I switched from Asics to Brooks in 2017. I bought my first Ghost 10 and fell in love with them and told all my friends what a great shoe they were. The Ghost 13 are horrible. I complained about them to Customer Service and was told to order o 1/2 size up. Now there is to much room in the toe box. I'm 54 and have been a 9 1/2 D since I was 18. Was looking now at the Ghost 14 and seems to be the same complaints; too narrow, poor quality, poor laces ect... If nobody is going to listen, I'll just pay $30 more and go with the Asics Gel Nimbus.

Hello, first of all, I would say that this is my 5th. pair of Brooks, also I do love the brand' products. But, at least in Brasil, Ghost 13 has been showing some material or manufacturing or both problem. This actual pair is the third that I have trying. The two before this is used to have a problem on the back, right foot, from outside (heel). Seems as were missing some absorption layer on that region and the foot easily drop laterally to outside on the contact with the road. Pressing each one with the hand is quite ease to feel the difference between left and right shoe. Right one has no resistance at that point. I did a contact with the company customer care about that. Ok, after the third change the new one are not showing the same problem. But I have a new concern. Just using it since few week before Christmas, running 5 to 7 Km 3x a week and the absorption is clearly in bad shape. Putting back my old Ghost 12 which a have had more than 800 Km and the sensation is better than with the new one. So, I think Brooks should do a deep look at manufacturers(In my case Vietnam) and suppliers. I do hope to Brooks keep it seriously and do what they need to do in order to keep the great brand and products. Regards Eduardo

Very comfortable to start, but completely shot at 200 miles.

Not nearly the arch support and front toe cushioning as in the Ghost 12. I owned 2 pair of the Ghost 12 but it was discontinued. The Ghost 13 is a huge let down. I do not recommend it.

Still waiting for the right shoe to feel right

Extremely uncomfortable and tight to my foot. I could barely get the shoe on. I generally don't have fir issues and my size is very consistent but this shoe just didn't work from a fit and comfort standpoint

Good looking shoe but too narrow for a 4E

Not the best feel. My Revel are much more comfortable running. I use the Ghost for treadmill walk/hike at inclines only. Would not get the Ghost again.
