Finding a well fitting shoe- whether a dress shoe or an athletic shoe is always a challenge. Between needing a size 7 or 7.5, my feet are slightly wide, but not 4E territory. So for instance, Nike can feel good when I try them on, but wear them for an hour and the front of my foot feels like it is in a vise. I was able to try these Brooks shoes on in a store but was really looking for GoreTex shoes. Considering how well they felt, I decided to order them here anyway. Brooks says that a GoreTex version of the Ghost 14 will be out in September. I'll be getting a pair of them as well. Final note- while these are running shoes, I do not run. I walk a lot and I work in retail and I'm on my feet for the better part of eight hours a day.

My first pair of Brooks. I have been wearing them for several days and think they are great. A bit smaller in length for a size 14 and a bit tight in width initially, but have loosened up and are very comfortable.

The appearance of the shoes are wonderful. Very nice blue. I have become a huge Brooks fan after my previous purchase. This one didn't disappoint. I bought them to walk and jog in, and they are very comfortable.

The brooks ghost 13 shoes are wonderful.The support is fine with an additional after market support.The only objection I have with these shoes is the short life of the outer sole. The replacement time gets shorter and shorter.My mileage per week is 60.

I was actually worried after reading the reviews that said they ran small but im a female who buys running shoes in men because the toe area is wider and they fit perfect. Brooks is now my goto running shoe. I usually get Asics Cumulus but ive been disappointed with their last few releases. Their toe area actually runs small in the most recent release. So Brooks Ghost it is.

This is an extraordinarily comfortable shoe....in my case...for walking.

Right out of the box for a 9 mile run- felt great and similar to the Ghost 11s.

I probably should’ve returned this item. They felt much stiffer than previous versions of this shoe. I chose white this time but they became dirty quickly and are not easy to keep clean. There’s a little foam raised area along the side of the shoe that almost immediately looked dinghy.

These are the first pair of running shoes where my narrow feet fit comfortably without causing any friction on the toes or heel. The first few runs were pretty good although I have yet to run in them for longer distances

Back of shoe rubs on Achilles and creates horrible blisters and bleeding. I now see there are several other users complaining of the same issue. Sadly, the shoes are rendered useless. Very disappointed.

I run 3 to 4 miles daily and recently wore through my daily runners - a pair of Brooks Ghost 12. I wanted to change it up so I checked out a pair of On Running sneakers as well as Brooks Launch 8. I ended up returning both because the instant comfort and support of the Brooks Ghost mode cannot be topped for me. The Ghost 13 only improves upon the previous model. The cushioning is thick but there’s still a sense of road feel with every step. They grip the foot without suffocating. My idea of a perfect running shoe!

Fits as described. Great shoes, with terrific comfort and support. Styling is average. All around, great shoe.

Britt brooks shoes are my go to walking and running shoe. they provide enough support, and look good doing it.

I have been a fan of Brooks running shoes for many years, and this is the first Ghost version that I’ve tried. I am seriously satisfied with this shoes. I had to try out a few sizes before finding the perfect width, but my patience has been rewarded.
