advertised, but they don't feel as sturdy as other shoes and are not all that comfortable for all day wear/walking.

From my reference, Ghost 11 was perfect and Ghost 12 was good too. After wearing Ghost 13 on a long walk, my heels ached. It feels half size larger and the heel area was too loose and lacked support. Ghost 13 seems more like casual sneakers and not running shoes. I truly hope Brooks will go back to the gold standard of Ghost 11.

These are hands down my favorite running shoes. The only issue I have had is that recently two pairs of ghosts I have bought have started coming apart/unglued at the toe, shortly after I purchased them. It was never an issue previously, and I have worn ghosts for years, but now it has happened twice. Besides this recent issue, these shoes are great.

These shoes feel little shorter and wider for a size 9.5 compared to the adrenalines so they were a bit uncomfortable with my toes touching the end of it. The shoes felt bulky and more like a "grandma" shoe than a sleek running shoe on my feet.

I have been buying ghost shoes since the ghost 6. These are the best running/walking shoes out there BUT the Ghost 13 seem clunkier than previous versions. I usually have to size up in ghosts, but I am thinking about buying this pair again in my normal size. The ghost 12 shoes were better, but I liked the versions before the 12 and 13 more.

The Ghost 12 works better for me, it was lighter for my feet. The thirteen seemed more stack like.

I have run in Ghosts for years and the fit and comfort is the best I've ever worn. Great toe bed, nice heal cushion. The problem is that within less than 3 months, I have to replace them because the sole and tread wear out very quickly. Very comfy, just not long lasting.

Prefer the Ghost 12 shoe. The 13 did not have the same cushioning for comfort and looked different on my foot, boxy looking!

They feel a little too high off the ground to me. They are very comfortable though, but turning I don?t feel as stable.

This is a sturdy shoe. I definitely prefer the Ghost 12. This one does not seem to have as much cushioning or spring back. But if you?re looking for a sturdy running shoe with cushioning you will be happy with this

The shoe fits perfect, it’s extremely comfortable and it’s the first shoe that my heel has not hurt during walking. My only complaint is they will not stay tied, the shoelaces are horrible and I’m currently looking for different ones.

Not as comfortable as the ghost 12. Feels more stiff and more narrow than the previous version. Why?d you change it?!

I LOVE the Brooks Ghost for my underpronation. They are wonderful and very comfortable. My BIGGEST complaint is that they do not offer wide widths in the brighter, fun colors!! All I get to choose from is basically tan, black, white. I want neon green, red, aqua, etc!! Please offer more colorful shoes for wide feet!

Highly prefer Ghost 12 compared to 13. I have only had for two months and feel like I have work through them. Not us soft as the 12. Not sure what Brooks did this time around that was so different but not fan for the price and duration of wear thus far.
