I have wide and a high volume feet. Brooks Ghost are one of the few shoes that I can rely on to work for me. Super cushioned. Best Ghost yet.

Recap: I was having problems with my flat feet and low arch when I was running and doing HIIT (such as burpees, jumping jacks..etc) where my feet would hurt a lot during them (previously used crossfit shoes) I tried the ghost 13 and they immediately took the strain off my feet, I still felt some fatigue after using them on my legs but much less . The only reason I dropped 1 star is that I think its much better for running than it is for complex-jumping movements so I don't know if I can use it as a versatile pair of shoes long term. Comfort is great fits to size well

I've been buying Brooks for the past 5-7 years since they're one of the only manufacturers that makes shoes in a narrow width. All has been good until the last pair I bought, which rubbed my Achille's until I bled. After taking a week off, I wore a Band-aid, and after several weeks, they were broken in. I thought that pair was an anomaly until I bought these. Same exact thing... first time wearing them I got a busted blister after only going 3 miles, and this is while wearing a variety of short socks (not no-show) so I had fabric between me and the shoe. I've now worn them about 10 times with a Band-aid, and they're not getting better. While they probably will eventually, I'm taking advantage of the Runlimited gurarantee and returning them. I HATE to do this since I love the styling and, as a narrow, my options outside of Brooks are really just limited to NB. I feel like Brooks may have changed the material around the heel about 18 mos ago. Hopefully they can make the adjustment and I can return to Brooks.

The Ghost versions have been my go-to shoe; however, this 13 version appears to come up a little higher on achilles and wearing blisters which the other versions have not done and I walk about 30 miles per week in these shoes. Ordered me Brooks Ghost 12 version to replace these.

I started running in Ghost 11's after making the switch from the Asics Kayano series and have gone through three pairs of the 11's.
Comparatively the 13 is softer than the 11 and ever so slightly wider. Like the 11 its a shoe you put on and forget its there, which in my opinion is the best kind.

I have run in Brooks for the last 7-8 years starting with the Glycerine and moved to the Ghost two years ago. Really like this upgrade compared to the 12 as they feel much lighter and seem to be quicker for me. So far so good with these and will likely use for all my medium to long runs.

They are Incredibly comfortable. This is me second pair of Ghosts, I had a ghost 11 that lasted almost six months, that?s six months of at least 3 miles a day running. I love this shoe!

The only thing I dislike about this version is that the tongue of the shoe is pointed, rather than flat. Just a personal preference but I feel like this causes it to shift to the left or right instead of staying flat on the top of my foot. Otherwise a very comfortable shoe that I will continue to buy

My experience with the Ghost 11 was that it was a great running shoe, except that the sole was too segmented. In fact, it caught on a board at a race on a boardwalk, and I took a spill. My experience with the Ghost 13 is that it is a great running shoe, and that the same overly segmented sole is its only drawback. I would appreciate a less segmented design.

I?m not a shoe expert, but the heel seems too soft and the toe not enough support. Kinda like running on a balloon on your heel and barefoot up front.

Love the Ghost line of Brooks. I’m not a runner but I’m on my feet all day at work and these provide the support I need. I ordered 2 pairs this time. They fit just as well as my Ghost 11’s (which are still in good shape after a couple years) If you’ve never owned Brooks I suggest using Sizeseeker.com to figure out your size.

Runs great. My usual size in Nike and Adidas is 12 but for these 12.5 fits better.
While standing tall and still, it feels a bit unusual and not natural. However once you start running into them they provide good support and long run

I've ran in Ghosts for the last 5-6 years. Dozens of pairs, dozens of races, it's been my go to shoe for a long time. I put these on and the forefoot seemed narrower than last year, but the real problem started when I started running. Not only did the shoe mash my big toe into the others, but the shoe itself was like running in wooden shoes. Just no action at all, and the ride was jarring. I loved the previous models (the 12 was great), but I have to sit out the 13 and hope the 14 is better. Really disappointed with this shoe.
