Size, fit, and style were excellent. Great neutral running shoe. Disappointed in weakness of outside toe box. The uppers cloth has ripped away from the sole with the last several pairs I have worn. The shoe cannot handle even moderate lateral exercise movements.

Zappos sizing is inconsistent. Three shoes, same size all fit different. Are these seconds? Ten year customer seeking an explanation.

My foot isn't really that wide but I like the extra toe space. This shoe had my little toe outlined against the side of the shoe. No way I could have worn the wide.

These shoes felt true to size and width. I ordered the same size I wear in Asics and they fit great. I stand on my feet all day at work and I need lots of cushion. Unfortunately, these shoes just didn't seem to have any from the arch forward. I ended up returning them.

This was my first purchase of a Brooks shoe. I bought them for work being on my feet all day. I ordered a 1/2 size up as recommended and length was fine, but I found the shoe to wide in the toe box and not much cushioning. I had to buy a pair of foam inserts and that helped. I was a little dissapointed having heard such great things about Brooks. I think I will stick with my Saucony

I had to send these back. After wearing them around the house for a day, I felt lots of pain in my heels. It seems the back of the shoe was squeezing my achilles tendon. For the record, I have normal to narrow heels, so I'm not sure what was going on!

LOVED my Brooks Levitate 2 but have been unable to find a suitable replacement shoe. Thought the Ghost 13 might work but the comfort level is not nearly as good. The sole feels stiff, and the shoe hits the ground hard. Miss the cushioning and shock absorbing features of Levitate 2. Also found the heel area to be stiff vs. the sock style top of the Levitate 2 shoe. There are being returned. Still trying to find the right shoe. Please stick with what works for your customers, and don't feel compelled to "redesign". It seems the redesign/ new models are inferior.

These fit fine in a 10.5. I wear a 9-9.5 in Birks which are the only other shoes I wear. I had great hopes for these due to the great reviews. I love the way they looked. I am not used to a 12 mm heel drop but thought I’d try it. With my thin inserts in, there’s too much pressure on the front of my foot so sadly, I’m returning them. I’m trying the Glycerin next. PLEASE, Brooks, make a cushioned, supportive shoe like the a Ghost in an 8-10mm drop! Not everyone can wear a 12mm. I feel sure they would sell well. I’m reviewing this hoping it might help someone else with a neuroma, and flat hypersensitive feet . The heel was just too high.

I purchased the 8.5 D and walked out of it. Then I purchased the 8 D and my toes were almost to end of the shoe. The 13 does not have the toe room that the 12 does. A very good shoe, but so surprised at the sizing. Found an 8.5 D in Ghost 12 and purchased that shoe. The other two I had to return. It this shoe had been more true to size I would have given it 5 stars.

I was hoping for more cushion given that everyone swears by these running shoes, but I was less than impressed. They also come up much lower on the ankle than I expected and don't feel as stable as I'd like for an outdoor running shoe. Will keep them for walking around and more stationary workouts, but not as impressed as I was expecting.

I just received ghost 13 in the lavender color( which is now sold out.) These are definitely not anything like the other ghost 13 I have. I have 3 other pairs. The material on the top was thin and cheap. The soles seemed fine. My biggest complaint is that these shoes have been in and out several times. No original packing inside the shoes and a shabby box. Why would keep sending these out?

Everything was good about these shoes, Except not enough arch support for me. This ended up causing me knee pain and I barely wore them before returning.

The reason for two stars overall is they still do not have the toecap covered which means it will snag, fray and get holes. I honestly don’t understand this. otherwise these rock my world and are my second pair and were also recommended by a podiatrist after a freaky broken foot incident when I twisted my foot during yard work and it popped. I always order a half size up. I have flat feet and these have decent arch support but I use Cadence “orange” inserts which make them perfect.

Disappointed in the quality of these. I’ve had two pairs and on both of them the fabric around the collar developed holes. I’ve worn Ghosts for ten years but I’m going to try another brand. I always bought these a half size bigger.

Seemed smaller than my last Brooks Dyad. What happened to the shoe strings? They barely tie due to short length!

I’m still trying to decide whether to return these shoes. As long as I order a full size larger than my normal shoe size, Brooks have always been a good fit. Unfortunately, with this model there is a thick layer of fabric seam where the tongue meets the rest of the shoe material. I wear a good quality running sock but after just three miles, my feet get sore right at the fabric junction. I’ve always worn Brooks and this is disappointing.

I have been a loyal fan of the ghost 12 so when the 13 came out I ordered a few pairs but....I hate the design if the tongue it hits my ankle and annoys me, I shattered my left ankle and broke my right foot twice so I’m very touchy when it comes to fit, I don’t know what they were thinking or the reason for this annoyingly Big thing that hits my ankle but it will be the last pair I purchase and until they change it I’m going back to Asics.

The fit was fine, always a 9 in Brooks, but the insole is definitely not as supportive as my 12's. I also felt the exterior material of the shoe was thinner, looked cheaper than my previous Brooks. Returning them and found some 12's that work better for me.

I’ve owned several Ghosts and this by far was the worst. They’ve changed something about the construction that I can’t pinpoint. The sole is not as cushioned as it used to be and the toe box feels a lot more narrow. My feet still fit perfectly in an old pair of ghosts so I know my feet haven’t changed. I’ve been wearing these for a few weeks now and I’m ready for a different shoe. I walk at least 7 miles a day at work and my feet have been killing me. I’m disappointed in Brooks. They used to be my favorite brand and worth the price but now it feels like I could get a cheap pair of Nike or adidas and be better satisfied.

Didn’t like the fit as well as the 12. Seem to run bigger. Had to return them.

I have no idea why these fit so different than the exact same shoe color that i have had for 6 months!! Ive tried them on 3 times and they are so much firmer in sold and tighter across toes even when keep loosening shoe laces .. im going to have to return them

These shoes felt really comfortable when I first put them on, but they are rubbing a corn on my little toe and a really sore spot on the side of my foot where people usually get bunions. I cannot wear these shoes. I’m very disappointed. The Brooks Ghost shoes used to be one of my favorites. This is only happening one one foot so it is not the fit. There is something wrong with the left shoe.

I am so disappointed to return this second pair of Brooks Ghost 13. I actually asked a Brooks guru about sizing because my Ghost 12 were 9.5 Medium (D) Europe Size 43which fit me perfect. I have worn a size 10 in all athletic shoes for years and never required a wide shoe width so this was weird. So when it came to replace I assumed that Ghost 13 would be my next shoe. Brooks told me to order the same size I had in the Ghost 12. Too small and had to return. Ordered half size up, my normal size 10 Medium (B) Europe Size 42 ????and it is also too small. Very disappointed in Brooks as I return this 2nd pair of shoes. Giving up and going back to New Balance. Thank goodness Zappos always makes it easy return.
